I have never had a bad experience at this Luna Grill location. The service is tip notch. The food always hits the spot. You leave here feeling full but not in a gross "ruined my diet kinda way." The prices are reasonable as well. This evening, Maria took care of us very well. She was friendly, attentive and when not taking care of diners, made sure the place was spotless. I was trying to place an order online for pickup using their app and it kept giving me issues so I wasn't sure if my order went through. Third time here and it has never disappointed. The food is delicious, the various sauce options are tasty and flavorful and the drink options are plenty. Fresh options all around. To add to the experience, costumer service has always been awesome and we always feel welcomed. The young lady with blonde hair that was working tonight was AMAZING!! Had a couple unfortunate issues with our order the last two times we came, so the manager offered to remake our food the next time we were in the area. This place is too slept on. The flavors are so bold and flavorful It literally makes my mouth water just righting this review. This day we came in we were helped by Christina. She was so welcoming and helpful. We have eating here before but she asked questions that helped us understand the flavor combos and how they paired. We often dine Five star & Michelin rated restaurants and expect a lever of service. Even todays cook greeted us with a hello and smiling face. He promptly asked for someone to help us even tho we were still reviewing the menu. The food just arrived to out table so I gotta go guys. My family has been to this location several times and every time it is great. The food is delicious, we love the flavors. My wife loves the chicken and my daughter and I love the gyro meat, either by itself or in a pita. The service is excellent, Alexia was beyond helpful and even brought crayons and a coloring page for my youngest. The restaurant is clean and not too loud so we can enjoy our meal and still have a conversation without any music drowning us out. Ana saves the night! Thank you because I really was hangry and needed to eat. You were so polite, welcoming, and the service and food were both exceptional. We both met up and agreed we needed to find something healthy and were turned away from Nekter across the street (that'll be another post). We went in to Luna and were welcomed by Ana, the cashier, and she kindly said, "welcome in how are you this evening?" So lovely. I immediately said "I know it's almost closing time for you and we are hungry and would love to eat here, if possible, but can take the food to go as well". Not only did she say, "not necessary, you can sit here and enjoy your food, not a problem".... She also told us what is great on the menu so we ordered all three and took home the rest for tomorrow. Not for me. Gave this location a second try and disappoints yet again. This time, it wasn't the food. Called in an order and was told 15 min. I arrived early, paid and waited. Actually took 30 min. May be 15 min from the time you pay. Saw my order sitting there for 5 minutes because no one was there to pack it. Finally got my order, got home and took 3 bites. Then found a hair. Short and dark. Look, I know it happens, but what aggravated me more was when I called for a refund, they weren't able to do so unless I came in person. Manager was nice, offered to remake the food, or a refund, but either way, I had no lunch, wasted 45 minutes at this point, and had to spend another 15 minutes driving back and getting my refund. The ambiance is very nice at this location. Almost thought it was a restaurant where you have to wait to be seated but it isn't. You can sit anywhere you'd like and you order as you would for fast-food and they bring the food to your table. The food was delicious! I loved everything!
