If you are staying at the Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa, then go to M.A.C. 24/7 for breakfast and you can have the choice of a buffet or order from the menu. We were in a party of 5 on the Fourth of July and each ordered our own meal. Our server was Sandra and she did an excellent job working on a holiday and having to attend to the whole left side of the restaurant due to having lack of staff. In other words, she worked well under pressure.

I ordered the loco moco cooked medium well with a poached egg and it was tasty and very filling, great way to start your day! So choose M.A.C. 24/7 for your next Hawaiian meal and aloha!

The eggs Benedict are usually good, too. I came for lunch and left disgusted. Soup of the day was clam chowder. Mostly just butter, flour, cream, tons of salt, some pieces of potato--But alas, no clams. It was so thick and...

gelatinous it made me laugh. Like a white bowl of jello. Moving on... You'd think fish tacos would be a no brainer here in Hawaii. Nope. These were a disaster. The fish was encased in a hard thick shell and fried until it was hard as a hockey puck. Tough, chewy, and difficult to eat. Extremely disappointing and unsatisfying. Ambiance is mixed. You either have a pleasant open airy view or a dated 50's style dark dungeon to choose from. A complete overhaul is needed to attract anyone outside of the hotel in my opinion. And if you want to be that 24/7 establishment, you need to attract outside customers. Instead of investing in new innovative menu items and market research for customer desires , they opted for silly little robots to deliver dishes to the table as the server follows slowly behind, or is actually waiting at the table for it to arrive. Never seen anything to ridiculous. A great example of misused technology, wasted capital, And a disservice to the great service staff they already have. Yes, the servers are the saving grace here. Always friendly and helpful. Invest in them! Sadly I wouldn't recommend at this time except for breakfast. I wish the excellent staff nothing but the best because they are what's keeping the doors open.

M.A.C. 24/7 is a mixed bag y'all. At least that was my experience. The Bad: it's hot as hell, both at the host stand and in the first dining section where my party was seated. No air flow at all. Not exactly ideal in a climate that was incredibly humid the entire length of my visit. We had to ask for water, which was refilled sparingly by dumping more ice on top, instead of any actual liquid. The service was abysmal. The host and our server were cold and unfriendly and put off the vibe that we were taking up their time.... by eating at their restaurant? Our server followed the food delivery robot to the tables around us and deposited the plates, asked if they needed anything else, but was nowhere to be found when it came to our table. In fact, several staff walked right on by while the robot shouted at us that our food had arrived. We ended up just grabbing them ourselves just to shut it up. The Good: goddamn the food was good! The ube pancakes were perfection! The sauce was so dark and luscious I wish I could've taken a gallon of it home with me.

The Hawaiian Style Eggs Benedict is hella filling, you could easily split it between two people! The sriracha hollandaise really sets it off too. The coffee cups are big and they leave the carafe on your table. Would I return?...

Pretty decent. Service: 5/5. Yoon was so sweet and funny. Food: 5/5. I got Fresh Picked pancakes ($22) with an upgrade to mochi pancakes ($2? $4? See photo. Bait and switch on the price. I would've disputed, but the person paying didn't feel like it.) SOOOO good tho. I've never heard of mochi pancakes before. They were chewy, didn't get soggy like normal pancakes. Extremely generous amount of Chantilly whipped cream and fresh fruit (pineapple, orange slices, banana, strawberry, blueberry). I'm a big eater, and even with me eating my fill and 2 other people picking off my plate, I still left some of it behind. Def recommend sharing with a friend! Drinks: 1/5. Don't get espresso here. Cappuccino and latte were terrible. They don't have an actual espresso machine, only a Nescafe. I took 1 sip of the cappuccino and abandoned it. When I told Yoon it was terrible, she got me a replacement from the coffee shop next door. MAC 24/7 really should just partner up with them and get all their espresso drinks from there.

How does a restaurant room service mess up breakfast room service so bad- truly ruined my vacation. The first time that they arrived, the milk that I required was missing. They brought up the milk and after they left I realized I had no silverware so had to call down again. So they bring me silverware of knife and fork- no spoon for my oatmeal. i had to call them AGAIN and they brought a spoon but by this time oatmeal was cold I had ordered the healthy oatmeal w flax- the new batch was brown sugar and bananas- NOT what i ordered. I finally went downstairs myself to get my food right and the manager asked what did I want him to do that? He's already given me a free meal. I said give me back the hour and a half that I went without eating that I needed to show some respect and some concern for the terrible customer service I received with him as manager. All the ladies who work there are lovely, but this guy was the worst. He did take this off my bill, but I thought that they could've gotten the extra step by actually being apologetic and getting me the items that I had actually ordered within the first two tries. I will never order from this place again. Hawaii is a once in a lifetime experience and this manager ruined my day.

