This is located in a small outlet in the mall. There's a variety of choices to choose from. All of them have a mild taste to it. Good texture though, it's soft and pillow-y. It's a tad expensive for what you get which I find is the downside.

crepe cakes here are good but aren't that sweet, they are quite pricey as well for their size. small location inside the oculus!

They took good care of the desserts.

My friend loves it. I ordered out of state today and she was so happy for her bday. Thank you for making it pretty.

Lady M has been around since '01, and they're famously known for their mille crepe cakes. Located in the Westfield WTC, we stopped by, because I was curious to see their Sanrio's My Melody collab for the Lunar New Year. Note that this cakery is super small, and there's literally only space for a line to order and get your cakes to go. There were many patrons who were getting whole cakes, but you can also order their mille crepe cakes by the slice. +offers mille crepe cakes by the slice +located inside the Westfield WTC

So what I will say is that the crepe cake is quite unique. I've never had anything like it before. I've tried a few different flavors and here is a quick review on the different flavors I've tried. Passion Fruit: too sweet and tangy. It was a little overwhelming. Classic regular: it had a creme brûlée kind of flavor. It was good but wasn't my favorite. Green tea: so delicious! But the top layer that is topped with matcha was a little overwhelming. Wish it was better blended into the layers of the cake. Jasmine Calamansi: is my all time favorite! This was perfectly sweet and wasn't overwhelming. It was absolutely delicious. Definitely would get this again!

Oddly placed next to a huge H&M, super high end desserts next to inexpensive fast fashion. So many mille crêpes options, where a slice will cost you $10.80. A few other sweets too, also worth trying. Passion Fruit Mille Crêpes: I'm a huge fan of passion fruit, so this was a must try for me. Passion fruit is a very intense flavor so the cream and many layers of carby crêpes are actually perfect to balance it out. I ate this way too fast for something that costs $10.80! One thing to note is that my slice didn't have as many seeds as you might see in photos. Which at first I was a little upset about because it doesn't look as photogenic, but the one seed I did have gave an awkward crunch without adding flavor, so it's actually better this way. Strawberry Shortcake: Reminds me of those light cakes you find in Chinatown, except better. It wasn't just regular strawberry bits, tasted like they were macerated in sugar a bit. Great against the fluffy cake and airy cream. Not quite as memorable as a crêpes cake, but still delicious. Pink Éclair: I've eaten a lot of éclair in my day, but never really saw strawberry. Too bad because the strawberry cream filing is simply amazing! Like a Beard Papa cream puff, but in a much more delicate choux finger shape. Plus the pink frosting on top looked great.

Convenient location located in the Occulus but a very small shop for take out. Open daily - check store hours - open at noon and close 7 pm daily except Sunday, which closes at 6pm. Can order cakes ahead of time or just go a purchase slice to go. There are also limited time specials (e.g. Mid-autumn festival moon cake). The cakes are very light and delicious and good for a special treat. Yes, they are a bit pricey but good for a celebration or special occasion. They also sell bon bons at this location. They didn't have the strawberry swirl when I was there and the choices are limited as it gets later in the day so go early or order ahead. Will have to come back another time...earlier in the afternoon.

Came by on a Friday around 1:30pm. There wasn't a line. I got an original crepe cake slice. Lady M is always a treat. The crepe cakes are so decadent. The richness of the cream is the best part. The layers are so perfect, and the crepe itself is very delicate. They don't make the cakes at this location though. The person helping me was very friendly. Gave some suggestions about what to get and the variable sweetness between the flavors. She was very patient as I was deciding.

I always love Lady M Pastries. Especially all their crepes. Green tea is one of my favor. I also love their seasonal crepes. I usually goto the midtown one. This one in City Hall, is not an easy place to find. It's small and is kinda hidden. You really need to spent time to look for this store. Beside hard to found. You can't go wrong with their any of their pastry.

lady m has my fave crepe cake of all time :) i love coming back here so so much and they always have new seasonal specials as well! we got the pistachio and matcha mille crepe cakes and my fave flavor has got to be the matcha one! the crepe layers melt in your mouth and the cream is sooo fresh too

Kinda sad to give lady m a 3.8. It's the time for their seasonal champagne crepes. It seems to me that their size has shrunken significantly over the years. Also, the champagne flavor was way too subtle. Don't know it's because I've had it too many times or its champagne flavor has been tuned down. The texture of the strawberry shortcake was fine. But for that price, we're expecting stronger strawberry flavor. Their holiday packaging is really cute though.

Loved Lady M's crepe cakes from their original location in Bryant Park, so I had to pick up some slices in their WTC location too! I got 2 slices of Earl Grey, 1 slice of pistachio and 1 slice of Tres Leches. They do provide a box for transport (which is great especially since each slice costs a pretty penny). Earl grey is my personal favorite but my family really enjoyed the tres leches flavor! They also sell bon bons and umbrellas in this location too. Anyone care for a $25 umbrella?

I mean... who doesn't love a cake that is made from crepes and luscious cream?! I'm such a massive fan of Lady M and was thrilled to have recently stumbled upon the location in the Oculus/Westfield mall. How have I missed that it was here for all these years?! Love that they have cakes available by the slice - it's the perfect, not-too-sweet pick me up on those rough work days.

Lousy customer service with refusal to admit that their dry ice was packaged poorly.

I've never tried a Japanese cheesecake before and was extremely excited to be able to pick up some treats for my coworkers as well as my partner's birthday cake from Keki. Ordering is fairly straightforward and done with a simple machine outfront. Once your order is ready one of the staff members hands it to you through a window; there is no inside area accessible to customers but our food came quickly and we took it back to the office. The cheesecake was fantastic. I read a bit about the background of the shop online and how the owner really cares about using high-quality ingredients, specifically dairy. It was justas described, light and bouncy. I enjoyed how it was not overly sweet and found that it was all too easy to devour the entire cake over the course of two days. Despite it not having much weight to it, it traveled surprisingly well as I took it home on my three train commute! Similar to what others have said, the real highlight of the shop, in my opinion, are their cream puffs. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the outer layer was thin yet had a nice little crunch to it. We tried the classic milk, cookies & cream pistachio and ube flavors. Our favorite was the pistachio by far, which had such a unique yet decadent flavor and our second favorite was the milk cream puff. There's not much else I can say other than you really have to go here and try the desserts yourself. If you're a fan of Japanese desserts that are rich yet not too sweet, you'll be a fan of Keki.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
