The service was top notch, and the ambiance was out of this world. To the point where we are planning to attend the themed dinners each month to see if they can continue the high bar they set this night. The star of the show was the food. O M G!! Each course and wine/drink pairing was phenomenal. The cheddar biscuit, shrimp with pimento cheese grits, that succulent pork ribeye, and bourbon ball dessert had us (figuratively) licking plates all night. 10/10 recommend you join the wine club and attend as many of these dinners as possible.

**DOUBLE GOAT ALERT**…read more Best brussels sprouts at any chain restaurant can be found here. $18.99 of melt in your mouth deliciousness. You have to try these if you come here. The $23.99 The Prime (French Dip) is also the best one you're going to find at any chain restaurant. Cooper's Hawk is the best chain restaurant in America in that mid-tier price point. The only other chain I put in this category is Yard House. I love coming here, and I don't even drink wine. I've done work dinner programs here for $3,000, come here by myself, before Buccs games, with dates, and no matter what it's always a great time with food, and drinks just how I like it. The only thing that sucks about this location is the parking. You can drive around the parking lot looking for parking. I try to come during off hours, but on the weekends when you walk in there might already been 100+ people taste testing wines when you walk in. The $17 Dirty Nasty is off the charts delicious. Cooper's Hawk really knows how to do a dirty martini, extra dirty. They even put in the blue cheese olives. I always start with this now. And everyone around me is always like, "OMG, what is the dirty nasty?" "I have to order one too." BOOM! You're welcome Cooper's Hawk! A couple TV's at the bar. Always lots of people here to randomly make new friends. I can't wait to go back!

A tiny restaurant can make a big impression because I'm still thinking about everything I ate here. The food was fabulous and so thoughtful. The brie & proscuitto crostinis come on a thin, crispy baguette layered with a proscuitto that was so creamy and salty, it went so well with the freshness of the microgreens, the crunch of the nuts and the sweet drizzle of hot honey with a tingle of spice. loved this! They offer diverse options for the charcuterie board (I chose the pick 3) so you can make so many pairings Brooke was stellar, super attentive even when it was packed. and I loved her recommendations! she knows what she's talking about and we love that!!! On my pick 3 board I got sopressata salami dry cured with chili peppers and black peppercorns, smoke hatchpepper Gouda and Cana de Cabra goat cheese from Spain. My waitress said the Cana de Cabra spanish goat cheese was "off the chain" and she waaaas NOT lying! skip the rind, but definitely try this cheese and expect blast off on your taste buds fr. It was earthy and velvety and creamy, just so good. Brooke was fantastic, as was this restaurant. Definitely worth checking out!

A mix of many flavors and types. Small seating area and seat yourself if it is not busy. You can make reservations though. Brooke was awesome. Great suggestions on food and wine. Very friendly and helpful. We tried the carpaccio to start. Very fresh and tasty. My only ding would be it was a little too much balsamic for us. We like to taste the meat and the balsamic kinda covered it up a bit. Next we had the chorizo stuffed tomatoes. Delicious! Perfect size for 2 to share. Lots of flavors. Really good. Solid wine spot and I'm a really chill, non central spot.
