KPop Burger is a hidden gem. Tucked away in a strip mall across from a subdivision it really deserves much more visibility. I was intrigued about the name of the title since I've been nearly a decade long fan of the genre K-Pop. So I decided to give this place a try after a while. When I first came in I saw a few music videos playing on the screen which seemed to be AOA, however they seem to only play the regular American radio on the speakers which was really disappointing. I got the Miss A burger and it was really expensive in my opinion, so not the place to go to when you're trying to save a few bucks. The burger was alright, nothing really special. It didn't really pack much flavor in the patty and the burger just didn't seem to work well as a piece. Most likely won't come again. Ordered it online through yelp. The ordering process was easy, and the menu was understandable and easy to add or subtract items. It is a tad bit expensive for a combo order. It was 13 dollars and some change for a hamburger fries and a medium drink. The burger was really good, had the F ( X ) it has grilled onion, bbq sauce, mayo, and provolone cheese. Added grilled jalapeño to mine. Had the seasoned wedge fries, which are really good. The order wasn't ready when I arrived so had to wait 10 mins for it. I ordered their burger meal last Friday evening about 30 minutes before closing time. When I got home and opened the box, I started to eat a few of the fries it came with before eating the burger itself. The 1st bite of my burger tasted sort of soggy but I figured maybe it was just me. I pick my burger up again and noticed that it was very rare on the inside and may have only been cooked for about 1 minute on each side. (I have pics if anyone would like to see the proof) Ok, I understand that some like it rare but this burger was raw on the inside. This bothered me, but not as much as it bothered me when I called them the next day to explain to them that I wanted my whole meal replaced or my money back. (my meal was around $13). At this point I was really grossed out with the burger that I didn't want to think about eating another burger for a while. I asked instead if I could have it replaced with the wings (which are actually awesome here) and she (the manager) says to me.... no you may not have it replaced with wings but you can have the meal replaced. I said fine, please replace my meal with the burger well done. I go to pick my MEAL up and all they replaced was the burger, no fries, no drink. I really didn't even care for the drink but they could have at least replaced the fries (which I only ate a few of the night before) I mean who can eat a burger with no fries? Not me! We've eaten here plenty of times before and their food is always great but the reason I will never go back is because of their bad customer service of only offering to replace the burger and not the whole meal and for making me feel like I was in the wrong for complaining. read more

Placed an order through UberEATS and was very satisfied. We got a 16pc mango habanero wings, 16pc honey BBQ, and a side of fries. Total was about $35 for the delivery and everything so not to bad. We tried K-Pop Burgers for the first time because of the great reviews and we found out they have online delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery is through a third party and they do not take responsibility for their own restaurant's menu. We received two burgers, both extremely overcooked, and requested both with no sauces (mayo/mustard/ketuchup/dressing). One of the burgers was delivered with a horribly sweet BBQ sauce that wasn't even listed as an ingredient on the menu. If an entire order has all the other sauces removed, more than likely that would include anything else you might want to put on there. When we called to let them know, they told us that burger was supposed to have BBQ sauce on it, and argued that it was Yelp's fault. They originally offered to call Yelp to try to get my money back, but balked when I said it should be their responsibility. After putting the phone on the counter and discussing it, where I could hear for almost ten minutes, they finally came back on the phone and offered to remake the burger, but they wouldn't deliver it. Somehow, they no longer had a delivery driver fifteen minutes after the original delivery. After reading their approach to other customers who had issues, they do not seem focused on customer satisfaction. They want to be right and they don't want to refund any money, whether they lose customers or not. They don't understand the power of word of mouth, good or bad. read more
