This place has not disappointed me yet! The chicken is always fresh, well seasoned and juicy. Their rice is soooo flavorful. The best I've ever had and I've had a lot lol. Dine in and they give you home made corn tortillas that are So thick! I've far and I come there only when visiting with family at least twice a week. I ordered 3 tacos and the price was over $11.00 dollars I thought to myself they must be big and good, but I was mistaken the tortilla was huge and the chicken meat was chopped really small you would expect that the meat was chopped to match the tortilla but that was not the case I took meat from one taco and put it with the other two. I was very disappointed in the food if your going to serve big tortillas like that at least put enough meat inside and not chop it so small. I had tortillas left over with no meat. This is a great little restaurant. However, while out on business today I had my first visit and the older man that took my order didn't miss a beat, he was very helpful and friendly and when he completed my order, I asked to use the restroom and he whisked away to retrieve the key. At this point the younger guy behind the counter asks if I need anything else and I said I just need to use the restroom before I leave to which he replies at the same time the guy comes with key and says NO. First off I'm a senior citizen and secondly I just spent $13.00 and really just wanted to take a leaK and wash my hands before going to my car to eat. And thirdly, I'm 30 miles from my home and I really needed to take a leak. The older man did everything impeccably and hadn't missed a beat up until the young IDIOT opened his DA mouth to say NO. Do not go here if you are African-American, a mixed race couple, or a dark Latino. You will not be served. If you're standing in line, the idiot who was working the counter when I went in will ignore you and treat the first Latino looking person that walks through the door before you. My wife who is Mexican, my son who is Puerto Rican and Mexican and I (dark complected Puerto Rican/Colombian) stood in line for approximately 15 minutes without the girl working the counter asking if we could be helped. Then an older Latino gentleman walked in she sprang into action, asking how she can help him. The whole time that we were standing there, she continue to put stickers on the food containers, wipe the counter, arrange things in the mini fridge, and ignored us the whole time. Once I became upset and confronted her on why she took the gentleman's order before mine, her excuse was that she thought we wereWe're thinking. If it's the protocol of this location establishment to allow people to think for 15 minutes then the gentleman that walked in behind us should've been given his 15 minutes to think as well. After I made a commotion the manager ran over to ask what was going on and I explained to him what happened. He kindly offered to take my order but I was furious and no longer wanted to give this place my business. This is what's wrong with society, and the reason why businesses lose patrons. Food is amazing! My bf and I move in the area about a year ago and can't get enough of this place. The owners know us as the couple who doesn't cook dinner since we're always there lol. He was being very rude & honestly looked kind of discombobulated. It got to a point where certain members of my family honesty felt very uncomfortable just being there(we just went for a pick-up). They just opened a few days ago and I had been looking forward to checking it out for over a year now as they had been under construction in the vacant lot putting it all together. I got a chicken burrito and it was EXCELLENT. The staff was very friendly with awesome Customer Service. I must say that those expecting "Fast Food" - be prepared to wait a little longer.
