was the worst experience In My life. the chicken tenders were dry and over cooked. over the 3 meals I got only one was right. other two were both missing sides and has the wrong sides. seems like every time I go there they ever have enough of any item and have to wait for them to cook it and then is over or under cooked. I have to drive back to get the right sides and the sauces we have for and didn't get and when asked all they did was blame each other and acted like the didn't even care that My order was messed up not even a sorry. will never go back there again. one other thing they never have a full menu some stuff on the menu was X-out. really say since is the only one left in the area. While the food has been typical for a KFC franchise, their customer service is lacking. The owners of this franchise are extremely cheap. They do not honor coupons -- even if their address and phone number are printed on them. I received a sheet of KFC coupons in the mail with this location prominently printed on them. When I went to the location, they would not honor the coupons that I wanted to use and offered to accept another one but not at the same price. Their excuse was that the coupons were from the corporation and that they are a franchise and don't have to honor them. Whether or not they have a legal obligation to do so is irrelevant. They are taking advantage of and profiting from that advertising. The few pennies that it would have cost them to honor the coupon would have resulted in customer good will. Instead, I paid full price the one time and will NEVER return. I have had other issues in the past that I have let slide -- such as being charged extra for an additional sauce. But this has been too much. If they are so bad a running their business that they cannot afford to honor coupons and give away more than one sauce packet with two orders of chicken, then perhaps they should not be in business. I refuse to contribute my business to them any longer. I do not recommend you to do so either. read more

I had the 5 dollar "value" meal. I had the fried chicken/mashed potato combo with drink and cookie, and I must say that this particular item was the most vile, unpleasant, putrid, disgusting, repulsive, (or any other associated synonym) I can think of. In fact, I would not wish this upon my greatest enemies. This particular item is best served on Death Row or at Guantanamo Bay. I had better mashed potatoes from instant mix at the dollar store. The corn thrown in is an odd choice, and made for an unpleasant synergy in the mix. The chicken, what chicken? There were bits of fried skin in it. I did not taste any chicken. The gravy was coagulated and looked like it was made hours ago. The cheese looked like it had been put in a microwave as you can clearly see the uneven formed streaks of half cooked, half that drizzled along the rancid gravy. Absolutely disgusting. I spent $5.45 on this and I want a refund! I took a couple bites and just tossed it. Normally, I don't even bother writing scathing reviews to the company, but I felt compelled to this time. This quite possibly might be the worst thing I've eaten at a casual fast food restaurant. I cannot comprehend how this product came to be known as the "famous bowl." I went into the Glendale KFC, on Verdugo, to order the "Eight Piece Tenders Meal" that has been running on television for weeks. The person at the register did not have a clue what I wanted. I had to point it out to him on the menu board. Then, he could not figure out how to put the information into the register for the order. I have not been inside before, as during the Pandemic, I have using the drive-thru. All the employees were running around in a panic trying to filling orders. When I got my order, I thought that I had better check it, and yes, he left out the french fries side. So, I had to wait while they cooked them. When he brought the fries to me, I had to ask him to put them in a bag because he was just going to drop them in the bag I was holding with rest of the meal. He then ran into another employee and dropped part of the fries on the floor which he did not refill, just put them in a bag. I got the hell out of there, and I will not be back. read more

Well I came to this place looking for a pot pie. We got and the parking is not the best. The food is fine. But the service so far not so great. We walked in and it took almost 4 minutes before anyone on the crew even acknowledge we were even there. The cashier Cynthia was not friendly at all. I kind of got the feeling we were bothering her. I come to this location because it's the closest but it really is pretty terrible. The customer service is lacking and more than half the time they mess up an order. Sometimes they're stingy with sauces and when you ask for napkins or anything else in the drive through they'll either forget or give you literally one napkin. Ate at this KFC for the first time today. The guy at the counter was very helpful in helping me make my vhoice..thanks. I haven't eaten at KFC in a while as the good has never been that great. That hasn't changed. Crispy chicken is crispy AND tasteless. Mashed potatoes and slaw are as good, or bad as they have ever been. I don't go to KFC often but when I have a craving, I do visit this location as it's the closest one to me. I went once on Monday and once on Wednesday. Simple order: Famous bowl with the chicken on the side rather than mixed in (I don't eat meat so anytime something comes with meat i get it on the side to save for my mom so it doesn't get soggy/ruined with any toppings). I've NEVER had a problem making this request anywhere I've ever gone. On Monday, they gave me no problems (though they did forget my biscuit that I paid for....ugh). On Wednesday, got terrible service for a SIMPLE request. The gentleman taking my order went to ask if he can do that which is totally fine. Then he comes back and says that the manager told him, chicken in the bowl, or NO chicken. To which I questioned him saying that my request wasn't an issue TWO DAYS ago and this makes no sense. Why would you REFUSE to give me the chicken I'm PAYING FOR on the side? I even told him that all they had to do was put the chicken in the small side container like the people on Monday did for me and all he had to say that's what the manager said. I was so livid at this terrible service. The manager didn't even have the guts to come tell me themselves they were hiding behind the prep area. Been here several times and each experience has been a unsatisfying one. Place is never all that busy but for some reason it's takes forever for your food to be ready. The place is dirty and there are grease stains all over the floor along with the trash can resembling a volcano with all the trash flowing out of it. And sometimes if you walk in you have to wait even more just for someone to come to the cash register and take your order. Once I came through the drive through and I asked for 12 tenders but they told me I'd have to wait and they made me pull over and park and when the gave me my tenders they forgot to put in my honey mustard when I made sure to tell them I wanted some.
