I used Kobe moving twice to move, and they were fantastic. I arranged for 3 movers to come both times, and they are very efficient and bring their own truck, tape, wardrobe boxes, and protective cloths for big furniture items. They also are able to dissemble furniture and then reassemble it very quickly. The movers were friendly and respectful, and handled my furniture with care. They also were reasonably priced. I have been impressed both times, and will make sure to schedule them the next time I move. read more

I moved in May... I have tried to get this resolved but now they are not replying to my emails or calls. I was moving from Los Angeles to Palmdale most of the stuff where on boxes and we try to have everything as ready as possible. My husband had a back surgery just days prior so decided to look for a professional business, or was what I believed. They packed everything and filled up the truck really well the only thing they did not even put a blanket in it was on my Thermador 48" stove.... I let them know before had that it was heavy and to be careful with it please. To my surprise it arrived broken and the top all scratched up. The repair para are over 1,500$ plus labor. I have my stove still not installed because they are not taking this seriously. When I called insurance was never offered or explained they email me but of course was the small letter in a long email. I payed close to 3k, was over 12 hours move. Absolutely the worst moving experience of my life. Multiple items were broken, a family heirloom wedding ring disappeared during the move, I was overcharged for boxes, the move took more than 10 hours, and I witnessed crew members drinking beer while on the job. What should have been an exciting day turned into a nightmare. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances. Called Kobe moving to help us move from a second story apartment to our new house. I have had some really bad experiences in the past with other companies trying to "lag" for extra time but with Kobe I got professional service. I explained my move situation with the stairs and was suggested to get a three man work crew. And it was amazing, two loaded the truck while one first wrapped all my furniture in blankets then started organizing the truck we were done so fast I was able to relax in my new pool same day! They had a high rating on Yelp. We scheduled the move for a week day in 3 weeks . They sent over two men and a truck and they loaded all my furniture carefully. Marvin and Juan did a very good job.
