The pork was the same as the one over rice; it tasted good either way. The Bun Bo Hue doesn't have blood cube, so it's a little different, but it was good nevertheless. The beef noodle was really good, with a decent amount of meat, and both Pho came with sides of vegetables, as usual. Our server was really nice and sweet. Everything came out fast, and it is clean. They're a little hidden in my opinion because I have lived here for a long time and never knew they were there, but I recommend trying the place out. It was the next best thing after pho Anh Dao and now there are literally no pho places around that actually care for serving a real pho. Water with noodles is not pho. You can tell this is a family-owned business; staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and didn't hesitate with any recommendations. Strawberry refresher drink was great. We live La Sam; most of our family are gluten-free eaters, and almost everything here is gluten free or can be altered with minimal changes to be. I can't get enough of the beef pho in winter, and the pork vermicelli (they substitute an over easy egg on top for the egg roll when asked to make it gluten free) is my favorite summer dish. Pro-tip, the vermicelli is *amazing* cold and we often buy it and stick it straight in the fridge to eat cold the next day. First of the service here was great. The lady greeted us immediately and sat us down and promptly brought us waters. We ordered egg rolls. Apparently these are some kind of shrimp?
