This was my first time here. The lady who did my nails did such an amazing job. She was very precise and walked me through the pricing. I chose to get white nails and she told me they might stain. I thought it was nice of her to tell me and warn me. She was very kind and the store was clean. They offered me something to drink and sat me down immediately. I am so happy with how they came out this might be my new nail place. read more

I've visited this spa 3 times so far and it's my new favorite in Orlando. I went to a nail salon previously that was more expensive and always required appointments. I like that this place always has enough techs working to take you without a wait. I feel like they take their time and see detail oriented, which is much appreciated for my acrylic fills. It's also very clean and spacious inside. I've visited twice on a Saturday, when they're always slammed and I visited once on a slow Sunday. My entire service on Sunday I was asked if I needed any other services and I consistently said no. At the end of my service, I was charged an extra $3 for "shortening and shaping" my nails, which is most definitely always included in a fill. It's $3 so it wasn't worth arguing about, but be aware that on a slow day, they'll want to upsell you and if you decline, you'll most likely be charged extra for something. I still like getting my nails done here and will continue to go, but only on a busy Saturday. Update: I will not be back. The past 3 times I've been, my gel fill chips within a day. I don't know if it's the type of gel polish they use or their methodology, but 3 times with 3 different techs is too much for me. read more

I've been to this salon 3 times and had 3 different procedures (gel manicure, dip, and pedicure) with 3 different techs (Vans, Kayla, and Le). I've been happy every time. I love that I can just walk in and have a service without an appointment because they have enough good techs. The prices are reasonable and they have great attention to detail. This is by far the best nail salon in Orlando! I have been coming here for 2 years and all of there services are excellent from head to toe. All of the staff is super friendly and really take care of you and do what you want. I highly recommend this nail salon to everyone for your pedicure, mani and all other services! I have been very very satisfied for the past two years with this nail salon it's the best of the best and they also give you wine while your doing your pedicure. It's a relaxation dream! I have just plain HAD IT with this place. I've gone here for a while because it's close to my house but every time I have a drastically different experience. Sometimes my nails look gorgeous, other times (like the last time I went) my nails are chipped or lifting after a day. The tech seemed really annoyed and upset with me for not wanting a manicure and only wanting the SNS. She didn't file my cuticle at all and put the SNS over it and it immediately started lifting and cracking. I felt like I was being punished for not wanting the more expensive option that I thought was unnecessary in order to make a point to me. Well, point taken. I won't be returning. read more

I've had the best experience ever at this place. Always so clean, and professional. Second time here and it's even more wonderful than the first. I had the best experience with Tina!!! My sister and I walked in right on time for our appointments and Tina greeted us. I was getting SNS ombré French with a pedicure and my sister got a SNS with a pedicure. We both appreciated how clean everything was and how well the place was kept. Tina did a phenomenal job with both my manicure and pedicure and I will definitely come back to her again. I've been looking for a place to get my nails done since we moved from Miami. I came across this place because it's close by and to be honest, I really wanted to try because they had great yelp reviews. This place did not disappoint. I walked I. And was helped right away. I got gel nails and a regular manicure. Van did an amazing job. I will be back! Review update: I went back to fix a cracked nail 3 days later. I have been searching for a great nail place in Orlando and this is it!! Van did an amazing job! She was such a perfectionist and my nails look perfect. She tried out multiple colors until I got exactly what I wanted for my French manicure. She was super detail oriented. I can not say enough good things about this place. WOW, my wife and I stopped in for a mani-pedi treatment; and, we sprang for the ultimate package, including the salt scrub, stone massage, mud pack. the works! Both our technicians were friendly, professional and efficient; and, made sure we were comfortable; and, our nails looked great. My wife got matching gel polish on both her toes and fingers; and, I got clear polish on my fingernails only. We had a great time, felt very relaxed; and, will look to LP Nails and Spa for our next treatment. read more

I'm not a seasoned spa-goer, but my husband and I had a day off of work together without our toddler so we decided to have a Treat Yo Self Day™! I have gone to other nail salons and I love how clean but cozy the place is. The chairs for our pedicures were awesome and relaxing and the people were friendly. They offer a beverage while your nails are being done, which I enjoyed because who doesn't love day-drinking when you're skipping work! The prices were comparable to the other places I've gone, so what sets this place apart is how clean it is, the location, and how nice the people are! read more

