A very authentic place, the atmosphere is great. The pizza is delicious. The staff is friendly. The location is excellent. I recommend everyone to visit this place

The food here is great, online order was a breeze. We really enjoyed the pizza, high-quality ingredients, tasty dough and toppings. Prices are fair considering a large pizza can easily feed 3 to 4 people. Great option for the area!

    supposedly "cajun" seasoned fries

Ordered takeout - my personal cheese pizza was pretty good, but was really disappointed in the fries. For $7, what were supposed to be Cajun seasoned were completely unseasoned...so unfortunately probably wouldn't order again.

    Chicken Pesto missing the Pesto

One is what was delivered...the other is what it was supposed to look like. A "Chicken Pesto Pizza" with the Pesto missing. Like it's a main ingredient IN THE TITLE and yet was forgotten? My kids said it was great pizza place, so this was my first try... and was looking forward to the pesto, but quality control wasn't up to par.

Easter Sunday. The pizza is WAY over salted and burnt beyond being edible. The cannoli is stale, soggy, and dated 3/27/24 Wednesday. Not edible. The tirimisu is frozen. Uber Eats won't refund or call the merchant. Can't eat the pizza or cannoli. I've ordered many times and never had an issue. Won't order from here again.

I've had Lucifers Pizza bookmarked for the longest time! I always wanted to try the Melrose location, but Studio City is closer to us. First thing's first - parking is mission impossible! It's on Ventura Blvd with a few spaces out front. If you don't want the hassle of circling around and duking it out with traffic, just park at the plaza across the street and walk over. It seems that most customers get their food to go (understandable with the parking), but there's a patio area out front and plenty of tables inside if you want to dine-in. We were so happy to find parking that we just stayed! The menus are at the counter, so you have to walk up to see what they got. We chose the Pepperoni Ultimo Pizza which comes with pepperoni, pineapple, green bell peppers, mozzarella, buffalo sauce, and red onions (we opted out) topped with some spring mix. The wait wasn't long and the pizza was piping fresh. So good! Perfect mix of toppings/flavor! Honestly it knocked both our socks off! The prices are a bit high though for what you're getting - $15 gets you a personal size pizza and $25 gets you an XL size pizza with no in-between (the XL is just a regular large anywhere else). I know inflation and all but damn me to hell! There was a rank smell coming from the restroom (single unisex in the back) so we had to move to the opposite side of the dining area. Other than that, we loved our meal and can't wait to try more of their pizza (but we'll probably get it to go next time).

top-tier pizza! The prices are quite reasonable for the quality. The pizza crust is wonderfully thin, reminiscent of the delicious pizza I've had in Italy. It's delightfully saucy too. I placed a to-go order and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order was ready. The restaurant's dark ambiance adds a unique and somewhat vampire-like charm, making it a memorable dining experience. I'll definitely be returning for more

This pizza is so delicious! That Hot Honey sauce? It's got me hooked. Delivery is so fast, Never been to the restaurant, but who needs to when the pizza arrives faster than my Amazon Prime packages. :)

My husband and I ordered the buy one get one free pizzas we got 2 pepperoni no heat. They are very good only thing my husband wasn't a fan of the big tomatoes chunks on some of the slices. We also got a Caesar salad. And the salad is good, but we ordered it with chicken and it did not come with it over all of day 8/10.

    Good cheese pizza

I don't think he really liked his job very much. Long story short, every 100 points you receive $10 off. I had 94 points on my app and I'm buying 6 pieces of pizza. I asked can I split the transaction, therefore, buying 3 for now and 3 after, so the 6 points can register and I can receive $10 off from the next 3 pieces. This guy said "oh, can you just do that next time?" I said "why would I do that if I can do it now?" So he says "let me void this transaction again", I'm thinking to myself, was it that much of a task to do and also he seemed annoyed that I was trying to avail my points in the great city of Studio City. I feel like the way I grew up, we work hard and if we can make the customer happy, oh I definitely will do it but this feeling I had when coming here had just an ick so I had to let you know. Anyways, I hope I never see this guy again. To be honest, I was so uncomfortable that I made him do his job. Like newsflash! I didn't come to your house! And have tea and crumpets I came to a place of business!

After reading the reviews and getting mixed feelings about Joe's Pizza, decided to stop by yesterday around 1:40pm to make my own judgement & determination based on my dining experience. Went in and the windows/dividers that are close to their ordering/receiving counter was high, and didn't see anyone there. I had to get the attention of the employee. Karina, with a sweet, pleasant smile gave me a nice greeting and took my order. I ordered their Gluten Free Friendly Cheese (12 inches) Cauliflower crust, with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and added my own toppings. Went ahead with:Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Black Olives.$21.00.(that was just the cost of the pizza) the rest was extra. I have noticed on the receipt that it said onions, I told her about it, and she kept saying "don't worry about it" I hate when people say that to me when it's their own mistake. I also got an order of standard size Cesar Salad ($14.00) & that was all.The salad was covered with a lot of shaved Parmesan Cheese which is NOT my favorite; and I wasn't warned about it. So I had to completely remove all the cheese so I could see the actual salad. Was a HUGE portion. Pizza was fresh, hot, crispy and good. So was the salad. Place was disorganized and somewhat clean. They have a big T.V and Lana Del Ray's music was a bit loud and distracting. Gender Neutral restroom; and parking shared with multiple businesses. They serve Subs, Salads, Pizza, Pasta, & Calzones. Also have multiple other locations Nation Wide. They also sell Pizza by the slice. I will return and try other items from their menu. A lot of to- go orders and 3rd party orders. Last, but not least this Pizzeria is very EXPENSIVE!!

This is Universal City Walk, stores here are a bit over the top, everything is a little more expensive, and flavors generally take a back seat to high volume for the crowds and flashy style. Keeping that in mind, Slice House would probably stand out amongst other offerings here on the walk. After a full day in Hogsmead, eating Bangers and Mash, with warm Butterbeer to wash it down, my wife and I were looking for something small and easy to end the day. The prospect of a slice of pizza was on our mind ever since we left the park, and we came straight to Slice House as soon as left Universal. I chose the Traditional, a Detroit-style slice with pepperoni and sausage. The meat was good, not too oily, a light bit of heat, and was juicy and flavorful. The crust was the only detractor for me; while the taste of it was good, it was overall a bit dry, with the edges close to the point of being difficult or impossible to chew. My wife opted for the Sweet Gino, a meatless option with nice chunks of mozzarella and fresh basil that had sadly dried into slightly bitter and unpleasant to chew bits. Still a good slice of pizza. In the end, a fairly good dinner. Aside from the minor issues we had with the flavor and cooking, my biggest problem was the cost. Each slice was a bit north of $10 in price. While it was an alright amount of food, it wasn't close to a full meal. Elsewhere, you can get two similar slices and a drink for cheaper. Here, the same for the two of us would have broken $60. And that just kind of brought down our whole experience. Anyway, Slice House ain't too bad. If we're ever back out this way, it's safe to say we would try other restaurants on the City Walk before coming back here. But, it's still good enough to recommend to anyone looking for a light lunch or an alright slice.
