Came here because I had an online deal. They are a tire store, and I just got an oil change. Made appointment got here 20 minute early and still waited 60 minute after the original appointment time. Feel like I'm at Dr office, even though you make an appointment you still have to sit around. Had my first experience today at Just tires. I came in having a nail in my tire hoping to get it patched up. I met Ray and he was very helpful and kind. After seeing I was a disappointed in them being busy and having to wait an hour to get this done on my day off he took it upon himself to make an exception to fit me in. That was very gracious of him of offer. While waiting over 45 minutes I got a little frustrated. I later found out my tire had two nails they had to patch. Because he knew I was in a hurry he was very apologetic and ended up doing something special for me without me asking or having to complain. The guy who worked on my tire was also apologetic. I took my car for an oil change and now the skid plate underneath the car is missing. I went to go see the store manager chris tizzard and he gave me the run around. Bunch of crocks and I do not recommend them for any auto service. I filed a police report and I will go after them till I get my skid plate back. read more

While they didn't have my exact tire in stock, said they didn't need to put on the exact tire, just anything that fit. Has ones that fit for $110 (Kelly), $140 (Good Year) and other options. Got a flat tire 3 days ago before a trip. Came back home and went into this JustTires location since it was close to home. I saw a banner hanging that mentioned FREE Tire Repair so I asked about it, let them know what was going on. They took my car in and in LESS THAN AN HOUR, called me back to let me know the tire was patched and ready to go! Just as the guy mentioned, it was absolutely FREE! Service really blows. They tell me my car will be put on the alignment rack within 15min, 30 min later it's still not on the alignment rack. Only when I reminded them about my car do they started driving my car on the rack. Once it's up on the rack, it sits there for another 30 min without anyone even working on it. I had to remind them again, is when someone started working on the car. I seriously think they need to do a better job with management. Not efficient for the company or even the customer's time. read more

Zero star given. I went there because the tire deflation indicator was on. They made me wait for 2 hours to get the tires inspected. I did see people who came after me get served right away. That is not important. Maybe they got reservation. After all the waiting, Just Tire told me the tire need to be replaced other than having an inside hot patch. I saw the puncture and I know it is repairable. So I left there and got it repaired at pep boy in 30 mins. I am also going to give 5 stars to Pep Boy in Lake Forrest now. read more

Where to begin this horror story? I was living in Irvine until recently and before our move across the country, we needed new struts and shocks. After Big O Tires tried to scam us with high priced "premium parts" we didn't ask for, we called around and found this place. Seeing the reviews, I thought this was a good choice. I was wrong. They had troubles installing our parts, partially due to rust. I considered giving them two stars for the way they handled their installation mistake, but customer service doesn't make up for the physical damage they caused. Anyway, they kindly undercharged us for the labor and paid for a rental car since they had to keep ours overnight due to their own mistake. This was handled couteously. This is the only thing they did right. They incorrectly installed the strut the next day and did not test drive our car before calling us in, which was apparent because upon leaving, our car made a horrible clacking noise. 3 hours later, they finally figured out they forgot a spacer. We thought everything was fine until, three days and 2000 miles later, our car started making a rubbing noise by the front tire. Upon our arrival at our new home, we found an affiliated store and took it in. They informed us that the strut was improperly installed, and that the technician used a vice grip, denting in the metal and causing the piston to rub against the shaft. Pure negligence. We called the store to pass this on, so this isn't new information to the store via this review. This was over a month ago. I just found out that when I took my car into the affiliated store that they didn't do an alignment because Just Tires didn't align my tires in the first place and they thought I voluntarily asked not to have that done. It was never offered nor mentioned at either location, leading me to believe it was either not an issue or included in the service. I now have to replace my badly damaged tires and they need to replace the struts a third time due to the wear and tear caused by driving my vehicle out of alignment for 1500 miles. The vehicle control was severely compromised, but I was out of town for work for a week and was unable to bring it in. This also may have caused damage to my steering and other parts, but I can't prove that and may never be able to get compensated for it. Overall, the technician(s) that took care of our car at Just Tires was completely incompetent and it's not worth the headache nor the potential damage to your vehicle. TLDR: Don't take your car here for any major repairs, especially struts and shocks. It's the biggest regret I've ever had. read more

Just Tires is nestled within a bunch of other business to service your needs but I love the fast speedy service I get here I've been here a few times I just forgot to yelp it or check in I know what kind of yelper forgets any who so I came in for an oil change for my Dodge Durango an 8 cylinder. What I love about this place is not only the quick service I receive, the free water, the cable TV, and not to mention the (FREE WI-FI) it's that they don't charge you extra for having a mid sized truck how cool is that! Other places will charge you that extra fee for having a mid sized SUV when you get a standard oil change now if your okay with spending that extra fee than go ahead but me personally I can use that extra money for something else. The staff here are friendly courteous knowledgeable professionals I highly recommend this place they do offer other services as well but don't take my word for it check it out your self if your in the area and need an oil change . read more

