There is a constant high pitched tone that makes it impossible to focus, and the seating and menu situation is very confusing. They have a menu written on the wall, but expect you to order via a QR code, and the options on the digital menu don't reflect the promises made on the physical in store menu. In addition, there is no way for the server to know where you are seated, she just guessed who we were when she brought us our food. No table numbers to make anything easier, you just have to hope that the server thinks you have the vibe of whatever the name is on your order. The server was also pretty rude when we walked in, she just pointed at the menu on the wall when we walked in and asked where we could sit. Speaking of the food, it was terrible. I ordered a scramble with marinated steak and paid extra for breakfast sausage. I got a grey heap of eggs and meat sitting on a lump of unmelted cheese plated on a piece of paper that kept tearing because it got greasy. It was only possible to tell the difference between the steak and the sausage because of the texture, both were unseasoned. I ordered a redbull Italian soda with cream and not only was there no cream, I wasn't given a straw. The silverware was just a fork wadded up in a paper napkin. The food was unseasoned and aside from the aioli that I paid for there were no additional seasonings available that I could add to make the meal palatable. My partner's sandwich was dry, they gave him the sauce that was supposed to be in his sandwich on the side. I paid $2 for a side of toast that was dry. No butter, no jam, just dry toasted bread. I don't think that the people cooking the actual food know how to create an egg scramble that isn't a watery and rubbery mess. Don't go here. For a place called little grandmas, no grandmother with any self respect would serve food like this. For a place that's only open 5 hours a day at a prime location in Totem Lake, there's no way this mediocre food and service is profitable. Big a$$ burritos! My son and I stopped here for breakfast as a reward for his going to the dentist successfully and we really enjoyed our food. We each had a burrito although you can get any item as a scramble or a sandwich as well. I had the All-Mighty which is basically a meat lovers version and my son had the Hula Hula which had Spam and pineapple. Each burrito was well prepared, tightly rolled and cut in half when served. I could only finish half in one sitting and had the other half later at home for another meal. As my opening sentence says, these are very big. They have tater tots along with 3 large scrambled eggs inside and you get to pick your tortilla flavor. The service was good with the same dude in back cooking (he's always there) and doing a great job at it and the small lady up front (looks like a Lil Grandma!) taking orders and making drinks. I can't comment with comparisons to many, many years ago given I've only been eating here for 1-2 years now, but I do find their scrambles and tots combinations to be solid. Lots of meat relative to egg, though you'll pay about $20 for it before taxes and tip. On the Uber Eats front, given that the fees could easily add up to half or more of the food costs after that ridiculous, recent surcharge change, Little Grandma's Kitchen did a nice counter-move by providing $15 off $30 worth of food. A little hole in the wall breakfast and lunch place. We went early Sunday morning in between work shifts. They were quite busy with phone/pickup orders. We ordered a scramble and a burrito. I have to say they were both just mediocre at best. The tater tots were ok. My scramble had beef in it that was very tough and had no Asian flavor at all. The menu did say it had feta cheese, but there was also a white cheese on top as well. Not a big deal, but I probably would have asked for no cheese if I had known more than feta would be on it. I ordered breakfast burrito with ham and paid $4 for extra steak. There is no steak in my burrito but still was charged. I can barely see or taste any ham. The burrito is filled with tater tots and barely any egg. Definitely not worth the $23 I paid for the burrito alone! I also ordered 2 large fresh squeezed orange juices and even asked if they are fresh squeezed and not juice and was confirmed that they are in fact fresh squeezed and they are not. The people here are really nice and the story behind the opening of the store is heartwarming Foodwise: definitely a hearty breakfast if you ever want one. Very filling and delicious. I got one of the breakfast wrap here and it was humongous. What's unique about this is that there's tater tots inside. So it's kinda like a California burrito but instead of fries, it's tots! And it's so satisfying. The flavor and texture was all good. I also decided to build my own small lunch as they have that as an option as well and went with a side order of tots filled with roasted tomatoes, chorizo and an egg. Not as satisfying as a regular item on their menu but the everything was still tasty. Price is on the average-low side. I doubt this place will be around long, I'm not sure anyone would go back for a second chance. When someone orders a dish with steak on it, there is some expectation of flavor, seasoning, texture, color, scent, etc. I ordered a scramble called the Always Sunny or something similar. When it arrived I thought they made a mistake on my order because there was apparently no steak on it, rather, pizza sausage crumbles. It was unreconcilable to what I had imagined in my head when I ordered it. I didn't care I was starving and it was just a couple kids running the store. It was awful. What I now determined to be sausage was so rancid and chewy and slimy and smelled of death that I spit it out asked for a box and left. It turns out that it was in fact steak but it had turned slimy and to a grey color. When I realized what I had almost ate, I got out of my truck and barfed in the parking lot across from the Ezells. I barfed again in the fountain at the Cinemark. I left the remainder in the trash. Even if it had been decent (or fresh) steak, there wasn't much, only a couple ounces chopped up. The eggs where undercooked or just cooked out of order with the other ingredients. There was no way it was 3 eggs as advertised. There were about 200 fxcking tater tots on the plate that I completely overlooked on the menu that didn't make any sense at all on a breakfast plate. That was a lousy surprise and is a poor choice to offer. Idk how much the item I ordered cost but with a cup of coffee, tax, and tip it was about $30. Call it an an hour and a half out of someone's paycheck to afford it. It is counter service like a coffee stand where you pay and tip first, I would have refused both if it was a proper restaurant. I called the person that told me about it and let her know, I called my buddies at the Fred Meyer and told them. I told some people at the theatre, and anyone at work that would listen. I haven't stopped thinking about it today so I decided to get it off my chest here and hopefully put it to bed. One star for the better than McDonalds coffee but I would rather eat out of McDonald's garbage than to "eat" again here. read more

The Crunch Club Wrap: comes with a mildy spicy white dipping sauce. Overall a nice savory flavor that isn't too salty and a generous amount of fresh (not wilted) spinach. Popeye would be proud. I'm a fan of the thick cut bacon. I do wish there was more chicken though. I think throughout the whole burrito I only ran into 3 or 4 nugget sized pieces. Online ordering was really easy and everything was ready when we picked it up. It felt a little expensive for what it was, but the fact that it fed me for breakfast and lunch makes it pencil out. I have been wanting to try this place for a while, and I tried their marinated steak, feta cheese, spinach, and mushroom scramble for my take-out breakfast this morning. Thank you to my yelp-friend Craig F. for his helpful review of this place, it made me feel more confident trying it out. The scramble was still warm by the time it got back to my house, and it tasted great! The tater tots that accompanied it were very tasty as well - they were warm too, and they were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I received a lolly pop with my breakfast order! Not something I'd usually eat with breakfast, but kind of cute. Is that because Grandma would give her grandkids lolly pops? My 92-year-old Grandmother (with whom I am very close) used to always give her grandkids Peanut M&Ms in the popcorn. My Mom wasn't too happy about this, but we kids were thrilled. Haha. My late Grandmother (with whom I was very close, before she passed away) had an entire deep kitchen drawer devoted to the most marvelous selection of candy.
