After being told that I was not allowed to sit in the waiting room of another tire place while they were installing four new (non brand name) tires, doing an alignment, and getting an oil change (to the tune of over $800), I came to this Just Tires location. The counter guy Steven was friendly and helpful. There was a seating area indoors that was open to customers and they also had a few chairs outside in the shade, so I was able to sit and wait. I opted for a set of Goodyear Assurance tires and a full synthetic oil change (~$900 after promotions and rebates). While they were working on changing the tires they discovered that I needed a four-wheel brake job. Car has about 70,000 miles on it so that made sense to me. So I had them do the brake job also. Total cost was around $1,450. I realize that at most automotive places there's always an upsell. But I also know that at 70,000 miles, a brake job isn't completely out of the ordinary. Happy to have all of that done and not adding time to the whole process by driving two vehicles to and from the tire store. read more

Have been here a couple of times to repair tires and check tire pressure. Staff are helpful. Went there yesterday again as my tire light was on. As it turned out, my tire pressure wasn't set correctly and they helped me set them correctly free of charge. read more

Been going here for years but never wrote a review until now. Noticed I had a flat tire so drove straight to Just Tires to remove the nail and patch it up. Arrived around 8:45am with no appointment and told them that I had a meeting at 9:30am so anything he could do to get me out asap would be really appreciated. Sure enough, they were done by 9:15am. Gave me the keys and said don't worry about the paperwork. No charge so they'll handle the paperwork for me so that I wouldn't be late for my meeting. GREAT SERVICE!!! This is my new go to place for all of my car maintenance needs. I have a Lexus RX. When I took it to do the scheduled maintenance at the dealer shop, they recommended I get my car aligned for $198. That seemed very steep. So I took my car to Just Tires, and they checked my alignment. Only one tire was slightly misaligned, and they did the alignment on it at no charge since it was so minor! After running over a nail somewhere, I basically blew out one of my tires and needed a replacement. My tire size isn't too common and no tire places in the area had one immediately in stock. I called Just Tires on a Sunday afternoon and they said they could get the tire in the next day. They also had the best price out of the different places I called - Costco, America's Tire, etc. I made an appointment for Monday afternoon and was out in about 20 minutes. The guys working there pulled my car up to the front for me and were very nice. I took off one star because they left the sticker from the new tire on my console. Called around to several stores. These were the only guys who asked me how I would be using the tires, did I want a particular type of tire, etc. They also had the lowest price on the tire I expected to purchase. I brought the car in and they showed me various options and reviewed the plusses and minuses of each. Frankly, after buying from Costco for years, it came as a shock to me that anybody carried more than one type of tire in a given size! I chose an 80000 mile tire (I drive a long way to work) and they told me it would take 45-60 minutes, so I hung out in the nearby Jack in the Box. After only 30 minutes, my phone rang. They were done. So, a great experience overall. My only tiny complaint is that they observed that my old tires were worn prematurely due to poor alignment, and I wish they'd called me when they noticed that so I could have asked them to do the alignment as well (something Costco doesn't even offer). So I'm bringing it back in today for that. But that's a small matter. Overall--best price, great selection, very friendly service. read more

I came in on a Sunday after running over a screw the night before. They told me they could patch it and to just drop off my tire and come back in an hour to pick it up. After an hour, I come back and they tell me they can't patch it and I would need a new tire to the tune of $130! No thanks. I'll ride on my donut for another day. Even I know that $130 for the tires I normal get is highway robbery! Went to my usual tire place the next morning and they were able to PATCH it for me. Were JUST TIRES preying on me because I was a girl who came in alone on a Sunday when most other tire shops are closed? Or are they just incompetent tire people? I sincerely hope it's the latter because at least that would make them an honest business. Two stars because I maintain my faith in humanity. read more