I have been here twice now. The only things I like about this place are the OPI color selection and the time it took to get my nails done. However, the first time I got my nails done it looked like I needed a fill after a week. The gentleman did not paint all the way down the nail. The second time my nails genuinely look fake and that's never been the case before, and I could have honestly painted my nails better than the nail tech did this time. There was polish on my surrounding skin. They want people to get in and out since the demand is high but time should still be taken on a customers nails so they turn out better than mine did. I had a better nail tech and experience in small town Ohio. I now have been a third time just because I knew they had the exact color I wanted and the salon I found and fell in love with did not. Needless to say my nails were poorly done even after asking the tech to fix things multiple times. I included the picture of the results for this visit, which is the purple/pink color. These pictures were taken 24 hours after getting them done. I am so disappointed but I love the color. The only thing good about this salon is the selection of nail colors, especially the OPI. read more

I recently got my nails done on a Wednesday and the next following day the diamonds were already falling off , also when I requested for stiletto nails they came out dull points and had to request for it to be more pointy , the guy seemed very inexperienced with designing. I came back today to get the rhinestones placed back and they gave me the same guy after I told them twice I'd prefer someone else different and I was told well if someone else different does it for you it would cost me . This has been the first time I've ever been told that before I mean why give me the same person again who messed my nails up after even I tipped him? This is the very last time I come here , usually I go to the 436 nail salon on Altamonte and they truly were like a last resort since they were by my job. Great place to get your nails done, usually not too crazy busy so if you walk-in during the weekday, it's fine! Super clean and everyone is friendly. I liked how meticulous the staff was with their tools in cleanliness. The place is spacious, lot of stations, and always a full staff ready. Their skills are great, and I always leave happy! 4/5 stars just because it can be on the pricier side. Not overwhelmingly expensive, but just enough to make a difference, yet I don't mind paying because of the quality experience and service. read more

I'm still getting to know the Orlando nail-salon scene, so forgive me for the 3 star review, but I am not completely sold on this salon. It was a clean environment, and the staff was on top of things, there are tons of seats, and they were able to get me in as a 5-o'clock walk in for a mani-pedi, which was such a relief. I had called 2 other salons and walked into one and they were booked, and I was traveling the next day, so I had to get in somewhere. The atmosphere was okay and my nails were sufficient for a few days. I asked for short toe-nails, and ended up clipping them when I got home when I realized they were barely clipped at all. My mani nail polish chipped after a few days, which I am not blaming on the salon, but it seems like the polish usually lasts longer than that. I may come back here if I'm under a time crunch to give it another try. I'd love to love it! read more

This was my first time coming here, I came because the reviews were great. I live in downtown Orlando and I've been looking for a good nail place. Michelle did my nails today, I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. I am so impressed! They have so many gel colors to choose from. Michelle was very nice and helpful with recommendations. At one point she even picked a few different nude pink colors and painted them on my nails for me to choose from. She also offered me something to drink. This was my first time doing rounded/oval shaped nails and I am so pleased. They also have TV's on the walls to watch while your nails are getting done. This is definitely my new go-to salon! read more

This use to be one of my favorite spots to go to until their customer service starting becoming poor. The girls who work there including the owner has an attitude. They choose to do a good job if they like you. They will literally talk about you while you are sitting there in their language. To get an eyebrow appointment was probably the hardest thing to book. When they pick up the phone, they are always rude. I think they forget people a paying for a service and it's part to the service to be polite. If I pay for a place to relax at, I expect it to be a good experience all around. If you don't care about customer service, then this place is still okay to get your nails done. read more

Ok, the first time went here, service is great. Since I have my child with me they were did it quick for me. But the second time I'm here, tried to get my nail done, and I'm arrived this place before they closed and been told to wait for twenty minutes. After waiting 40 minutes later and she told me that, they couldn't do my nail because by the time they are closed and late. What??? Can you believe it? It's so unprofessional, and terrible customer service. read more

