Location: Intersection of State Street and Cesar Chavez avenue, look for the strip mall with a huge "Radioshack" sign. Parking: there's limited amount of parking for this restaurant that is shared with other stores in the strip mall. During lunch it can get busy. Be careful not to park at the stalls right in front the restaurant, they are reserved for the convenience store next to the restaurant. I have parked on the street behind the restaurant when it gets too packed. Food : I almost always order the campechana (various seafood such as shrimp, oyster, octopus, and abalone in a slightly spicy tomato soup, cilantro, onions and topped with avacado). This is the BEST campechana I've ever had!! The seafood is always fresh!! Tip: ask for the avacado on the side, they usually give you half a avacado instead of just a couple sliced pieces of it. Most of them are good. I checked the health department rating and it is an A. The resturant is clean inside, the lady that took my order was friendly and courteous. I ordered a shrimp cocktail. It was ready in about 5-10 minutes. But... I ordered a large and I was disappointed with the portion I received. It sure seemed small for what I was charged. It didn't taste all that good. About a half hour after eating it, I got a bad case of diarrhea and had to keep running to the bathroom for the rest of the day. I don't know for certain if the shrimp cocktail caused it. These tacos were effin HUGE and impossible to eat cleanly with your hand as there is so much cabbage and mayo sauce going on all over the place. I've got to update my review, I've patronized this place multiple times over the years, and it's my favorite place to get shrimp tacos! Sometimes there's a ridiculous line outside, but it's usually worth it. It's pretty cheap, I think $2.65 per shrimp taco and they are huge! I wish I spoke spanish because almost everyone does here but you can get away with english. It's still cash only but they do have an ATM machine inside, and also sell assorted mexican desserts in a display case.
