So clean, dedicated team, and of course relaxation in massage chairs.

I love Koo Nails right outside of Mountain's Edge here in Las Vegas! Upon walking in, you can already see the clean ambiance of this local nail establishment. Sign clearly states to wash hands before and after your service (of course before the lovely nail polish is applied). I have been pleased with every service I have had here. There are different options for pedicures starting from basic to deluxe and more. I usually visit Koo Nails for a mani and pedi, they also have been able to accommodate same day appointments when I am feeling the need for self-care that day. Furthermore, the nail techs (including Emily and a nice gentleman) here are dedicated to providing the best service and detail to your nails. I almost forgot to mention location, location, location! Right by my house, less than a 5 minute drive. When looking to have a day of relaxation with unrivaled prices for your manis and pedis, visit Koo Nails!

I live nearby and moved recently so I needed to find a new nail salon. This was the closest to home so I figure I would start here. Due to the current covid19 pandemic, this salon has screens to protect both the customers and employees. The moment my mother and I walked in, we immediately noticed how clean it was. Yes, there is a slight smell of acetone but it's a nail salon. The employees were courteous and always made sure they asked if we were doing ok during our entire treatment. We were immediately offered water when we sat down for our pedicures. They showed us how to use the massage chair and then got straight back to work on our feet. The price was good too. I did the luxury pedicure and it was 50$! It was an hour process of scrubs and oils and even a hot stone massage. Worth it

Dry cuticles, thick polish with bubbles and uneven areas. Awful workmanship and no respect.

Horrible experience!! From beginning to end. Cheap files, cold manicure water, can't understand what she or he is saying. The worst manicure I've ever had. He messed up my nails with his own hand more than once, slopping more polish to try and cover his mistake. So much nail polish remover my cuticles are more dry than before I went in. Don't waste your money. $10 tip prior to him finishing, shouldn't have given him anything. Didn't say thank you and moved on to the next person. Now I know why it was empty.

A nice acrylic overlay on natural nails with mauve gel polish and a floral transfer design

I came in for a last minute appointment the other day after another nail salon botched an acrylic overlay with gel polish, which was a correction on a dip nail set that lifted after three days. Seriously, just because a nail salon is fancy inside doesn't mean their techs know what they're doing. Anyway, this review is about Koo Nails. Emily was my tech and did an AMAZING job. Seriously, that lady deserves a raise. She took off the bad nails and redid the overlay and gel with an impressive level of precision and skill. The transfer design is super cute too! I really love how light she went with the acrylic. I have very thin nails naturally and now I have what (I think) feel like naturally thick nails. These don't even feel or look like acrylic at all. I wish the pictures I took did her work justice. (Please excuse my crusty unmoisturized cuticles.) I am very excited for my next appointment with her in two weeks!

Safety screen between you and your nail tech!

A friend recommended visiting here for a mani/pedi. I called to see if they had availability with short notice (only 30 mins) and they happily accommodated me! I got gel on my toes and regular polish on my fingers. This was almost two weeks ago, and my toes are still looking flawless, and my nails look great aside from the normal chipping from my active lifestyle. So I will definitely opt for gel next time! I've been doing my own nails since the beginning of Covid. But because of their clean salon, safety practices, and affordable pricing I will definitely be back! I wish I got the woman's name who did my nails but she was very sweet and efficient!

Also, when my mom is in town visiting, we always go get pedicures there and Emily does her pedicures.

She scrubbed my feet With something that was allowed by the health department. It's not as good as the cheese grater, but I understand that it is not safe and can actually hurt your feet if they don't do it right or scratch too much off. If your feet are really bad It's not going to do that much. The key is to go get your feet done at least once a month. Keep lotion on your feet or Vaseline At night with a sock. I do like the way they do fingernails. I think I will just do my feet at home. Thank you to the owner for making it right. I will consider going back again because of helena.

I've probably been to all the head spas in town because they're my favorite. I decided to give this a try, and for the price, it was a bit disappointing. No scalp analysis, and you're in a tiny room that's separated with a blackout curtain from the rest of the salon. You can still hear the noise from the salon. I'm a short person, and my feet could touch the curtain. The treatment itself was just okay. There are other head spas that are more reasonably priced. Even though the head spa experience was disappointing, I'd like to try their pedicure experience with zero gravity chairs.
