    Non-Vegetarian Maharaja Dinner
    Michelle L.

I've come back again several times a year since my last review; both the lunch buffet and dinner feasts (veg or non-veg) are very good options. Lunch buffet is under $20, and the dinner feasts are $19-$21. Fresh plain naan comes with the lunch buffet. The rest is self-serve vegetarian items, non-vegetarian items, salad bar, desserts, chai tea. Some of the veggie items I've seen day-to-day: biriyani rice, papad, veg pakora, samosas, paneer pakora, bhature, saag paneer (spinach & broccoli), aloo ghobi (cauliflower), benghan bhartha (eggplant), chana masala (chickpeas), daal makhani (lentils), mattar or tikka masala paneer. Non-veg items: tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, fish pakora, goat curry, butter (makhani) chicken, korma. Sides: raita, mint chutney Desserts: carrot halwa, kheer, gulab jamun, mango softserve Maharani Dinner (veg): Samosa, Papad, Chana Masala, Mattar Paneer, Navratan Shahi Korma, Naan, Rice, Raita, and dessert of the day ($18.99) Maharaja Dinner (non-veg): Tandoor Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Sheekh Kabob, Chicken Makhani, Mattar Paneer, Chana Masala, Naan, Rice, Raita, and dessert of the day I'm also a fan of their mango lassi drink!

Glad I found an Indian Lunch Buffet for under $20 with a good variety of dishes. During my visit, they offered Butter Chicken, Chana Masala, Dal Makhni, Saag Panner, Zucchini, Rice, Biryani, Bature, Mini Vegetable Samosa, Vegetable Pakora, and Fish Pakora. They had salad options on the side with Pickle, Chutneys and Raita on the side as well. Desserts included Kheer, Gulab Jamun and Mango Ice cream. Everything was delicious. Could use a bit more flavor and a little bit of a kick. But for the selection of dishes, I was satisfied. They bring Plain Naan which is included in the Lunch Buffet straight to your table Finally, top it off with Some Indian Taj Beer and you are good to go mate!

This was by far the worst Indian restaurant I have visited in the past 20 years. The food was completely unhygienic--cucumbers and tomatoes were nearly frozen, the fruit had an unpleasant smell, and the paneer was extremely rubbery and fake. The naan had a strange taste, and the biryani was completely bland. Every single dish was disappointing and felt unhealthy. By mistake, I walked into the kitchen instead of the restroom, and what I saw was shocking--it was a complete mess and absolutely filthy! To make matters worse, the staff warned me not to let children run around because the floors were dirty and had glass pieces. I looked down and actually found a piece of glass! This is beyond outrageous. How is this place even operating under such hazardous conditions? This restaurant needs to be reported to the local health authorities immediately. I strongly advise against dining here.

Amazing vegetarian lunch buffet selection! They have so many vegetarian options and everything is so delicious! Complimentary naan is provided. They have various dessert options including mango ice cream and chai tea! I loved their chai tea and drank at least 4 cups! Highly recommend - affordable and delicious! I will definitely be back again!

One word: Buffet! I appreciate Pooja. Consistent food, moderately priced ($18 and some change for the buffet), and the most delicious mango ice cream I have ever had. Staples: Fresh Naan (7/10) Fish Pakora (8/10) Gulab Jamun (6/10) Butter Chicken (7/10) Saag (7/10) Kheer (8/10) Veg dishes, okra masala, etc (8.5/10) Mango ice cream (9.5/10) Fresh chai tea Staff are chill, place is open seating. Very straightforward. No complaints. Check em out.

It's been many, many years since I've been to Pooja. I've been wanting to get some Indian food, and so we came here on a Monday for lunch. You can either order off the menu or choose the buffet; we wanted to have the lunch buffet. They will bring water and naan to your table. They have about about 15 items to choose from for their buffet. I am not an expert on Indian food, so I tend to just try a bit of every dish. Chai tea is one of my favorite things to drink, so I particularly love this buffet because it is included. They also have a mango soft serve ice cream for dessert. Their selection is great, the food is tasty, and the buffet is a good price as well.

Their AYCE lunch buffet is back! Hurray! We went to lunch at noon on Tuesday. The place was packed. I was surprised it was so busy. But after trying out the food, I knew why. Their lunch buffet offerings were plentiful. They had 4 main entrees: butter chicken, tandoori chicken, fried fish and goat. The butter chicken and fish were very tasty. They had 2 types of rice, 2 types of pakora, 4 vegetable items, 4 desserts, including mango soft serve. They also had a little salad bar and chai tea. When we returned to our table, there was fresh naan waiting for us. We tucked in and really savored our meal. I'm not able to eat really spicy food, and the food wasn't very spicy, but it had a nice heat to it. I definitely broke out in a sweat after finishing my meal and needed to cool it down with mango lassi. Along with the food, the staff were also very friendly. They brought out fresh naan as soon as they saw that your basket was empty. They bussed used plates as soon as you set it aside. While the food and service were excellent, parking sucks, especially during lunch. The restaurant is also older and has wet mold smell. Luckily, they kept the AC blasting so you couldn't really smell it. But I've been to dinner in the past when the AC wasn't blasting and the smell is very noticeable. All in all, I'll definitely be back for the buffet.

I always love buffets for a deal!! Under $20 for person. Great meat options including 1 butter chicken, 1 fried fish, 1 lamb curry, and several veggie options. Huge fan of the carrot pudding too! Kajar ka halwa sooo goood. Great ambience, good seating. Friendly staff who bring the free naan right away for buffets. Worth the visit to try Indian food for the first time in this wide option lay out. Free parking right outside.

Just finished devouring everything! I haven't had Pooja in so long and it is still as good as I remember! The place is huge, and there is plenty of room! The service was fast and the ladies were very nice! We got mango lassi and hot chai to drink. Hot chai was delicious and mango lassi was smooth and creamy. We got Shahi Paneer and Butter Chicken with garlic Nan. Oh my gosh, the Shahi Paneer was SO SO good! The butter chicken yummy as well! GARLIC NAN ugh, wished I got two more orders! Perfect for dipping! I am already looking forward to coming back! I want to try their lunch buffet next time, so I can try a little bit of everything!

No lunch buffet but thali plates is offered in replace.