Not the best experience here. Came in for a flat tire fix ( purchase and install ONE tire.) I called a half hour in advance, and then came into the location. They told me it would be a few hours. So i asked what a few was, and they said 1-2. Being just one tire. It's now approaching four hours and i'm still here. No check ins or anything. I finally asked around three hours if my car was next, and he told me no but he would move me in front of a car that the owner won't be picking up until tomorrow. (I figured that was common sense.) Terrible overall experience and customer service. As i waited in the cold lobby, because they leave the door open - many customers came in with no one at the front desk in site. I had an appointment for an alignement and an oil change. They told me it would be a little more than an hour and after 2 hours they told me I had a broken oil filter on my basically new car. After 2.5 hours they finished the oil change, but still hadn't done the alignment, so I asked them to just cancel the alignment and I will go somewhere else. read more

Busy all the time, if yes, you may need appointment before you come. If in emergency then no choice, you might need to wait for couple hours without apt. I have a leaking air on my tire, came to this business to fix with walk-in. After about 2 hours, they said it done. Came home and 2 days later, my car show that is low on the same tire. Came in because my A/C was smelling really bad so Jose suggested that I get the A/C cleaned out. I had the service done and while my car was in they noticed that my coolant was the wrong color, so apparently the previous owner had the wrong coolant. So I had the coolant exchange. My car doesn't smell anymore and my card runs smother now that i have the correct coolant! Highly recommend coming here for all your maintenance and tires needs! read more

I came here to have one of my tires inspected because it kept losing air. After inspection, they said they couldn't fixed it because the thread was too low. Fine, that's understandable so I decided to replace the two back tires because I have staggered wheels. After taking the rims apart they find out they had taken the incorrect size on my rims and the tires weren't in stock. OK shi*t happens. They put the car back together and was ready to order some tires. They had quoted me a price and I had agreed, right before ordering, the sales guy that was helping me doubled checked the tire specs. Again the information for my tires was incorrect! He was quoting me on some different tire sizes and checked again and this time they actually had the tires in stock, but not before quoting me a higher price. The gentleman tried to save me some money for the hassle but I would have to wait for the cheaper tires as they needed to be ordered. At that point I was frustrated that I just bought the ones in stock. I simply didn't want to come back. He did not charge me for the installation and disposal fee and that's all he could do help my wallet to compensate for my time. He kept apologizing, needless to say I walked out of there 3 hours later after shelling almost $500 not impressed as a first time customer. I went here for a tire rotation mainly because of they are open past 6 and because of the poor service at the Midas in the same area. I made an appointment and made it clear that I needed the rotation done in 30 minutes during a lunch. Wham Bam done in 30. I do agree with Jin C. and Gun S. that this is not cleanest facility or most professional looking service professionals I've seen. On the positive side they got the job done in the time requested, price quoted, and didn't try to up sell me on anything. This is the most DISHONEST tire store I have ever been to. Dropped off car to have a patch and agreed to buy a tire to replace the old spare. They called saying they found a nail in the sidewall of another tire, so that would need to be replaced as well. What happened next leads me to believe that there was no nail in the sidewall. When arriving to pick up car I checked underneath to see that the spare had been replaced with the old tire turned around. No new tire on the spare! They obviously thought no one would look. So, they tried to charge me for a tire they didn't give me and also charged me for a tire that "supposedly" had a nail in the sidewall. DON'T GO HERE!!! read more

Unfortunately I won't be coming here anymore. Service is super super slow (new faces = new hires) on purpose its ridiculous. They take their time and does everything slow to a point you can just tell two service desk guys trying to compete who is the slowest. This place used to have efficient service and professional guys working in the front (probably don't work there anymore) it's just so disappointed. The worst part is when they lied telling me I need to change my cabin filter when I changed it myself not too long ago. They have competitive prices but went there at 8:30 AM for two new front tires we had made an appointment. After about an hour I checked on my car the tires were off there was no one around my car so I went back in and sat down for another 30 minutes again checking on my car wheels were off no one was around. Went to the services desk 2 guys there both walked away came back picked up the phone made a phone call finally after standing there about five minutes they asked me if they could help me. I ask how much longer it would be and they said about another 30 minutes so I sat down and waited. The guy that we had talked to and made the appointment with last night came in said my car needed an alignment for an extra hundred dollars. I said no thank you. In my opinion a job that should have taken less than an hour ended up taking over two hours. If it would have been repaired in a more timely manner I probably would have done the alignment. read more