I had the chance to dine at M A C 24/7, two times during my recent stay at the Hilton Waikiki Beach. I visited once for lunch and once for breakfast. Both times, I sat at the counter. I had excellent service from the bartender/server at the counter both times, who was very pleasant and talkative. For lunch, I had the Kalua Pork Quesadilla and an Iced Tea, which was excellent. For breakfast, I had the Stuffed French Toast with a side of Spam, also very good. I would say the prices are good for the portions served and considering the location. Overall, it was a nice place, clean, bright and friendly. The only issue, is that for people sitting at tables they use a robot for delivery, which on one hand is very nice and convenient; however, if the server is busy --- you just sit there and stare at your food, as you are supposed to wait until the server shows up to retrieve it from the robot. That part is a little awkward.

There was no wait, the service wasn't bad. So that was good but I didn't know they stopped serving certain breakfast items at 11. We got there at 1115 and I couldn't get my omelette. Kind of the only reason I chose that location to dine. However, since we were already there and sitting, I didn't want to be rude and leave. We ordered mostly "favorites" thinking it must be really good.. sadly, it wasn't and the food took long to come out.. The kalbi is way too sauced, my son didn't care for it. The katsu was way overcooked, The corn beef wasn't anything special either, he said the spam was weird. I think out of my husband's plate, only the egg was good. He didn't like the fried rice. The Oreo pancakes were good, said my daughter. I enjoyed the chicken salad. Can't say that we will be back though for the price versus the quality.

My friend brought me here for my birthday. She said when her and her husband stayed and dined, they really enjoyed their meal(s). The restaurant is semi hidden within the Hilton, and upon arrival, you're supposed to seat yourself. We did awkwardly stand around for a while (although there was a sign in front), till a waitress told us to do so. After sitting we were provided menus and then waters. We got: - Mixed Plate (With Huli Huli Chicken and Spicy Ahi): My friend got this but I got to try it. It's nothing special but everyone was executed well. The chicken was more like shoyu/teriyaki chicken. If you've ever had huli huli chicken, this does NOT taste like it. - Fish & Chips: This was decent. I was just craving fish and chips for no reason, but to be honest, half way into eating it, it was getting tired of the one dimensional taste. There was 4 fish sticks/filets, they're fried decently well and crispy. The crust was pretty much separated from the fish but I think that may be intentional? The fries were also one dimensional, just tasted like fried potato. The coleslaw had pineapple in it which was a surprising twist. The condiments like hot sauce and ketchup helped saved it (combined with tartare sauce). I would say their portions are definitely decent, especially for being in waikiki. I personally wouldn't come back again, just as there are so many similar/exact alternatives within the couple of blocks radius.

What a treat! Our first breakfast in Honolulu- located in the hotel was delicious! They have a buffet but we chose to order from the menu - don't miss the spam and the fried rice! Everything was delicious and the service was impeccable! Would visit again

It was a great end to our staycation in Waikiki. The food was plenty and ono and of course, had lots of extras to take home for later. Coffee was fresh. Our server was extremely nice & helpful. She was a pro at packing the extras and also gave me a fresh cup of coffee to go. Would recommend!

Loved the Food! Went there with a party of 13 for a group dinner and everything went swimmingly. We were given our own separate room from the rest of the restaurant which was perfect because we were able to not disturb the other customers. We went at roughly 8 pm and left in a timely matter afterwards. Our waitress was very patient and understanding seeing as she was dealing with a bunch of young people. While we were all trying to figure out how to split the bill, she was cooperative and mindful of us. Slightly pricey, however the food was worth the money demanded. Would visit again. :) read more

I was able to eat here a couple of times at my stay at the Hilton Waikiki Beach hotel. The food was great and service was not bad either. It did take a little bit of time for food the second time around, but I believe that's because of how busy the place was. I was able to try both breakfast and dinner. Both really pleased my pallet. The food was a little expensive but not even as close to as bad as some of the tourist traps on the island! The Mac & Cheese and Pancakes were very good. Everything was cooked perfectly and there were always people coming around to check my beverage to make sure it was full. This place is awesome! read more

I went on a trip with a bunch of kids from my high school to Honolulu. There were about 70 kids and a bunch of chaperones. We stayed in the Hilton Waikiki Beach Hotel while we were there. The hotel was great and the service was impeccable. We got to eat dinner at M.A.C and it was absolutely delicious. The food came out super quick considering how many of us there was. I had the mac and cheese and it was great. Highly recommend eating at M.A.C if you want some good quality food and great service. read more

