Stopped by here before closing on our way to go look at Christmas lights. I was greeted kindly and although she was busy, she let me know she would be just a second. I could see she was busy. Her taking the time to let me know she saw me and she would be right with me was very kind. The donuts were so good and looked fresh! I went in for 2 and led twitch a dozen. She also was kind at the register as I asked about their hot chocolate temperature if it was excessively hot or if there was an option for a cooler temp. She again answered very kindly. I waited for my order and it was very cute to see there was a whole section with love seats and a table. Very clean and relaxing ambiance. My new go to location. :) read more

I love this Krispy Kreme!! They have the best service. My friends and I came here one time and were sitting by the couches catching up and when it was time for closing, the guy working there handed me a dozen donuts for free! Their donuts are good and soft. There's a couple tables inside and outside to sit, the corner to the right of the entrance has 3 couch seats as well. They also sell glass bottled milk in 4 flavours- regular, chocolate, strawberry, and banana. I'm a huge fan. It's nice to have a Krispy Kreme in this plaza. I usually come here for a quick donut and milk before I watch a movie. It's smaller than the usual stores because it's in a strip but that doesn't make it any less of a Krispy Kreme! Came rushing in here to prepare some last minute V-Day stuff for the office ladies and the nurses who had to work the late shifts at hospital. This was the spot I usually go to before heading up all the way to Oakland Hospital. Running late, rushing in here, and this lady greeted with such a big smile. Prepared for me all the donuts with the kind of excitement that you'll never see at any donut shop. Too bad just can't remember her name, however, she really made my day. Who would want to work the last shift in a donut shop on a valentine day? Surviving the all day "day of work" is already a lot to handle... but meeting her big smile does make the day's stress seems to disappear. She even shared a little bit of beer personal story - since the store want that busy. I mean, WOW ! When you go to a franchise food place, you never expects to have a family feel, but she will make that happen for you. Customer service was awesome! I don't know if they're not changing their oil out as often as they should or if their dough is over proofed but it is not as good as all the other Krispy Kremes that I've been to. Krispy Kreme is located conveniently in Pacific Commons. It's easy to find and parking isn't too bad since there's the spots in front of the store or in the large parking lot nearby. I haven't been to Krispy Kreme in a really long time and my friend wanted to go since she had the coupon for buy a dozen, get a dozen for $0.99. It's a newer branch so it's quite nice on the inside. It's kind of small, but there are some tables on the inside and the outside for you to sit and enjoy those delicious donuts. I just really like donuts so I don't really care much about anything else. The staff was very friendly and patient since we took some time to decide the flavors we wanted. They have a huge variety of flavors to choose from, but you honestly can't go wrong with any of them. All look so good, and all taste so good. Overall, you really can't go wrong with Krispy Kreme. It's a great place donuts and the price is very reasonable. I have been a KK donut fan. Every store I've been to has always been a good experience. I haven't seen an unpleasant KK worker so far so I'm assuming that management takes care of its employees. One gripe is parking can be a hassle but this is due to the lack of good design for this shopping area. This is a brand new store in the booming pacific commons area in Fremont. As expected everything is clean and donuts are fresh. I was greeted immediately upon entry. The cashier was very pleasant and happy which always gives a positive shopping/buying experience. I waited about 5-10 mins and the line grew! When the other workers saw the line growing, they opened another cashier and the others would just take the orders. There's was great team work exhibited! However, since this is a new KK store this is highly expected. This is the reason why I only gave it four stars versus the perfect rating. But I will update accordingly as time passes by. Yes, the place was clean and yes, the donuts were pretty amazing, but when you see an employee having just way to much fun at work to the point where it's distracting, it's a problem. There were two employees working when we showed up. They seemed to be tag teaming the entire time which is great. It's a nice way to get things done in a quick and efficient manner. The problem came when a friend of one of the employees was hanging out at the counter, chatting with his buddy. The guy was still working, but what bothered me was he was making loud jokes with his friend, sticking out his tongue, and just goofing off. It's one of those moments where you just laugh out of confusion, thinking to yourself "Is this really happening?" The donuts were great, and the first half of our experience was great. Overall experience, my son LOVED stepping foot in this place however I wished the employee offered complimentary "free" glazed doughnuts like the location Mountain View offered me many years ago. To get that "full" experience versus a half. I was explaining things to my son so he was all excited until this guy said, "Fremont location doesn't offer free samples." What a way to put a child down. That guy must NOT like children. Thankfully, it was his female colleague who gave us fresh, hot batches of a dozen glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I also purchased 2 creme filled glazed doughnuts for to go. My son LOVED Krispy Kreme doughnuts and can't wait to try some other kinds. He doesn't like the donuts from regular donuts shop complaining those doughnuts are too "thick" while Krispy Kremes has the right amount of thickness, texture and flavors.
