Quiche is super yummy and we usually split one between the two of us.

I think they're closed - there's a new name on the store and I haven't seen it open in a while. I really will miss their baguettes and pastries!

I've been on a recent chai kick so made a recent stop here on the way home, to try out their Chai Latte and their crepes. Needless to say to say, did not disappoint as the Nutella x Strawberry crepe was amazing. Strawberries were super fresh, and the Nutella spread wasn't overbearing. The service at this nice, quaint and intimate shop was really good. They did make everything fresh so it took a little longer than maybe anticipated to receive the order but overall the experience was a positive one.

Stumbled upon on this coffee shop in Burbank and had to try their coffee. Staff was friendly and quickly made my coffee. It's a very small place but it was pretty full of people so it's a neighborhood staple I suppose. Although I didn't order their food or pastries I will definitely be stopping by again to enjoy some.

Outstanding little coffee shop in Burbank! Excellent food! Cozy ambiance! Clean from top to bottom! Warm, Friendly, great service, especially Andrew! I give this little Burbank gem 500 stars!

This tiny spot on Olive Ave. has yummy pastries and their coffee is delish! Their croissants are flaky and fresh with a nice crisp on the outside. The quantities in the bake case are limited but I am hopeful that's because they make everything fresh daily and when selections are gone, they're gone until the next day. Day old pastries aren't good and you can tell. Especially croissants. I have ordered iced lattes both times I've been in and the espresso beans they're using are tasty! It's strong and robust in flavor but not bitter. It's smooth and enjoyable coffee. It's awesome to have a cafe that serves yummy food and coffee. Oftentimes, it's one or the other. The interior of the cafe is tiny and cramped. When there is more than four people inside, it's a dance to get out of people's way. There is outdoor seating in front of the business and additional tables on the side of the building. Street parking available on Olive Ave.

A cute little cafe shop with limited seating. Came across this while I was hungry so I went in to get a sandwich. Service was nice. They were friendly and offered some recommendations because I asked them what was good. I chose the L'Italien sandwich. There was a wait for the sandwich to be made. When i did get my sandwich, it was made fresh and smelled amazing. It tasted great, full of flavor and well texture. Would loved to try their coffee next time I visit.

Tower Of Dave

Adorable little French Bakery and coffee Shop! Every single thing we ordered was delicious! Service was friendly and warm! My absolute favorite was the Tower of Dave (with a delightful surprise Raspberry filling!) Wish we could take you back to Indiana with us

Purchased a Too good to go order and it was amazing ...every food item was delicious ... the baguette sandwich was very tasty we turned into a panini by pressing it at home ... the pastries were all fresh and full of flavor... the customer service was so awesome the gentleman that helped us was kind and invited us to sample an iced chai, which by the way was perfectly suited to my taste! An enjoyable experience all around!

A return trip to this cafe was top priority when back in this area. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and there was a great selection of baked goods. The w air for our salad and crepe was not long. The buckwheat crepe was just as phenomenal as the first time... I could eat this every day. Will definitely return!

The escargot a la canelle will ruin you for cinnamon rolls! It's perfection! Crunchy and flakey on the outside, soft and silky on the inside. Fantastic cafe barra coffee and a place to stand up to work in case you're a standing-desk kinda person. Helpful and personable owner and impeccable service. See you there any time I'm in beautiful downtown Burbank!

My husband and I LOVE trying places with kouign amanns and when we saw that this place offers different types... we had to give it a try. We stopped by yesterday morning and so glad that we went before they were sold out. The staff was friendly and welcoming as soon as you got in. We got the classic kouign amann, an almond kouign amann, a chocolate croissant and their version of a cinnamon roll. Everything was so good! I read other reviews that stated the kouign amanns weren't crispy but that was not the case yesterday. It was perfectly crispy and soft on the inside. We devoured everything so quickly. My daughter loved the chocolate croissant and she kept asking for another one. If you are looking for some good kouign amanns definitely give this place a try. I feel like it is worth it.

A delightful gem tucked away on Olive - you could drive past it without noticing the charming exterior and miss a truly lovely and delicious experience. It would be your loss, so seek this place out for a little slice of Europe right here in LA. The inside is quaint and cozy with a few seats. The service is warm and friendly - they have literally the best people working here. And the food is decadent and very... well, French! For lunch, we got Le Nordique on the baguette and the portobello mushroom on ciabatta. Le Nordique c'est tres magnifique, from the generous amount of salmon to the crunch of the baguette. The portobello has a nice pesto, and I really wish I had gotten it on the baguette, though the ciabatta was tasty also. Loved the fresh veggies. The desserts are buttery and sugary and indulgent. We got the raspberry tartelette on this visit, which was the right balance of creamy and sweet for me. I'm a sucker for raspberry anything! I've previously tried their Kouign Amann which is, to put it bluntly, a fucking MUST. This is what they're known for and it's absolutely worth every last crumb you scrape out of your bag. This was also the best iced chai latte I've had in weeks, so cheers to you guys! The only thing I would recommend is playing some French bistro music - but I might just be over the top with that request. ;) I will definitely be back when my waistline recovers!

