I went here for a tire rotation mainly because of they are open past 6 and because of the poor service at the Midas in the same area. I made an appointment and made it clear that I needed the rotation done in 30 minutes during a lunch. Wham Bam done in 30. I do agree with Jin C. and Gun S. that this is not cleanest facility or most professional looking service professionals I've seen. On the positive side they got the job done in the time requested, price quoted, and didn't try to up sell me on anything. When I had questions they took the time to answer them and didn't push their own products/services. I would definitely make a return visit. read more

I had gone to this location last year when I had a nail in my tire. I had great-quick service then and the same this time. I needed 2 new front tires. I made the appointment online. When I arrived they greeted me and got me set up. Once they started the tires I had chosen online were wrong, but they quickly regrouped and found another tire. I did wait a bit longer than I had wanted to, almost 2 hours - I had anticipated 1-1 1/2 hours. But they were able to save me some money and do a great job. Highly recommend this location. read more

Worst place dont go and save yourself time and energy. I never leave yelp reviews but this place is special. Basically waited three hours instead of forty minutes because the guy was too scared to tell me how long the actuslybwait was. 40mins , 40 mins later , 40 more mins and so on you get the point . I usually don't like writing bad yelp reviews because every business needs help. The wait did not made me write this but it's more for extra information . After I got my brake pads done and the metal plate thing done that works with the brake pads or something for 280 dollars , 2 months later i have to get the same thing fixed by my trusted friend. I didn't know I had to fix the same thing but my friend basically told me whoeever worked on my plates and breakpads did a really bad job and my friend didn't even know I went to some other place to fix it cus i usually go to his shop but went to this one out of convenience. I take my cars here for service for years. Besides tires, alignment and rotation, they also do manufactured maintenance. The service is great, but it does get quite busy. It's best to get an appointment or bring the car in first thing in the morning. I debated a long time to get the 3 year alignment deal. I did not regret it. I had no idea that my driving is so bad that I messed up the alignment. I don't know how it compares to other places, but I think it's still less than dealership. read more

Called to make an appointment with Tony, and I was greeted very warmly by him. I went in to get my tires fixed today and I'm impressed. So grateful for Cleo and Jose because they had did an amazing job with my car. It rides smoothly and feels like the first time I bought it. Also, Joe's service was awesome! Do not go here. Desk employee was very rude and trying to cheat me. I made an appointment online but when I got there, he said I am not on list he made. He said that " I wrote down the list of who has an appointment everyday in the morning", so I showed him a screen shot of reservation I have and ask him check it again. Once he check a computer he said that " Now I can see your name, the computer is behind a day." I could not understand up to this situation. However when I went to pay, he did not apply the coupon of discount that I have so I asked immediately to cancel it and then recharge me. But he said " I cannot cancel it because I do not know how to cancel it. You need to come back tomorrow and look for store manager so he will give you credit back." I doubt what he said but I left after rechecking to see if he really can't take care of it. The next day I went back and saw him working at the desk. When he saw me he gave credit back for the coupon discount. He could have handled it yesterday but he was trying to cheat me. When he worked with clients he alway was rude and unkind. Just do not waste your time here.. Go to Firestone and ask for Corey. The compassion and understanding Corey at Firestone had for my situation was beyond any customer service you will ever get at Just Tires. Let me quickly explain. I was leaving San Juan Capistrano heading to my parents house, in the city of Orange. I got to the 5 FWY and Redhill when I realized I had a flat. I ended up having to call Insurance and they were able to help me by getting a tow truck to me. The driver for the Tow company was able to come out and put my spare on. So after sitting on the side of the freeway for about 30 minutes, by myself. (I am a female) and not in the greatest in areas. I started to look for a shop to fix my tire. I called 3-4 places and nobody answered the phone. This is around 4:00 pm on a Sunday afternoon.....pickins are slim. So I drove to one, they were closed, then went to "Just Tires" who turned out to be "Just a pain in my ass." They were open and I was so happy. I went inside and there was one person in front of me. The man at the counter took for ever to help her and then when he did start helping her, a man walked in the door and the man behind the counter started talking with him. All the while , Im standing in line waiting to be helped. Along with others that hd came in after me. After 10 minutes the man behind the counter looks at me and says," If you're here for service on your car you're gonna have to leave it over night and come back for it tomorrow. WTF?? Really....It really pissed me off because he saw me standing there. He saw me walk in the door. I was so upset I just walked out. I was so upset I Ieft, pulled in a parking lot somewhere and cried for a good minute. I was scared to drive on that doughnut from Tustin to San Juan. My son was waiting for me. He was waiting for his dinner. I was worried and scared. "Just Tires" really made my bad day into just a shit day. After I pulled myself together I started looking again , hoping I would find someone to help me. Thats where Firestone comes into the picture. It was just about 6 o'clock and they were going to close. I pulled into the parking lot of Firestone in Tustin/Orange and that when I met Corey. Instead of turning me away, mind you, they were closed, Corey asked me where my tire was. He took it out and started rolling it towards the garage. OMGosh!!!! I must of said thank you a thousand times. Corey and the guys he works with really saved me. I could never thank him enough. My husband really was glad to hear how Corey helped me. It was reassuring for my husband to know someone else was looking out for me. Because of the Covid outbreak my husband unfortunately has been stuck on a ship and worries a lot, especially with situations such as this one. I totally understand if they just didn't/couldn't take anymore vehicles. But come on man, it took you 10 minutes, knowing I was standing there waiting all that time....thats what I'm upset about We are all going through our own stuff. Shout out to the Management Team! Really nice people. Branden, José and store manager, chris are very awesome people. I went there before I even worked at the shop that takes our cars to get aligned. Their pricing is fair and they do quick work. They have wifi, chips and soda machine. There's a jack in the box right next door, so it's not too bad. They do brake checks, alignment checks, and set your tire pressure. They do inspections for tires that need a patch up or not. My go to tire place in Orange! Great experience today at Just Tires. I set up an appointment yesterday to bring in my car for an oil change at 2pm. I needed to drop it off around noon due to another appointment. No problem! When I called to check up on it at 1:45pm, it was done. All of this on a Saturday no less. So we're 2 and a half hours away from home and we noticed one of our tires separated (which is still under warranty with Goodyear, but you have to find a certified dealer) So we decide to come to Just Tire mind you we have 2 families and 7 kids 12 and under we are told 4 hours for one tire!! Speak to the manager and he was no way willing to help bump this time, we ask if we can take the tire somewhere else and bring the old one back and we're told no you'll lose your warranty credit. We're e can no longer go anywhere else to get our tire because corporate is back east and they are now closed. Will never come to a Just Tire again. 3 and a half hours later we are now leaving. read more

