We came in October 23rd at 6:15 AM and bought two dozen Donuts with two packs of donut holes. I took one set and my wife to the other to our offices. We watched him glaze the donuts so we assumed they were fresh but when we ate them about 30 min later they were very stale. We all thought they were a couple days old. Man was this a disappointment. I went to blaze for pizza and popped over here for a little sweet treat. The service was blah. Not rude but definitely not warm. I like this location the best out of The Plant location and the Union Landing location. It's fairly new, but I really like the layout of the store. There's a couch area where you can chill while you enjoy your donut. The worker here was also really nice to me. This is a pretty new location, but it's nice and clean! Actually I think all Krispy Kremes are pretty clean. There were a bunch of promotions when this one opened, and it was great. The donuts used to be pretty good, but I went a couple days ago and they taste different. They're a lot more airy than I remembered, and there's a distinct oil taste to them now. It's kind of strange. I still really enjoy the creme-filled one and the brownie-like ones. I used to think Krispy Kreme was pretty sweet, but the glaze one I had the other day wasn't actually too sweet. It was good! But the oil taste was weird; I'm not sure whether I'd want donuts from here anymore actually. I love Krispy Kreme! Usually I get a original glazed dozen but sometimes if I wanna treat myself I just go in and grab a special donut. I really like their original glazed though! Sometimes they have like a get one dozen get another for 1$ but honestly I can't eat that many donuts. I love Krispy Kreme Doughnuts! I love that they are glazed all over. They are a little bit more pricey than regular donuts, but when it comes to flavor, there is no competition. I enjoy going in when the Hot Doughnuts light is lit. I love the warm sticky glazed doughnuts. My favorites are the cream filled doughnuts. Unlike regular doughnut shops, these are filled with a decadent, icing like cream. I also really enjoy their decorated doughnuts for different holidays. Right now they have bunny butt ones for Easter that are just too adorable! Opens early, 6am, and they seem to always have fresh stock of donuts. some places if you go later in the day you get some stale ones, but i have never had that experience here. location is usually busy with the theater crowd. the ppl working the counters are respective even when the customers sometimes are not very nice. You are in and out in a jiffy, they are quite quick to get you to check out and move one to next customer. This Krispy Kreme is relatively a new addition to the Fremont "The Block" shopping area. Its a pretty standard location. They have coffee, plenty of choices of fresh donuts, and even some items I didn't expect. I'm personally not a fan since their fare is a little too sweet for me so I usually just get one of their original glazed donuts. Even the air has a very sweet aroma. I was excited to see cake batter back on the menu so i bought a couple dozen of asssorted for the fam. For the most part, my donuts were fresh and tasty EXCEPT for the one I was really looking forward to eating, the cake batter one. First of all, the worker gave me an ugly looking one that was poorly frosted and sprinkled. I don't know how it made it past the quality control department. But worst of all, I took a bite into it and not only was the donut bread part dry and very old tasting. The cake batter creme inside was sour, tangy, and just bad tasting. I've had day old donuts before, but this tasted like it was a week old. Very disappointing. Ima give TWO stars to the gentlemen that helped me in the red today 11/24/19 - because he was the only one that was NOT rude to me. I walked in w a big smile on my face, smiled at the girl standing by the donut rack ( I don't even know if she was working ) she did a 360 while talking to her friends and looked at me up and down... and I continued to smile and said hi...no hi back...she continues to talk shit about whoever - guy in the red had to put down whatever he was doing and come to my service...she mugged me as if I interrupted her telling her gossip to other two people in the back (male and female) as I was ordering - she looked back at me and looked at me up and down, again, w a smirk on her face. Mind you, I didn't say anything because my mood had been killed. Two people came in right behind me (one man and one old Asian lady) girl in the back came up and was like "can I help you?" With the most attitude in her voice. I walked out with my donuts and felt racism. I've never ever in my life been to a place where an employee has not greeted me, but even if they didn't I wouldn't be as upset as I am right now because she not only didn't greet me, she looked at me up and down...I felt discomfort. I been here 5 times, always had medicore service here, but today I will never come back. This is utter disrespect. You work in a customer service job that requires you to talk to customers and help them, so why work somewhere you don't enjoy? I'm only writing this because what I felt today was truly unkind. I ordered an iced latte and a donut. The first word I said when I ordered was ICED. When my drink came out, it was hot. Usually, this isn't a big deal, right? I told the girl who made the drink that I had actually ordered it ice. The woman who took my order rudely said NO to my face and told the girl that "it's fine" and my drink was remade. The only problem I had was with this rude woman. This would not have been an issue if she placed my order correctly, but she certainly did not need act like that. I noticed when I walked in that she also had an attitude with a group of people who were ahead of me in line. I don't think I will be coming back here after this experience. read more

Went here at 7am. No one in line. Asked for a dozen maple donuts and got a dozen choColate. How do yOu mix that up? Pretty disappointed as I didn't have time to check before going to work. Not going to let it ruin my day. Also this is a smaller location with no drive thru. Coffee I ordered www good. Krispy Kreme coffee. No sugar needed. Just cream. The young girl running it went into an in depth conversation with the party in front of me for at least 10 minutes. One week ago, on Monday January 29th, I walked in with my 4 year old son to an empty Krispy Kreme around 5:45pm. The entire place was absolutely spotless and all the trays were packed full with donuts. One of the two young gentleman working that night gave us a warm greeting as I helped my son choose a donut. From the moment they greeted us til we left that store those two guys were so good to my son! They were engaging him in such a genuine and honest way. I usually like going to this location, but last night December 23rd my friends and I went for some late night donuts about 930 pm. The place was crowded and everyone there was talking, so it was difficult to hear the guy at the counter. I don't want to put the guy's name, ( starts with the letter N ) but he was frustrated when I asked him a few times to repeat what he had said. Made me feel like crap with his big attitude. I am so glad there is a Krispy Kreme by my house now, I don't have to drive all the way to Union City anymore! The inside looks really nice, very cozy with couches and they have such great customer service! This really sweet girl helped me out and she was so patient with me (I'm very indecisive), her name was Heba.
