This is the first time I heard of this place so my wife and I decided to try it. In short, we loved it!! Although this is a traditional American food joint, the flavors were unique and tasted absolutely delicious! The eggs were too salty, bacon was over cooked, hash browns might have been expired, or stale, and the pancakes were a bit chewy. For a simple breakfast I will opt for Farmer Boys or Denny's Instead. I think this place has pretty good food. They have VERY large portions so if you can share it's perfect. I feel they are a bit pricey. For me to have breakfast it's over $15.00 (that includes tip) but that is a lot! The staff is friendly and there is usually a wait but it's not that bad. The food was delicious, couldn't finish all even though we ordered one plate to share with pancakes on the side. Left Stuffed and was able to take a banana nut muffin for the ride back home. Not only was our breakfast Deeeelish... But the service was excellent. It was super packed and everyone was still being tended to. I've been here twice and have no complaints...food is on point and breakfast portions are hefty...got the dirty chicken and biscuits...ridiculous amount of food. First time customer and I will start off by saying the CUSTOMER SERVICE was horrible. I am not sure if we went on a bad day or it was just our waitress but wow smh. I usually try to cut people some slack when I know they are understaffed or super busy but none of these were the case. It took about 5 minutes (keep in mind it was only 2 of us waiting- no one else) to be asked if we had been helped and to be seated. 11 MINUTES for our waitress to come to the table (after being seated) and 9 minutes for her to bring our 2 sodas out (I believe her name was Areli). After the food had been brought out she did not check if we needed anything else! NOT ONCE ...to ask how our food was, or if we needed a refill, or anything else! (Only other time She walked over to our table was to hand is the check) HOWEVER I will say another waitress was walking by and was nice enough to stop by and ask if we needed ketchup or mustard for our fries. FOOD QUALITY: We decided to try their dirty HB and their country chicken HB and I will say they were pretty good... Now the fries smh they were a different story. I got the seasoned wedges and those were ok. Now the ones my brother got (their regular French fries) couldn't have been any nastier! They were served cold but burnt and stale. Would've said something but like I said before our waitress never came to check so we just ended up sharing our fries. PRICE: Pricing is moderate and BIG portions are served! Would i recommend? NO! Although their burgers were good and prices were moderate it is NOT enough to get me to come here again if the rest of their food is no good. Especially, if the rest of the waitresses provide the same kind of mediocre service that ours did. This is my first time trying this place and i must say the allure is there when you look at all the menu choices. I Had their dirty country style chicken and eggs and was not impressed at all.It was nacho cheese and what looked to be prefrozen chicken and the taste was mediocre at best. My bf had the hot link and eggs. The hot link tastes like a regular sausage with no spice and his hash browns were very under done. The only thing good about our meal was the snickers shake. Hand the "dirty omelette" is appeared to be covered with velvetta cheese. There were flies all over the place and very hot near the window. We loved several times. Normally it's good but not today. We got seated fast, the service was acceptable it was friendly but it was consistent. We had the pepper jack skillet that was really good and I highly recommend trying that out. The jack breakfast which was okay the flapjack was huge and it filled me up but it was really plain. And finally the the dirty western burger which was not good at all. This place is alright. Their flapjacks are pretty good, but their syrup is not. It's too watery. Syrup should be a little thick. I like that their mascot is a bunny, but the mural of the bunny underwater, snorkeling is kind of weird. I guess the kids like it, though... Most of the wait staff have big smiles and great personalities, but they don't seem to get to refilling drinks often. Large portions, but be specific to verbalize what you want and don't want. Orders often came different from what we ordered. The wait staff all wear t-shirt with an ad on them that is no longer available. The service is good, as is the food, but when I asked for a straw, the server brought me an UNWRAPPED one. That seems unsanitary. Also, the Diet Pepsi was served flat with very little carbonation.
