Great food at an affordable price point. In the past, My go to options have been 1) the salmon plate 2) the flat cut chicken plate or 3) a flat cut chicken skewer with the loaded fries. The loaded fries were probably my favorite thing on the menu. They were thin cut fries topped with spicy feta, garlic sauce, tomatoes, and green onions. The flat cut chicken is also distinctly different than their regular chicken skewer. In my opinion, it is more flavorful and has a better char taste. I typically ordered extra garlic sauce because I love garlic and it pairs well with the chicken. Lastly the salmon is always seared to perfection. I will say this review has been valid for the last 2 years. I went to the restaurant yesterday and notice the loaded fries were prepared differently. The French fries reminded me of the battered curly fries that you get at the fair or Arby's. Additionally I found out they recently changed the recipe the in their garlic sauce, which had a whipped/smooth texture, to a garlic feta sauce. I'm not a fan because I found it to be less flavorful with a gritty texture. For these two reasons, I likely won't be ordering the loaded fries anymore. Grabbed dinner here the other night to wait out traffic. My friend and I shared the hummus appetizer ($4.99). It was basically a dollop of hummus with some pita bread. Not worth $4.99 in my opinion and very okay tasting. I ordered the chicken kabob signature plate ($12-$13 bucks). The plate comes with basmati rice, a side salad, pita bread, and your choice of grilled carrots/tomato + yogurt sauce. I got 5 pieces of chicken and an under dressed salad that made me slightly choke when I tried to swallow. Very okay tasting and slightly expensive. My friend ordered the bistro filet beef kabob which was more expensive and more or less the same in flavor. Overall, I think Luna Grill is a healthyish option and good if you're hankering for Mediterranean food, but not a place for craveable reasons. read more

Today I was craving something hearty and flavorful. It's overcast with a little chill in the air, so it was the perfect mood for a warm meal and experience. Upon entering I was happily greeted by Mel and Louisa, two very amicable workers. Immediately my impression of the food I'd soon enjoy was elevated by great customer service. The atmosphere a restaurant sets can affect the experience of the food itself, and in this case, Mel and Louisa set the precedence. I ordered the Double Protein Chicken and Gyro plate with salad which came out shortly after. It's presentation was inviting and desirable. It was delicious to look at let alone to eat. Luna Grill offers a nice selection of Mediterranean dishes in a modern and casual environment. Having been here several times already I go with their budget friendly chicken wrap. They also offer salads and plates for those looking for additional options. Chipotle Chicken Wrap ($9.50) - For my wrap I go with the soft pita bread instead of the multigrain flatbread option. It comes with tender chunks of grilled chicken, fresh greens, tomato pieces, and onions. In addition a spicy chipotle sauce gives it some much needed flavor. The chipotle option is a must, as the standard chicken wrap tastes very plain. I'm happy to say they don't skimp on the chicken pieces here. There's plenty of it. One has the option of a side salad or french fries. Other side options are available for an additional charge. The side salad is refreshing and I'm full by the time I finish my meal. Overall this is a great and healthy option that is reasonably priced. The staff and service are on point. It's a great option to get one's Mediterranean fix! read more