Spent 900 on tires and was treated poorly from the very start. Rick who works there has a very aggressive attitude. I told him to calm down and to not have such an attitude when speaking with me. When other customers asked his co workers why Rick treats people poorly the answer was "we've worked a lot of hours". They didn't say sorry or anything. They said it as if we should expect them to act like this. THEN I walk back to see whats going on with my truck and I see Rick talking to the guy changing the tires. They were talking sh** like High School kids. I said hello to the young man changing the tires and he looked me up and down and walked away. I smiled and waited patiently. THEN I told the young man changing the tires that my truck bed cannot be closed onto my folding cover. You have to close the cover last, the young man looked at me with an annoyed face and didn't say anything. At this point Im not smiling anymore. When they finished, sure enough, he slammed the truck bed onto the tri fold cover. I asked him what the hell he was doing and he said, "i know how these work, I worked at toyota"(the cover is not from toyota) Well, come to find out the next day, my tri fold cover is broken. Thats a 1k cover. Who's gonna pay for this? The guys who used to work here were much better. This place has gone down hill fast. read more

Leaving work on a Friday evening is great, going to your car and finding your tire almost flat, not so much. Most tire shops close at 6:00pm so I was really worried I wouldn't be able to find one. I jumped on Yelp and it led me to Just Tires. I have to say, Fantastic experience! I was prepared to have to buy all new tires, and was so surprised when Jonathan said they could patch it. He said I would want to have someone look again in about 3k-4K miles. I was completely surprised, most people would have pushed the sale. I asked him to price 2 new tires just in case, so I could be prepared for next time. Jonathan gave me three options, and really great prices. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I took my 01 525i in to get aligned after I had some front end work done to it at a shop that doesn't do alignments. Everyone here was nice and courteous, and took my car back promptly. When they were done, the paper showed they didn't even adjust one of the rear tires at all saying it was impossible to do it. Thank goodness for having a mechanic in the family. If it wasn't for them, I would've been screwed. My brother made them do it again, and low and behold they got that wheel which was not possible to adjust done and did another in the front. Alignment is perfect now, but it took them 2 times to do it and a lot of coaching. Never coming back here again. read more

On my way to Los Angeles for my daughters birthday I got a flat tire on the freeway. I luckily found this place on the internet close by and I was going into assuming I was going to buy two front tires but I remembered that I had a spare. The customer service agent helped me right away as I parked in the front. He took a look and let me know that they have new tires. I told him I had a spare and asked him how much it would be. He said he would be able to do it as a courtesy! I never would of thought they would do that for me!!! I was so grateful and blessed that when life happens there are nice people to help you in need. Bad customer service. I dislike an old man who works in the front desk. He was a smart ass for everything that I would ask. It was my first time coming in for a pop tired. I had came in on Sunday at 3pm. He said are you going to leave your car overnight. I said no, I can't. He said than I can't help you. We're going to close at 6 and we're really busy. I said "oh I understand. What time can I come in Monday morning?" He smirks and points at the door to printed office hours. He than said if you come in really early We can see you. I think there are a bunch of them there doing a very ratty type of interconnected damages. After that, it no longer becomes a location where you want to take something to get it healed. Wear a lot of sun block too because you will stand out outside. read more

I brought my car to get my flat tire repaired. The service was way too slow! I was waiting 1 hour for them to take a look at it to see if it is repairable or not! After an hour he said that I need to get a new tire! "Ok! That's fine! I am gonna get it.."I said! But I didn't know I have to wait for another hour! After 2 hours and 10 mins, I paid $120 and left! I brought my car to Just Tires for new tires and an oil change. The technician came back and said I needed new shocks, break fluid, spark plugs, and a bunch of other stuff that added up to 875 dollars. I had to get to work so I just got the oil change. The next day I had a coolant leak and took it to Irvine Auto Service on Edinger. I asked John about my shocks, break fluid and everything else and after his technician checked out my car, including a drive check and guess what? MY CAR WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION, shocks were fine, break fluid fine and the car overall looked great. I will return to Irvine Auto Service, but never Just Tires. They can't be trusted. I came here on Sunday because there was a nail in my tire. They offer free repair on damaged tires but that is just a trap. If the nail is anywhere other than right in the middle of your tire they will not repair it. They looked at my tire and they said that the nail was too far on the side for them to fix it and it was company policy and that I would need to replace the tire. I knew that they were feeding me BS just so they could get money from me because I have had nails in my tire before in that same location and it's never been a problem to fix. I waited and took my car this morning to America's Tire in North Hollywood which is where I live and they were able to fix my tire for free! I know America's Tire has locations in Orange County as well. I would stay away from Just Tires -- it was a waste of time to stand there just for them to give me a fake diagnosis. read more
