8/12/25 I ordered online per usual and had my husband pick it up in store. When he returned, I was eager to check out the food. When I removed all the plastic tops, almost all my food items were dark brown in color. The orange chicken also seemed more puffy in fry batter and it simply did not look appetizing. I had to make my kids eat the orange chicken-an item they used to enjoy without any convincing. My husband used to be loyal to their orange chicken and never had leftovers. This time was different. I ordered broccoli beef, Kung pao mix and chicken fried rice. Both the Kung pao dish and the broccoli feed was overly salted. Dark soy sauce in color. Not appealing in food presentation. Beef seem overly tenderized. Too mushy. Needless to say, we had leftovers that we just tossed. The only dish that worked out some what was the chicken fried rice. I am not sure if there has been a change in ownership or chef. I'm afraid I won't be ordering from this restaurant in the future. Time to find a new Chinese place.

Pad Thai was pretty good. The servings are pretty generous. The restaurant is a bit small but offers enough seating.

Super nice spot in Fullerton for some Chinese food. It's very cheap and the portions are big and it's made to order so you can still taste the quality of the food. The servers are super nice and I really appreciate how all of the possible allergens and dietary restrictions are listed very clearly. It's super difficult getting some good Chinese food in OC and I would definitely come back if I had the chance. It's very quiet and chill here, mostly people doing takeout orders

I was out and about running errands and had a kung pao chicken craving. I remembered that KPB in Santa Fe Springs had a sister company in Fullerton. Located in a strip center where parking is complimentary and in abundance. The lunch specials are posted on the wall and run 7 days a week till 3:00 pm so I ordered the kung pao chicken combo which included stream rice and opted for the pan fried potstickers and hot and sour soup. Everything was made to order, piping hot, and yummy. The interior is big enough to accommodate dine in patrons and I saw many orders made to go. The staff here are friendly and on point with service. I'll add KPB to my list of convenient eating options in the north OC.

Plenty of parking. The place was clean because they were cleaning up when we got there. Service was quick but it was 40 minutes until closing and we got the sense they wanted us out. They didn't ask if we wanted it to go and they gave it to us packed to go. The food was ok overall. The chicken and veggies were the best thing. Tasty and the veggies were fresh. The sesame chicken was too sweet for us and tasted more like orange chicken than sesame. The shrimp dumplings tasted ok not very flavorful. The portions were good and the prices were decent.

So happy this place was open on New Year's Day! Loved the flavors, classic Chinese food with fresh ingredients. Definitely worth checking out!

Great food. In the past they made some.mistakes with the correctness of the order but the business is doing a good job and provides quality food.

Left to right beef and broccoli, house fried rice, egg flower soup.

You know that place that's familiar like home, well this place is like that for me. Placed a telephone call about 5PM, Sunday, for an order to go. Ordered (1) the house fried rice, (2) egg flower soup, (3) white rice with beef and broccoli. Was told the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Arrived there were three people scattered around the establishment, eating their meals and a lady in line picking her food up. Maria smiled and welcomed me, I told her my name and she told me my order was ready. As always packed for travel and Asian and western utensils included. The food portion are large, hot, and very good, with enough left over for lunch tomorrow.

I discovered KPB Asian Bistro through UberEats. They had an awesome special and I got two teriyaki chicken bowls for the price of one. Even without the special, the prices are fair and the portion size is well worth it. Service was very quick. The food was absolutely great, with a generous serving of chicken. I look forward to ordering again!

Ask the Community - KPB Asian Bistro

For dine-in, do you provide table service? Or is order picked up and taken to a table by the customer?

Yes we can do full service if you requests! Our employees very nice!

What is included in your lunch special?

Sub with white rice Choose 1 of salad (cucumbers or spring mix) or soup ( egg drop or hot and sour)…

Do you guys have a catering menu?

    Yes

Does the Hot & Sour soup have vegetarian broth?

