I have only had the #56 ( salami and cheese ) I must say this is my favorite sandwich, a perfect blend of cool lettuce and tomato with the crunchiness of a fresh baguette. So fresh and delicious! Great Lunch Spot. People who work there are very friendly and polite. Makes the sandwich quick. My go to sandwich is #4 grilled chicken with no jalapeno and less house mayo(it is pretty sweet). The baguette is good but a little tough on the outside. It scratches the roof of your mouth. I have tried better but for $1 its a great deal! Had their grilled pork sandwich and the meat was dried and old, I didn't ordered pork jerky in my sandwich but that's what I got. I ate plenty of times at other Lee's and it was never this bad. I want to like Lees. It's inexpensive, decent taste and the gal that works the register is nice and attentive (I didn't catch her name, long brown hair, works in the afternoons during the weekdays). Those are the reasons that this place got any stars at all. Seriously. #1 manager lady (I think she's a manager) is RUDE. She complains and talks in the cashiers ears as they're trying to take orders, yells at the other employees in front of customers and the micro managing is to the point of making the customer uncomfortable. #2 they've gotten my order wrong twice. Both times "nice cashier girl" had put in the order correctly (I had asked to omit cheese and mayo) but the cook either didn't read the ticket or ignored the requests (twice). The second time I (nicely) had pointed out that there was cheese. The micro managing floor manager lady argued with me about the type of cheese and how it wasn't really cheese (?), seriously. She talked loudly at me for half a minute and I kept having to explain that "cheese is cheese." It was the worst (albeit humorous experience). #3 it smells weird. Customers in line even brought it up as we were waiting. Sounds petty but it's true. Micro managing manager lady is enough to make me vow never to go back. EVER and I work across the street and my co worker loves it (after the last experience even she wasn't certain she would go back). Avoid. read more

Today I came in and idk if it was an off day for the business but no one greeted us which is unusual since they're always upbeat. This review is solely for Helena--Asian lady with glasses. I don't know what happened but you used to be friendly when Lee's first opened. I guess your true colors are finally revealed or maybe you're just having a bad day. My sister and I came in and Helena seemed very pleasant with the previous customer. As soon as my sister and I walked up, her demeanor changed. (at least it seemed that way) We weren't greeted to begin with. We ordered the triple shot lee's coffee. We checked in to get the $2 off and we're well aware that it was just for one coffee. She said, with an attitude, that we will only get a discount for one. My sister and I just glanced at each other, trying to figure out why she said that with a rude tone but we just smiled and said 'yes we know.' Helena was looking down gathering the receipt which she just placed on the glass counter along with my sister's debit card. Mind you, we were trying to give her our stamp card but she never looked up and just walked away. We waited for a bit, still wondering why she seemed standoffish. I'm not sure what took so long but when she gave us our coffee, no eye contact nor 'have a good day' or 'thank you' was uttered by Helena. I would have given this Lee's location two stars but it wouldn't be fair for the other workers who've been pleasant to us. If you're gonna work in hospitality business please check your attitude. I give 3 stars because the food is good and fresh but they can never seem to get my order right. I always order the #67, turkey club on a croissant. Once I got it on a baguette, today they gave me a #66, the veggie and avocado which I didn't notice until I got back to work and it was too late to go back. I also always order a strawberry juice drink and I am not sure everyone knows how to make it. It should be clear pink. One time they gave me a smoothie, another time it was pink and cloudy, and today it seems to be just strawberries blended with water. No sweetener, no nothing. 11/22/15 Grand Opening Got there at 7:56 am and I was customer #38 waiting in line for the grand opening. I think they let the line stack up for publicity purposes. I did not leave the store until 9:06. The doors were not open to the public until 8:17 am. They gave small samples of of their ice coffee and pork sandwiches to past the time. My gripe is that the manager made it seem like we had to give out our email or press "like" of Facebook to get a free ice coffee with purchase when that was not the case. The coffee at this location for the "time being" on this day was not over stuffed with ice and the service was good". The manager "Ryan" said that the Cypress location will have a lot of promotions compared to other "Lee Sandwitches" and I hope that to be true.I left with my order along with a free coffee and a free loaf of bread. They also gave me a voucher for a free coffee for my next visit. The line will be smoother once the hype dies down. Note: Please hang on to receipt and check your bags for the correct order. I used to work at Lee's Sandwiches and so I know how everything in the back end of the store works. This place is up there ~ The workers here are very efficient and very friendly as they should be. They are considerate and let you know how long the wait is going to be and update you along the way. It's also very clean and offers a waiting area without tables which is useful for those who just need something on the go. I usually get the famous Vietnamese coffee with extra milk and this place makes it taste just right. Other Lee's that I have encountered skimp out and it's still too biter for my liking. As for the sandwiches I'd recommend the number 11 which is the special combination. Even though people complain about the bread being to hard, I find that asking them to cut the sandwich in half and avoiding the ends of the bread prevents this. Well at least for me! Probably my favorite Sandwich shop in the "subway/togos" category. Their Bread... oh my goodness, their bread. It is devine. We ordered two sandwiches. We were not asked what kind of cheese and forgot to say no mayo. Don't forget to be specific when ordering. Their coffee is really good too. They also had macarons at their store. Om nom nom.
