The food there is fantastic the service is great but it's not good to have your customers wait 45 minutes for a wrap we ordered two wraps at 12:08 they told us would be ready at 12:31 the wraps weren't ready the 12:53 my wife late for lunch couple minutes no big deal but still they shouldn't tell you a time it is ready if they cannot accommodate that time I understand there are super busy with orders but you have to state that when you're ordering it and put a different time like the real time not 12:32 but maybe 12:52 and then maybe I wouldn't have placed the order it's only fair read more

I just finish a chicken bowl that my daughter ordered for me. It was the worst bowl I have ever had there. The chicken was crumble little peices with one large bite. The salad has certainly changed with garbanzo (don't like). The cucumber were cut in large chunks, tomatoes bits barley noticable. We frequent Luna at least once or twice d a month and it has changed a lot since opening. No! More Luna for me, done!! Be consistent in you portion/measurements for each meal. The food is always consistent and delicious! My husband can't wait for the lemon garlic chicken to come back. We go to this spot at least once a week. We usually go with our friends but we bring friends as well. We cannot say enough good things. Nathan usually helps us but the rest of the staff is also great. A casual restaurant with very good food. Was a skeptic but after eating there Can't wait to go back. When you walk in the door, the first thing you notice is it's not a wait staff style restaurant. You walk in, review the menu, order at the counter and pay. Then sit down and wait for the food to be delivered. Very casual but it works. The food: we got a gyro pita and a Mediterranean salad. Tip: get it with the lemon dressing, it was oh so good. The gyro was flavorful and came with a tasty dipping sauce. I also opted for the side of fries. The food was ready in 5-7 minutes and we ate every bite. Would return and order the same thing again! The place is very clean, does a good business and Julian patiently answered our questions. I also observed him checking on diners who had their meals. Great job! This was our first time here and we'll be back. Prices are reasonable, portions are good sized and restaurant and bathrooms were super clean. read more

This is a really cozy place to sit and dine in. I ordered the Santorini plate and it was delicious. Full of flavor and a generous serving. The only downside of this place is they don't accept cash. I find that quite puzzling. The employees are awesome, however, and very understanding. A big thank you to Valerie for making my dining experience pleasant when I arrived in a somewhat grumpy mood. This was my first time eating at Luna Grill and it was a great experience. Julian took my order and although I had looked at their menu earlier that day, by the time I got to the counter it was a little overwhelming to start the order, but Julian was very helpful and very patient with me. I asked his personal opinion about certain menu items which he did give to me and the "whys "which I really appreciated when trying to decide. The food is really good, it's fresh and made to order plus there are many options to customize, add or leave off your order which is nice. It was also clean which is always a really good sign as to what is happening in the kitchen as well. Later, Julian came to my table and the behind me to make sure everything was great and if we needed anything. I'll definitely be back as it's close to me and where I like to shop. I told Julian that I appreciated his help and that Luna Grill is lucky to have him. One thing that was a bit disappointing was I had only loaded their app right before I came in and there were no discounts offered yet the flyer on the table stated if you downloaded the app with the barcode provided then you would receive $5. off your first order which I did not get because I didn't use their "in house barcode". read more

Customer Service awesome, no wait to order. Amazing food. I am a vegan and there some great choices here. The vegan bowl has everything you might want in a lunch and the falafel is very fresh. The mixed greens truly are mixed with a lot of different greens and very fresh. I loved that it did not include raw onions. The red cabbage adds a tasty and colorful touch. And it's a lot of food. The food is delicious and I just love the casual family atmosphere. I feel like I can bring my kids here and it's okay for them to be loud and just kids. I loved the spicy hummus and the beef kabob I believe. Very good, tender, and yummy. The French fries and the pita bread is such a nice compliment to the food.
