I got the Matcha Specialty It was pretty good. I probably would go again if I was in the area. I wish they had more flavors. Service is really nice and up beat. Bathroom is clean and parking is little difficult. Quick reviews just for you

    Snow matcha latte

I stopped by here after my friend mentioned she really enjoyed a specific matcha latte with white chocolate on top (snow latte). I ordered the same latte, and really enjoyed it. It is sweet but not too sweet and you can still taste the matcha. It's tough to find a creamy matcha latte where the matcha taste is still present. I was also able to hang out there a bit and listen to my audiobook. Even though it was quite busy I was still able to focus. I'll definitely be back.

Wow what a find! There are so many stellar coffee shops down Ventura these days but Lynx is quite a highlight. The menu and options are incredible. Great roasts, delicious treats, impeccable ambiance, and wonderful staff. The signature drinks are basically dessert droolworthy... the Praline was incredible. They have really delicious baked goods. The cardamon bun was insane. Can't wait to come back.

Finally made it during opening hours! I enjoyed the attention to detail and care/time the baristas took to make the drinks. Honestly, it shows as soon as you take a sip. I ordered one of the signature drinks- Snow : $8.50 (iced) Matcha, mexican vanilla cream top, house-made snow garnish The Mexican cream top was delicious and the matcha itself was great. It was a perfectly balanced drink. I really enjoyed it. Next time , I'll check out one of their espresso drinks.

I'm a sucker for coffee shops that make everything in house and that's what this place does. I was intrigued by their Cloud Menu. I ordered the Magnolia which is their espresso cloud drink and my husband got the Balboa which is their matcha cloud drink. The coffee was good and I enjoyed the house made Mexican vanilla cream top. It was very creamy and not as sweet as I thought it would be. The staff were friendly and professional. Inside is nice and they have a little bar top area. This place gets very packed. There was a line out the door when we went. Parking isn't the best. We had to find a spot in one of the residential areas nearby.

Good service, good coffee, very clean inside and outside. Will be back to drink more coffee. Ordered a flat white half&half, quad shot iced

Lynx has become part of my daily routine! I almost always order the Woodman or the Ariana, and they're both consistently amazing. The coffee & matcha is high quality, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. One of my favorite parts is that it truly feels like a little community, I see many of the same familiar faces every day, and it's such a welcoming place to start the morning. If you're looking for great coffee and an even better vibe, I can't recommend Lynx enough

every time i visit a coffee shop on ventura i feel like im cosplaying the super ultra wealthy botox infested influencers (im a broke college student on ebt) ANYYYYWAAAAAYS.... does that mean I should spend $9 on a cup with milk and ice? YEA!!! the LA cafe culture is NOT ur regular latte... they're desserts that spike ur blood sugar that we use the "coffee" as a guise for excuse. almond milk is healthy, duh. bad financial decisions mean trying all the homemade syrups and unique flavors combos and UGH CREAMY FOAMS??? the praline coffee was so hazelnutty and ugh i love toffee/caramel flavors. the brown sugar syrup added the perfect sweetness and they even had decaf YASSS (5pm latte). The snow matcha was also perfectly potent, smooth, and THE VANILLA FLAVOR DOESNT PLAY!! And don't even get me started on the SERVICE. the staff are INCREDIBLY SWEET and made me feel so welcomed i wanted to stay there forever. will be back to buy a latte instead of using EBT on food!! :P

Today's coffee adventure brought us to Lynx Coffee. We've been hearing for a while that they have amazing drinks, so since we started our morning early, we decided to stop by right when they opened. I ordered the praline iced coffee, and my boyfriend ordered "The Snow" a matcha topped with Mexican vanilla cream. Let me tell you... these drinks are not only beautiful to look at, they taste just as good too. Both were creamy, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. You can really tell they put care into every drink. One thing to keep in mind it gets busy quickly, and street parking can be limited. Other than that, the drinks are absolutely worth checking out if you're looking for a cute coffee spot with quality drinks.

Came by around 8 AM on a Monday and was surprised that there was no line. I ordered the Balboa with almond milk, which brought my total to almost $10. My drink came out super fast. While it's definitely on the pricier side, I have to admit, it was really good. The drink was creamy, flavorful, and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Even though I can't justify spending that much regularly, I do think it's worth trying at least once. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other drinks. There isn't a ton of seating inside, but there is outdoor seating available. Parking is either street parking or in the surrounding neighborhood, so I can see it being a little tricky during peak hours. Overall, great service and a delicious drink. Price aside, I'd come back again.

Stopped by after my yoga class and to my surprise the place was not busy as usual. I thought they would be fast considering there were only 2 people ahead of me but it took a long time to get my drink. I ordered a praline coffee, which was yummy but my drink which had milk and a praline cream top, sat in the to-go cup for at least 5 mins before the baristas poured the espresso in it. The odd thing about that is that the cream top wasn't at the top of the drink but at the bottom?