Parisian sandwich

This is the place to be. Hands down best Parisian sandwich in Burbank or even LA. It's my first time. I got the sandwich! Yes it's the best. Freshly made Baguette filled with butter, makes everything better, ham, cheese and French pickles. Yes this is the ultimate sandwich. They know how to make a good sandwich. Service is amazing. It's an owner run joint. He is so friendly and kind. Seating is limited but when the sandwich is that good, I'll rather stand and eat. I wish them all the very best, Thank you for elevating Burbank food scene.

Located right in downtown Burbank, you walk in and order at the counter, you get a number, and they bring the food out to your table when ready. It's very casual, plenty of seating inside and outside. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, which is a huge deal and very rare nowadays. They even had a new happy hour special. Who doesn't love a $3 beer with lunch? As for the food, I was thoroughly impressed! Pastrami melt was amazing! Full of delicious pastrami, melted cheese, and pickles. So delicious! Fries looked like they were actual fresh made fries, not frozen, which was a nice surprise. I could also tell that they make their ranch from scratch. The bbq chicken sandwich was also delicious. Side salad was super fresh. Everything was so delicious! Portions nice; prices fair. I am impressed with Wild Carvery because I could tell that the ingredients are fresh and the quality is high. I also suspect that they make their own pickles? But I'm not sure. If quality and freshness are important to you, I highly recommend checking out Wild Carvery. I can't wait to come back and try their burgers.

In a time where just about everything has gotten so expensive, isn't it time we change our habits to support local businesses that are doing incredible work? They're sandwiches are top-notch, their meats are divine, and they use fresh and great tasting produce. I only wish they could expand to have some real seating as this place is tiny and really a grab and go kind of spot. The draw back is this place is very crowed during peak times and it a little too small considering the amount of customers that come. I've driven past Papa's Meat and Seafood on Glenoaks Blvd a dozen times, on our many trips to the area. We alway promising that we would stop in, and I'd finally stop in. Honestly, my only regret is waiting this long. I ordered the Luka Sandwich, which is loaded with their 14-hour smoked pastrami brisket, cheddar, pickled cherry peppers, iceberg, and Papa's aioli on toasted sourdough. The pastrami itself is a work of art--smoky, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and seasoned perfectly without being a total salt bomb. The pickled cherry peppers give it this incredible, bright pop of heat that cuts right through the richness of the beef. It's a messy, beautiful monster of a sandwich.  My wife went with the Surf 'n' Turf Bowl, which comes with their marinated "Crack Shrimp" and grilled angus beef over rice with a fresh shirazi salad. The beef was incredibly tender, but those crack shrimp stole the show--snappy, heavily seasoned, and completely addictive. You can clearly taste the quality of a high-end butcher shop in a casual, quick-service lunch.  The only reason I'm knocking off one star is the wait time and the seating is also pretty limited, so it's much better suited for a grab-and-go situation than a sit-down date night. That being said, the quality of the meat here blows standard sandwich joints completely out of the water. If you're in Burbank and want a lunch that actually feels high-quality and satisfying, do yourself a favor and drop in. I'm already eyeing the A5 Wagyu Cheesesteak for my next visit!

However, I am compelled to rate this establishment one star due to a particularly unpleasant experience with a female deli employee whose first name begins with the letter "J." Despite my frequent visits, the overall customer service in the deli and meats department has declined. The season butchers have been replaced with individuals lacking the necessary experience and customer courtesy that were previously present. Over the past three months, I have encountered the same issues with this particular employee. It is important to note that the fee charged for slicing a Tri Tip into a carton container is not the primary concern. The issue lies in the employee's behavior and attitude, specifically their unwillingness to properly wrap the sliced meat. This has occurred on multiple occasions, most recently at the checkout counter when the cashier pull the foil-wrapped package from the plastic bag causing the juices of the meat to spill all over the counter. This has happened to me every time this employee has served me. The Tri Tip sliced meat is dry and devoid of juices due to this careless employee's failure to wrap the meat carefully. It is imperative that this situation be addressed. Management should provide this employee, "J," with proper training on how to wrap sliced food correctly. Additionally, it is crucial the ambiance that all employees, including the deli and butcher employees, maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor. A salutation is always appreciated. Despite these concerns, the BBQ remains outstanding as always.
