I love the chicken tikka massala and dhaal. Very good prices! The owners are so friendly. I am glad they are about to move to another location as the place on West Capital Avenue is old and falling apart. I give this place 2.5 stars. The restaurant was easy to find. Right on the corner of a shopping strip next to the AM PM Arco. Parking wasn't hard to find. Upon arrival, we were greeted right away. The place looked decently clean. We chose the buffet. The menu items seemed to be fairly priced. The buffet had approx. 10-12 items not including the plain iceberg lettuce and sauce section. I only gave this 2.5 stars because the flavor was there, but it was laden in oil and salt. As I was eating my food, there was that infamous orange oily substance floating around on the plate. The chana masala had very nice flavor but a second later, you could taste all the salt! Then see the residual oil! If you're a salt lover, you'll be very happy with this place. One of the cooks came out and he looked like he could use a shower and a good wash of his apron (sorry, I'm a clean freak). If you're a vegetarian or vegan, it looked like there was about 3 items to choose from. For meat eaters, there was a lamb dish and a few chicken dishes. Their plain naan was delicious. We stood there for a good 5 minutes till they stopped and asked us if we needed to be seated. Have been here a few times now and I'm hooked. Their lunch buffet is awesome, lots of variety for carnivores and herbivores alike. Their chicken tandoori is to die for. So is their spicy chicken biryani. Can't wait to bring friends! The place is a little run down inside so don't expect fine dining but I think their food is super authentic. I've been to this place 3 times already. People do not come here for the food, they come here for the low price & the buffet. I personally think they need to hire better servers. They don't remember to come around and refill your drinks nor do they remember to pick up your plates. It was very frustrating. The food tastes average- which is sad because thanks to this restaurant, I know what "average" tastes like. Nothing too special about this place except it's good for my wallet. Went here on a whim, after looking up buffets on my phone. The dinner buffet, for $10, was simple, but enjoyable. The chicken tikka masala was yummy-the only thing I would have changed is make it spicy! One of the staff was kind enough to let us know when there was freshly made rice. Their garlic naan was some of the best naan I've ever had! Moist and fluffy-its apparently their specialty. More than anything, the staff was very attentive with drink refills and making sure we were enjoying our experience. Very impressed and will be back! read more

Finally had the chance to try the normal, non-buffet menu. "Slop" is perhaps too harsh, but not much. I don't understand it. The buffet is so fresh and delicious, but the dinner was not very hot, too mushy and was served with the rice and the main dish spilling over the sides of the plate "mess hall" style. The lunch buffet includes Poori, Halwa, Lahori Channa, Nihari, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Goat Curry, Chicken Biryani, Veggie Biryani, Saag and lot more. All stuff tastes excellent. My husband and I LOVE this place. Everything is made fresh on the spot. If I could graze at the buffet for hours I would. They don't speak a lot of English which is irrelevant to me because they are kind and generous and attentive. The Tikka Masala and Lamb curry are amazing. The price is right, its quiet and not noisy. The food at this place is delicious and cheap. The physical space is a bit weird. It is in a strip mall next to a gas station. The booths are, let us say, not new. But, the food is actually incredible - fresh and full of flavor. We had the buffet and every item was delicious. They brought us fresh hot nan bread that was nice. We also had a mango laci (yogurt drink) that was so refreshing. Basically, you will get great home cooked Pakistani food prepared by a family (dad and mom are the cooks) for very little money. Kabob Corner, a family owned Pakistani restaurant for the last decade, is a decent Indian/Pakistani food place. The place is cheap, that's the plus point for it. The food is medeoker, some things are good & some things are not the best. Their Garbanzo beans with naan is my personal favorite. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. The food was superb. We both ended up eating way more than we should have and fell in love with everything from their meats and rices, all the way down to the garlic bread! The waitress continuously checked on our drink levels to ensure we were taken care of and the buffet was kept filled. If you want to try some authentic and fantastic food that's different from the norm and has been established in our wonderful small town community, you MUST visit Kabab Corner! This place is definitely a hole in the wall worth going to. Their chicken tikka masala is great, they're rice biryani is great too (they also have different one on different days which is cool) and their naan is the best (get garlic). The only thing that makes this place a 4/5 and not 5/5 is the service. It is ran by a very small family (I've talked to the waiters there regularly at one point) so it's not very formal so the service is iffy. I've been to a couple of their different places like Curry Club and others and they don't live up to Kabab Corner. I guess they were under different owners a few years back according to old reviewers but they're pretty good now other than the said service. read more