I got new tires from them about 2 months ago. Tires are great but they didn't properly balance the wheels & tires & they have a 70+mph shake. I've been back twice & has gotten 'better' but still shakes. I went in today & explained that this was my THIRD time back to have my wheels properly balanced. 3 hour wait!!!! I think when this is my 4th visit to correct something that is very simple & should have been done correctly initially, you need to make some prioritizations & pull my car into a bay & get it done without wasting another 3 hours of my time. The guy wanted to look at my tires & wheels maybe thinking my car's a hunk of junk or something. Not sure what he thought he was going to see without actually taking my wheels off & putting them on the balancer. His comment, "wow, these are really nice tires". Yep, they sure are & it's too bad a tire shop can't figure out how to do a simple balance & take care of a customer who has been in 3 extra times to get it done right. I will NOT be back!! I'm now sitting here at Becker Tire in Orange getting it done right now! Greeted by name when I walked in & they had my car on the rack in less than 5 minutes! That's great service. This wasn't their problem but they went out of their way to hook me up! Great guys, and although I try to patronize the local Tustin businesses, I will drive to Becker in the future. Two Sundays ago I went in to check my tire pressure as the light turned on after the dealer rotated the tires on my Accord. Didn't feel like making the drive to the dealer and I actually added air to what I thought was correct at the local gas station. Light wasn't going away. Simple fix but work kept me from searching the net. I was close by having breakfast, stopped by the tire shop and Jose handled my issue for free. Now that's customer service. He added air using a more precise machine and he taught me how to manually reset the sensor. Jose, you are amazing brother. It sounds lazy but when life is stressful and your job just doesn't let you have a break, it's little things like this that build loyalty. I know where I'm getting my tires next time! Had a tire repair done at a Big O because i was in a huge pinch and had to get on the road. They wouldnt do the repair but i forced the issue. On our way to SD the repaired tire blistered where the patch was. I had drove to San Jose and back before it blistered. I was in tow with our fifth wheel and fortunately was able to pull into the park and ride on jeffery road. I called them and let them know what the problem was. I limped in on the blistered tire and they were busy as hell. He said when i called that would get us in and out of there. The gentleman saw me pull in and came out quickly and fixed the tire. Fortunately they had one tire close to the size i needed as i have a larger than normal size tire. once they were done i mentioned my in laws own a tire shop and let them know the price and they helped us out. very awesome job i would recommend "this branch" to anyone. read more

I brought in a 3 month old 85K car for a nail/tire repair. I left with a repaired tire (hopefully) but only 4 out of 5 stud lugs because the technician used an impact to start each lug instead of installing them by hand (wheel and tire 101). The tech's note/excuse "lug came out hard" and "have you had the tire off on this 3 month old car with 3K on the OD?" . Not only that but the conical washer on one lug came off/stayed in the rim which they left. I was charged full price, given every excuse in the book on how it wasn't their fault and offered zero help to rectify the problem, only "pay up sucker". Luckily the dealer was able to repair the stripped hole by tapping it and was able to reinstall the conical washer back on the lug stud. I called the same day to discuss this issue with management and they stated they wanted to review the CCTV footage and would respond back the next morning. Not to my surprise, no response and zero ownership for a basic/rookie mistake. Avoid these people like the plague as they cannot even install a lug/stud correctly. Mistakes happen, what matter is how you respond and Just Tires failed miserably. Do you research and go to a reputable shop, just because it is a large chain store does not mean it is good! read more

Would not recommend! Came here because there was a nail in my tire. Over the phone the man told me 25$ then I get to the counter and another man wants to tell me 32$ so he "goes back to check" and comes out and tells me ok 25$ just this time. I ask do they need to check my tire first and he says no its ok you can leave it here we will call you when it is done. Which was nice because I had errands to run and then about 30 minutes later they call me to tell me the tire is not repairable, and that along with having to buy a new tire for the one I initially came in for I would need 3 new tires total (I bought all new tires less than 6 months ago and they are all perfectly fine with great tread). Luckily, they close at 8pm and I was able to complete my errands before going back to pick up my car. They also didn't take any credit card information form me for leaving the car there. So of course, having felt weird about it, I did not do my service with them. I took my tire somewhere else, they only charge me 15$ AND they repaired the "repairable" tire in less than 20 minutes from when I walked in to when I paid and left. read more

I took my car in for a transmission flush as I was a bit behind on my transmission service. My car was dropped off and was kept for several hours. I finally get a call, I'm thinking I'm getting phoned to pick my car up. Instead I'm being told my car is making a noise * although it wasn't before I dropped it off* and if somehow it is, that's all the reason more to flush the transmission as requested.....but NO the shop doesn't feel "comfortable" doing the service. Wow... I spent my beautiful Sunday hanging around doing nothing, due to not having my car as it was as the shop. Only for the shop to say they don't feel comfortable doing a service they frequently perform. Wont be back here again!!! read more

Excellent service. I came in when my tire popped on the freeway, I guess I pushed it off too long. Wait wasn't too long, they have a good amount of staff. I asked the associate, Brandon, his opinion on my tires and he told me to just rotate the rear and get two new tires because my other tire was going out as well. I like that he didn't try to up sale me on anything. He told me how much it would be out the door for the exact same tires. Came in Saturday morning around 9am. Brought in my tires, was 30 bucks per tire for balance, install, and disposal. Took about 1.5 hours total. Open Saturday and Sunday. Most places are booked on weekend s. The guy who greeted me was cool, but he looks like one of those actors who always plays a coworker in seth rogen movies. I like the service here. Workers are respectful. Second time being here for an oil change. The first time they checked my tire pressures without me even asking and notified me that I was operating under the standard tire pressure. Second time they checked my air filter and notified me about replacing it. Awesome crew over here. Yes Wifi is slow but who cares. And make sure you make an appointment before arriving.