Hello! The hot sour soup is water based, so vegetarians can enjoy it! Thank you!

Does your green bean and chicken dish have gluten or dairy?

You have to consider that MOST Asian products are soy sauce-based and soy sauce has gluten. I would call them just to make sure and ask if they offer TAMARI as a substitute. TAMARI is a soy-less "soy sauce" flavored condiment.

Are there Gluten Free options available? DO you have gluten free soy sauce?

Hi ! Thank you for your question! Sorry we don’t have gluten free soy sauce, the only Gluten Free…

Is this same as in Norco?

Yes it is! Thank you for your interest!

    Can you eat in restaurant?

    Yes

    Does this place use msg?

No MSG added to our cooking.

We ordered 24 wings and split it to try the soy garlic, K-sweet chili and Seoul spicy. Oh my! Generous size and served piping hot. Crunchy outside with tender chicken inside. There is a small lot out front for parking, and I suspect you can park on the street when the lot fills up. We happened to come by during the Korea vs. Mexico game, and understandably, the place gets packed, with a line forming outside. We somehow beat the rush by about 30 minutes and were seated at a table as soon as we entered. We also realized then that they didn't have the all-you-can-eat option, so we ended up ordering the chicken wings, their version of loaded fries, and steamed rice. We also placed the order via the QR code. We had our drinks delivered to our table shortly afterward. The food, however, was taking a long time to get to our table. It may have been a combination of the FIFA World Cup and a staff shortage, but when we were there, there was only 1 kitchen staff member and 1 wait staff member. The lady on the wait staff did everything from serving food to accepting new customers and topping off water for all the tables. A wall separates the restaurant; there is a front room and an inside room, and both rooms had televisions broadcasting the game. The food itself was decent for the price that they charge. The chicken wings came out piping hot, crispy on the outside, and juicy inside. They have some options for different wing flavors. The fries were also delicious and well-fried. I hope the restaurant invests in more wait staff because there were times we needed something from the wait staff. Seeing how busy she was, or sometimes she's just in the front room, we haven't seen her in a while to get whatever we needed. Overall, it was a good experience. The food was good, and the atmosphere is very unique; it's definitely a nice place to get some Korean street food when you're in the area. The only things to note are that parking is limited, food will take a while to cook as it is made fresh, and there will be some waiting to be done if you need wait staff. Last thing to note: I love that they had some Korean Fusion dishes, and I wish I had a bigger stomach to try these as well during our visit, perhaps another time!

The moment we looked at the menu, it instantly reminded us of Seoul--we had just been there a week ago! The flavor was very authentic and brought back memories of our recent trip. We ordered a few other dishes as well, but the chicken gizzard was definitely the highlight of the meal. To top it all off, we were seated on the patio and ended up having a great view of the 4th of July fireworks. And I Got My Sound Chicken just walked into the conversation and immediately sat at the head of the table. But before we even get to the food -- the space. Walking in feels like stepping into a record label headquarters that moonlights as a restaurant. Music memorabilia and album covers plastered across the walls, industrial design that actually works, and a house music soundtrack that hits harder than most clubs I've been to. It's genuinely one of the most distinctive dining environments in LA right now. The kind of place where you look around and think -- someone with real taste put this together. One thing worth mentioning -- it runs warm in there. Like, noticeably warm. I was sweating somewhere between the cold noodles and the first round of chicken. Whether that's by design or just the nature of the space I genuinely cannot confirm. What I can confirm is that it got more manageable over time and I was too busy eating to care for long. Speaking of the cold noodles -- outstanding. A decent kick, beautifully balanced, and the perfect opener before the main event arrives. And then the chicken hits the table. Crispy, juicy, seasoned with the kind of confidence that only comes from people who have truly figured something out. Every bite delivered. No inconsistency, no disappointment -- just genuinely elite Korean fried chicken from start to finish. Better than Pelicana? Honestly? Yes. And I never thought I'd say that.