Well I guess call me a nail salon snob. I've gotten spoiled i guess by a different salon in the downtown area. I stopped in here since it's closer to home to get a gel pedi. I was told to pick a color no warmth at all with the greeting. I was ushered back to the chair. A few concerns of note, nothing was in the typical sanitized sealed bags, each technician I saw in the pedi area had a plastic caddy with their tools just in it but not opened in front of the customer. Are they sanitized? All of the towels used were stained and even the chair control was so dirty I didn't want to touch it. Now on the the pedi, to remove the gel polish it wasn't soaked off she just immediately used a drill or tried to scrape it off with a tool. I should have stopped her as I'm used to a salon soaking it first. I believe this isn't the best option to use a drill the entire time on your nails and can damage them. This place needs a good cleaning IMO, and needs to do things right and I won't be back. I should have just left. I don't recommend this nail salon read more

I am in the area for a multi day business event and was looking for a nice salon that would take walk-ins. LP exceeded my expectations - VAN - the wonderful lady that serviced my hands and toes was meticulous and made sure to do things exactly like I wanted. She not only gave me a quality pedicure, but the gel polish is so thin it almost doesn't look like gel polish. If I lived in Orlando Van and this salon would be my go to place. I've been coming here over the past 2 years and at first they were my favorite spa but over time it's gotten worse. Don't get me wrong they have GREAT customer service and all the employees are super sweet but the actual service wasn't all that. I got a pedi+mani 2 days ago and my nails are already chipped off. Mind you I've done dishes TWICE so there should be no way they've chipped this much. My feet look amazing so no complaints there. The lady I started off with did amazing but when it was time to do my hands another lady came to do my nails and she didn't talk, but made it a point to rush and get me out fast. My nails were ok the first day but you could see she didn't take her time to make sure they came out good. read more

Three times in. First time was perfect, my tech was funny and talkative and she took her time. The second time was not as good. My GEL nails only got one coat making them very transparent and when I asked her for a second coat she made a face and only did the tips.. they didn't last two weeks . But the third time I went, was even better than the first. My tech was very sweet very close attention to detail. I plan on asking for Michelle next time as well. read more

Came here due to the reviews and distance from my house. I am overall presently surprised. My nails turned out very good. The prices are steep - $65 for dip manicure (manicure was $10 on top of the dip powder which i found strange) and a regular pedicure. I'm happy with my manicure overall. read more

I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this nail salon. I walked in and they immediately sat me and began my full set. They offer you drinks so you can sip on soda, wine or water while they are pampering you. Michelle was absolutely amazing and made sure that I was 100% happy with my nails. I did a full set with gel polish and almond shape it came out to $45 which I felt was the appropriate amount. I would recommend this nail salon and I will definitely be going back to get my nails done by Michelle again. Love love love. read more

The Hot Stone Pedicure legit put me to sleep!!! It was amazing. I def should have gotten the ladies names they were so good and efficient!!! I got a weird real color to match my Halloween consume. This is my 3rd visit and each pedicure has been better than the last. read more

They change. I used to call to make reservations, but they don't like it. Very competitive environment. I usually cut the tip in half, so they know who not to give me any more.

The cherry on top is the cold eucalyptus towels that are in the mini fridge and it felt so good after being in the sauna. Our sauna got up to about 130 degrees and was perfect to get a good sweat going Would highly recommend this place and doing the sauna. We felt great afterwards and relaxed all day. I have not seen a massage room that also had salt therapy so that was smart and would love to do that next time.

I requested a deep tissue massage and Matthew took the time to understand my specific needs and where I sought improvements. Beyond his empathy and amazing technique, Matthew was highly focused on identifying the source of my leg pain (I'm a runner). His experience as a sport massage therapist for the Orlando City soccer team made me feel confident he could help me. Although my 50-minute massage ended at the spa, Matthew followed up with a sample of CBD cream and provided me with a muscle massage gun to use during my stay. And to top that, he made a connection with the sport massage therapist for Sporting Kansas City (the soccer team in Kansas City) to help me find a great sports therapist at home. This is a great example of an individual who went above and beyond. Matthew truly exceeded my expectations.