Great coffee spot in Sherman Oaks. The coffee is high quality and you can tell they really care about their beans and drinks. I tried one of their iced specialty drinks and it was excellent. The place itself is very clean with a nice modern vibe, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They also have pastries and light food if you want something to eat, and there's seating outside if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee there. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

Stopped by Lynx Coffee this morning to check it out and had a really nice first experience. I grabbed a mocha latte and a blueberry muffin --both were solid and definitely hit the spot for a quick start to the day. What stood out most, though, was the ambiance. The space has a really cool, inviting vibe that makes you want to hang out and stay awhile. I was just in and out this time, but next visit I'm planning to sit down, relax, and take it all in a bit more. Overall, a great first impression. Looking forward to going back and trying more before giving a full stamp of approval!

I think I've tried half of the menu here lol. My go to is definitely the New York roll and the mango passion fruit cruffin. I love that they change their New York roll flavours often. What really stood out for me was how well balanced the flavours are in their fillings, especially in the New York roll and the cruffin. They also do really well with their citrus combos like the cruffin, exotic or the mango eclair. I wish there was more custard in their fruit danish and sometimes the croissants aren't as soft, possibly a little overcooked. But the pastry on the cruffin was one of the softest and most delicate I've ever had. The macarons are also great especially the yuzu, passionate, hazelnut and raspberry flavours.

Luckily because it was a Sunday, we found parking right in from r of the store. From the outside and inside it truly has the Parisian patisserie vibe and feeling, which I love! Once we got inside, we were mesmerized by all the beautiful and delicious looking pastries and dessert options. I also love that they have both indoor and outdoor seating options. We decided to sit inside, one because it was way too hot, and secondly there was this aggressive homeless man who threw a chair towards the glass window of the patisserie. That was scary! The girls working there were aware of this, because apparently he's done this a few times, where he's thrown their outdoor furniture around, so they called 911 immediately, so hopefully that won't be an issue for them in the future! Luckily no one was harmed and no glass was broken, and the psychotic man was far gone. My friend and I decided to get two different desserts. I got the pavlova, and which is one of my favorites. I love the creamy and crunch meringue and the combination of the tart berry filling inside. My friend loves peanuts, so she got the dessert that looked like a peanut, which she loved! The two girls working there were really sweet and offered us a free croissant as a compensation for the momentary chaos caused by the aggressive homeless man, which my friend and I truly appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience here, and I'd definitely come back to try some of their other desserts!

We came right around opening and there were already quite a few people, but thankfully no line. Everything was still available, so we got the strawberry, mango, and lemon desserts, plus a box of ice cream. We tried the lemon one there - and it was really good! The center is super runny, though, so be careful because it can get messy fast The strawberry was definitely my favorite - such an interesting combination with a really bright strawberry flavor. The mango was good too, but I probably should have gone with a different fruit. The ice cream was honestly a 5/10 for me. You can find similar, or even better, ice cream at a dollar store, so I'd skip that The strawberry lemonade, on the other hand, was SO good! Not too sweet, with a nice tart flavor. Definitely recommend it! The café itself was clean, cute, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly. Would I come back? Probably not. They seemed kind of confused. My Man Go: 2/10. A trompe l'œil pastry designed to look like a mango, filled with fresh mango, mango mousse, and sitting atop a hazelnut praline cookie. For starters, the chocolate shell was soft and lacked the crispness of properly tempered chocolate. Either that, or it had started melting due to improper temperature regulation in the case. The fresh mango was overripe and had no texture; the mousse was similarly made of overripe mango and was room temperature. The praline was not made properly, and had zero structure. I don't really understand how all of these things can be true when it appears as though the pastries are sitting in a refrigerated case. What a waste of mango. Interior was standard, no decorations. TVs playing Tik Tok reviews. Tables were all dirty, probably because of the lack of structural integrity of the pastries.

You can eat there or take them to go in a box. If you order a sandwich, they can heat it up on-site for you so you get a cheesy, warm, toasty meal. For this visit, we tried: World Cup Special Donut: A custard-filled donut topped with chocolate and shaped like a soccer ball in honor of the World Cup going on right now. The egg custard filling was so addictive and creamy--absolutely amazing! Almond Croissant: Stuffed with almond paste, covered in buttery, toasted almond slices, and dusted with powdered sugar. The flavor was fantastic! The inside could have been just a tiny bit more moist, and I always wish for more of that delicious almond filling, but it was still extremely flavorful. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Sitting outside is especially nice since you're facing busy Ventura Boulevard, making it a perfect spot to shade-sit and people-watch. Plus, it's located in a great shopping plaza, so there's plenty of parking. My only critique is that it is definitely a little overpriced, making it more of a "once-in-a-while" treat rather than a daily habit. Still, it's a truly fantastic spot if you want high-quality, fresh-baked bread and pastries~~~
