This little hidden gem was just the gift I didn't know I needed. They are still new but service was top-notch. Koi is in a strip mall, and has fun decor and flexible seating. Their menu has something for everyone. Appetizers were hot and fresh. Can't wait to come back for Hibachi or a bento box. Thoroughly enjoyed the clean tasting sushi and poke salad. We went to Koi for the first time last night after hearing great things, and they did not disappoint! We shared 4 rolls - rainbow, rock n roll, blue angels, and sweetheart roll. All were delicious! We also shared the large hot sake. The place is small with about 15 tables. There was a slight wait but worth it! Our bill was only $55 with 4 sushi rolls and a large hot sake - very affordable for high quality sushi! And they have a happy hour with even better deals. We will definitely be back soon! read more

When you initially walk in you get cute Japanese sushi bar vibe, I would have gave 5 stars but customer service could have been better. I am cutting them some slack I accidentally walked in 30 minutes before closing, I didn't think they closed at 3:00 and then opened back up. Sushi was great, I've been looking for a crunch roll like back home in California and this was spot on. I got the Hawaii roll, crunch roll, and rainbow roll and it did not disappoint. The crab in the center was so sweet and filled! $28 for 3 rolls isn't to bad. I will definitely be back. read more

The sushi is fresh, delicious, well made and the pricing is excellent. Service is very fast and attentive. I was really pleased to see they aren't marking up the soda for no reason. It was $2.50 unlike the $3.99 I have seen elsewhere. Despite doing amount of takeout and delivery, we received our sushi quickly. The ambiance is nice with a few 2 person tables, a sushi bar, a few chair/booth combos and 3 or 4 booths for 4. It is small but they are very fast and it is worth the wait! My absolute favorite thing is that you can get hibachi dishes as sides. So we got a side of cubed hibachi steak for $7 and some plain yakisoba for $4. You can get a side of plain fried rice for $3.50. It's a nice way to add a warm or meatier element to your sushi night. I have to say we did try the tempura asparagus and peanut butter roll. I liked it, my husband didn't. If you dip it into soy sauce it tastes like a peanut sauce and I thought it was interesting. Definitely was a funny thing to try. Their salad was also very good and fresh. The sushi pricing offers the simple rolls for around $5-7 each which is music to my spicy tuna roll loving ears. Your rainbow, spider, 4-5 ingredient rolls are $7-10 and then there's a $10-14 with a few outliers of more expensive and involved rolls with many ingredients, seared elements, volcano mix, etc. Their happy hour is from 4:30 when they open for dinner until 5:45. $3 beer, $4 wine, a few $4 appetizers, a list to choose 3 rolls for $18, list for 2 rolls for $18, and one for 2 rolls for $23. Yeah... this is my new favorite place to get food from in this area. I live off 9 mile and found this place by accident. I've eaten there 3-4x a week since. Their ramen is some of the best I've ever had. Also, they have these stuffed jalapeños that are super flavorful. The ladies that work the door are always really nice, and the guys making sushi behind the bar are take it very serious. My family and I have only ever ordered to-go but it looks like it would be a great place to sit down and eat with family. read more

Food is okay, but can't even enjoy it without sauce we ordered online and got maybe 3 soy sauce packets and we ordered sushi and hibachi and gave me 1 packet and didn't give me barley ANY yum yum sauce. Now can no longer enjoy my food bc we ordered online and arnt anywhere we can get any condiments. Do better stop being so stingy on your sauces yall can afford to give people there foods worth of sauce. read more

From the seaweed salad, to the poke bowl (combination salmon and tuna) the Snow Crab Roll, Sweet Heart Roll and one other I can't recall. We were super hungry so I failed to take pictures. We were there right when they opened and within 10 mins the restaurant was full. The service was fast and friendly. We will definitely come back when we are in town. read more

What a cute restaurant!! This food was absolutely delicious with fast and friendly service. We are a family of 3 who ordered an appetizer with sushi and hibachi plates, and were in and out in less than 45 minutes. AND our bill was less than $100. We left with 3 to-go plates because the portions were big! We will definitely be back and probably choose this location over other hibachi restaurants because it is soo close to home.
