YUM! When you walk in it's a counter service restaurant then they bring your meal to you. I ordered the chicken. Kabob with rice and a salad and it was seasoned perfectly! The food tastes fresh and comes out in a timely manner. Employees were personable and responsive to our request when they mistaked the side my son wanted with his meal, that's always super appreciated. Prices seemed comparable to other Mediterranean restaurants as well. I'll definitely be back and plan to try out other items on the menu. They have various wraps on multi- grain lavash and even offer a grass fed beef burger as well as a beyond burger which looked amazing! So this is not a place I would ever go into. The marquee says Mediterranean food in it however a co worker brought me the "beyond burger" from the redlands location last week and honestly it left me wanting more of it. Fortunately I was on foothill Blvd in Rancho today and BAM I saw the place so I had to stop to enjoy another one. Still I want more. It is soooooo delish. I totally recommend this place if you want something different or healthy in a burger. They also have salads and many salmon dishes which I look forward to trying next time. Went to dinner here after going to the gym. I thought from the outside it looked really nice. Went we got inside the place was packed and there wasn't really a line at all. We went to order, I ordered the ground beef Kabob, my wife ordered a chicken pita wrap, they were both excellent. The kids had a chicken kabob and a hamburger (grass fed). Everything was excellent. Came in on Friday February 28 and What did you guys do...the menu change is horrible.Rice was extremely salty chicken kabobs were dry.. I used to feel like I was eating healthy I loved the cooked carrots it was perfect .I was very upset to have spent 45 dollars basically for fast food and I was embarrassed because I took my mom after raving how good your food was . This is like a fast food version, wasn't too happy with what I ordered even the falafel tasted a little off. First time here food was ok. Most Medeteranian places give you bigger portions. It reminds me a lot of a Daphnees type Greek restaurant. Excellent food! Usually I am not excited to eat Mediterranean food but now I can say I am as long as it is from this place! The meats, rice were very fresh and flavorful and tasted of good quality ingredients. The staff was very nice but seemed a bit distracted with other duties (maybe trying to close? But it was only 8:15pm) other than customer service. Not entirely authentic Mediterranean food. Seems kind of americanized to suit pallets. I think instead of a choice of carrots or tomato that you should just get both automatically. Also their "cucumber yogurt" is not real cucumber yogurt that is all creamy with chunks of cucumber and dill but instead tzaki sauce on the side. I thought that was kind of funny since I was expecting the deliciousness I described not the sauce for a gyro. Salad is good however they should add feta cheese and all the fixins. And not with an upcharge. DEFINITELY get extra sauces for everything bc it needs it. I wish they had garlic spread. I enjoyed the kebab plates meatwise but everything else was underwhelming. If you're looking for real Mediterranean style food go to mezzaterranean but if you're just jumping in to this culture's food. We were guests at tonight's soft opening and had a great experience. The lamb and beef kabobs were cooked perfectly, the portion size was generous, and the baklava was some of the best I've had. It took a while for the food to arrive, confirming that this is not a fast-food joint. Everything was fresh, and the service was quite friendly. My only complaint was the choice of extremely uncomfortable, narrow metal chairs for this new restaurant. I also would have preferred a steak knife to the butter knife provided for cutting my meat. Having dinner at Rancho cucamonga with my wife, in line behind and had dinner near Enrique who just posted a negative yelp. This guy and his large family was a total pain, he complained about everything... short man syndrome to prove his manhood! He wanted a discount, because of no fries, which they nicely provided. My food came in between theirs, my food was hot and delicious! He was trying to humiliate the manager by talking down to her to get more freebies. I am writing once again about an experience I had at this location. Once again, we love Luna Grill's food, so we continue to give it a chance. The food is the only reason I give this review two stars. Every single time we have ordered here, our order has been incorrect, and our order is very simple with no special instructions. We ordered through the app for pick up. We ordered two chicken kabob meals, one with an extra chicken kabob and a pita bread and hummus appetizer. Luna grill is not cheap, and constantly our order is messed up. Upon arriving home, there was only one piece of pita bread in each of the chicken kabob meals. I'm not sure if they thought since we ordered the appetizer this was okay, but we paid for the meals, so we should get the proper meals. This happens to us often yet we still return. I will attach a photo of what one of my orders looks like. This happens to us almost every time we go here. I checked our food before we left, but I didn't think I had to count the number of pita bread slices. I reached out via email days ago and have yet to receive a reply. We have ordered from here several times during the COVID shutdown madness. We have not been disappointed. Food is delicious.

This is the third time ordering, and each time the food has gotten worse. The first time we ordered from Luna Grill was because our preferred Mideast place had cooks not properly wearing their masks in the kitchen. We decided to try a new place, and were pleasantly surprised. The food was quite good, and we made note to make this our new Mideast food stop. The second time, the food was good, but not quite as good as the first time. Our third time was this evening, and we will now be seeking a new Mideast restaurant. The staff were disorganized, and not doing a good job of enforcing any social distancing within the restaurant, nor maintaining a semblance of order between the customers: staff allowed customers to enter the pickup line to place orders, cutting in line in front of those waiting to place orders. Also, the food was subpar: * Lamb platter - Lamb was over cooked, and the rice was dry and without seasoning or flavor * Falafel - Barely any herbs in the falafel, and what was there were stringy. Also, it was cold * Gyros pita - Dry. No sauce, so had to add extra (which we had to pay for) * Pita - The pita served with each entrée were pieces from various breads, which resulted in each entrée not even receiving the equivalent of a full pita * Zuug (schug) - First, I've never seen the condiment spelled in this manner: "schug". Second, it was completely under processed. Any time something was dipped into it, you got strings of herb stems hanging off of the food * Garlic feta sauce - No flavor of garlic whatsoever, simply puréed feta * Grape leaves - Far under cooked. The rice was crunchy, the leaves not tender, nor did they have much flavor * Greek salad - Fried chickpeas quite bad. Either they were under fried and chewy, or they were over fried, and you risk chipping a tooth while biting into one read more
