I used to really love this place because it's the only Mediterranean restaurant within the Temecula shopping mall. I was quite disappointed with the serving portion and presentation of the plate. My husband ordered the Santorini bowl w/ chicken and I got the chicken plate, the meat was so small but it was delicious. Service was quick even on a Saturday lunch time. Luna grill never fails to satisfy our mediterranean food cravings. We ordered the beef kabob, chicken, and shrimp, which were all super flavorful. The pita and hummus were tasty sides too! This Luna grill is my favorite location, the service is fast and the people go above and beyond. Took the kiddos and hubby for a late lunch and forgot to order fries. Boyfriend got the salmon with a flat cut chicken kabob and fries and rice on the side! Both meals were amazing! First time trying the salmon here and it was really good also! If you like Mediterranean food, Luna Grill is a good place to get an inexpensive but nice meal. Luna Grill has multiple locations, and I've eaten at various others before but not this particular location. The menu is basically identical throughout the chain. This particular location is situated within a large outdoor mall right next to the movie theater, so I presume it can often be quite busy. There is a large parking garage also right next door, so there should be plenty of convenient parking. I enjoyed the Gyro Meat Plate here which goes for $15.99. This comes with a choice of two sides, pita and sauce, and makes for a nice meal. It's counter service here, so it's very casual. read more

Went in for a quick bite after a movie. I ordered my food and sat down at the only booth available. The table next to mine had two juveniles. One of the juveniles started staring at my wife . When my wife informed me I switched places with her. The Hispanic looking juvenile then started staring at me . I figured it was a joke and paid no attention, until he continued to do so and not stop. After several minutes I informed management about the situation. Management did not do anything.. Eventually the two juveniles left only to continue their antics outside. Not until I was going to take a picture of them did they run away. They were enjoying their Panda Express food in Luna grill and water. Unacceptable that paid patrons have to be subjected to this type of behavior from juveniles who did not appear to be paying patrons. Management needs training !! read more

This was the best fast casual dining experience I've ever had. M-th they have free kids meals so it was a little loud inside from the small children, but that is more of a reflection on those parents letting them run wild. The girl who took our order was helpful with using my rewards, was very clear when repeating back our order for accuracy, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The other employee behind the counter was SO helpful it was almost shocking. They were ready to provide assistance with any boxes, napkins, etc., before I even had to ask. The food was delicious as always too. It's great to have a healthier option for faster food. Even the kids chicken kabob was nice and tender, not dry at all! I'll be back soon to use my new dining rewards. :) read more

We politely asked if it would be possible to move to a different table. We completely understood if there wasn't one available and didn't mind waiting longer, but the host's attitude made us feel like our concern wasn't valid. We ended up waiting another hour before being seated elsewhere. If the restaurant knew the odor outside was that bad, they shouldn't have been seating guests in that area. The smell can make it impossible to enjoy a meal, and the way our request was handled left a negative impression. Hopefully, they can improve both the seating arrangements and the customer service in situations like this.

We came to Luna Grill for the first time and had a great experience thanks to Ilia and Karla. From the moment we walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Their customer service was truly top notch. They took the time to answer our questions, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the menu since it was our first visit. It's always nice when you can tell that people genuinely care about the experience they're providing, and that's exactly how Ilia and Karla made us feel. They were very kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Their positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made our visit that much more enjoyable. This will allow the establishment to consider your feedback and improve. Your method only perpetuates the ugliness normally associated with your type of person. Now, the review. I have visited Luna many times since their opening, and I am always impressed with both the food and the staff. All dishes are made fresh. The market wrap is wonderful blend of flavors, try it with the chipotle sauce. The sweet potato fries are done perfectly and never soggy. The chicken skewers are very tender pieces without fat or gristle. Apparently I'm not the only one, the place is always busy. I was in San Diego for the weekend. Called the Temecula store on Mother's Day 2 times and no answer. Wanted to make sure that they have Halal Meat there as yelp suggested. After going there with my wife and 2 kids, found out that they only have lamb as halal meat that day. When I said your number in Yelp may not be the right one BC when I called, no one picked up... the staff says- 'they don't answer calls when they are too busy'. Got a bit pisses by then as I am a New Yorker. Food wise- ordered a walnut salad, Hamas, 2 lamb dish. The salad was just Horrible. Smelled like it was frozen or something. Found a piece of Ice in the salad! Hamas was OK. Pita bread was Was not fresh. The Lamb tasted pretty good. The salad that came with it, was very bad. Baba Ganush was OK. We ordered lots of food since we weren't sure when we'd be back and wanted to try everything. We had the Bistro beef, Flat cut chicken, Loaded fries with Gyro, modern greek salda and the baklava it was all delish. My favorites were everything, yummy! I really like this place! It's my and my girlfriend's spot. We like how the lights aren't too bright and the music isn't too loud. They're the perfect amounts. Also, the windows are really big and you can see all the people as they enjoy their nights. The plates are super filling and you get a really good amount of everything. I got their chicken, rice, and salad plate (it comes with pita bread) because Paul recommended it. It's him and Krystal working right now and the service has always been great every time we've come. This is my family's go to spot when we come to the mall!! The food court does not compare to Luna Grills menu. The food is always fresh, hot & the portions are large. If you haven't tried the harissa sauce please do!! 10/10. The employees are polite and attentive when it comes to customer service. Oh my goodness!! Let me just say the quality of the food for how fast it came was amazing. I got the garlic shrimp and chipotle sauce and honestly I can eat it everyday. What really bothered me was that there was no apology. A customer who saw me waiting and she was being helped before me even told me she apologized. A customer shouldn't have to apologize to me, it should have been the employee herself. And no it was not busy.

Our entrées were the BBQ chicken salad (we end up taking most of it home). I asked to get mine without cilantro and dressing on the side. My wife's came as we both got avocado on it. My salad came with cilantro, all mixed in and with a giant avocado peel. The waitress did take 10% off due to the cilantro without me asking I think she just saw me picking it out. There was no dressing on the side. I did have to ask for it, which isn't a big deal, but the restaurant was pretty empty and our service was absolutely terrible. The salads themselves honestly just didn't taste that fresh. The chicken kind of tasted a little old. I'll add that the appetizers were semi decent. I wasn't aware that the buffalo chicken bites were also dark meat but that's good to know. The artichoke dip came out not hot. It was barely warm and I know sometimes restaurants will serve it warm, but it was just barely warm. I figured since we don't always have that bad of an experience at CPK maybe it was just a one time thing. But then... When my wife went to go eat her salad the next day for lunch as we brought it home for leftovers... she took a bite of of her salad and went to chew like anybody else would, and there was something so incredibly hard in the salad it chipped part of her tooth. We still have no idea what it is, but it's so extremely hard. It feels like a rock. Extremely disappointed in this visit and I honestly probably won't be back to this location.

Wow wow wow Not in a good way…read more... How do you buy one of the best pizza places within miles and turn it into this? You changed the sauce, the crust and the cheese! You had the best, must flavorful crust with the nicest sauce around and topped with great high quality cheese. You even had tomato slices in the sauce, under the cheese. This tastes like something from the freezer section at the store. The dinner salad is still pretty good but that only goes so far. If you need to raise prices, do so, but cutting out the quality ingredients that made you the best pizza around for more than 25 years was just not smart move. We have absolutely no reason to ever come back here again, to a place we've always loved.... Very sad (I've never left pizza on a plate here)