MAC has become our spot to gather with family, entertain guests, and have an occasional business get together. They never disappoint and maintain an OHANA atmosphere by staffing with servers that live Aloha. They need to increase the star rating on Yelp for MAC 24/7 to at least 10. Our meal last night, further reinforced our belief that this place is not to be missed when you want the best food and service in Honolulu. read more

Staying at the Hilton Waikik Prince Kuhio on girls trip. Best intro to Honolulu by trying their pancakes. We'd heard they were memorable - stopped by for late lunch snack before hitting the beach. Shared one stack for 4 women, not knowing we would only eat 1/4 of the plate amidst all of us. The banana,walnut,chocolate chip pancakes were delicious. Will post my photo later. read more

BREAKFAST REVIEW....yes we are fans of this place.. go with 4 people and you guys can split one item.. GENIOUS and its cheap... so if you do that get the pancakes of your choice. we believe this place has the best eggs benedict on the ISLE.. you have to get the salmon one.. trust us we are connasouirs of benedicts and this is the best. there chicken and waffles are very tasty to... :) read more

Great breakfast potatoes. Great pancakes. Great xangos dessert. Fresh fruit! This place has home food and a few healthy alternatives, and open 24/7! There is also fun and trendy decor for a casual spot to grab some grub or meet for a late night dressy drink. It's a little on the expensive side, but the food is great, and it is convenient. Plates are about $15. read more

The food was great. The decor was nice. The service was above and beyond. Personally, a great experience. I had the eggs benedict and wife had the french toast plate. The waiter was kind and made sure we were happy with our food and drinks. I would recommend going there. The only downside is finding parking. Would love to go back again. read more

So this is my normal place to be after a night out in Waikiki. I normally love this place!! Tonight however, we had a tall skinny blonde guy who was very unfriendly and rude. He didn't really serve us(the cooks brought our food and another waitress our check) and then he decided to chase after us to try and get more of a tip. I've been coming here for years and introducing my friends to this place but after tonight I might be taking them to Denny's. The food was good and the menu changes seem great I was interested in trying something from their drink selection. However, the waiter seemed to forget that along with half of our other orders. Mac 24 is kinda known for slow service, but when you wait for more than an hour for your food when there is almost no one else there, it's a bit ridiculous. read more

They have some great salads here. I have been staying at the Hilton for a month for work and have eaten here a lot. All the salads are great, the pancakes are amazing and really rich. Stay away from the pulled pork sandwich, definitely one of the worst I've had. The drinks are poured strong. Had a blood Mary that had me a little tipsy afterward. The wait staff is friendly and fairly attentive. read more

the restaurant service was marginal they sat is in the main aisle with no view, then i found the "secret dinning area" the one with the nice view of the garden and a more open area, they weren't happy when we asked to move to that area. we ordered our pancake challenge meal and it took 30 min to get. the waiter kept saying it will be just a minuet for 30 min. the good -- the pancake were the bomb 3 big ole pancakes fluffy and perfectly cooked. we ordered the cinnamon with the glaze it was like a cake so goooodd. we could only eat about 1/3 between two people. we were in a hurry to catch a tour so we could not enjoy them as much as we would have like to. good food slow service the valet parking is validated in the restaurant after you pay 3 bucks read more

Ordered the blueberry pancakes and it was alright. Not a big deal compared to other places. I've had better. My mother and cousins had the breakfast buffet which was a better deal. The staff were friendly and fun to chat with. Overall, I did like the atmosphere but the food isn't anything to brag about. read more

Pancakes were HUGE! multiple syrups, too. They had a big flaming drink - do NOT order one per person - you have to share to get through them. Nice atmosphere. 5 of us shared only a few dinners and 4 of the big drinks. Tab was over $200. read more

Excellent food. Coming back from a long day of Hanauma Bay snorkeling and climbing the Koko Crater Tram, we decided to stop at Mac. We had read mixed reviews, so we were not sure what to expect. It did not disappoint. The Elvis pancakes were great. Our party also ordered the bake potato soup, turkey avocado club, and the deep fried rib bites. All were very good. We loved the atmosphere in the Waikiki Hilton. read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! I'm here now 2:47 am 6/14/14. I waited 20 mins to get water and 45 mins to get the Mac attack which I ordered pancakes with but instead I received waffles. Not only that the waitress came back in took my waffles off my plate lol. Food was luke warm. The restaurant was almost empty! read more

I've eaten at the restaurant years ago for breakfast and it was good. We didn't wait long, back then. I'm on the phone, waiting for the hostess to make a reservation and I'm watching the counter click over 15 minutes. Admittedly, it is 11:45 am and the start of the lunch hour, but it's a freaking Tuesday! 2 other people have picked up the line. Can they not have one of those people handle whatever the hostess is doing so that she can take a reservation? Can't someone else take a reservation?! If it weren't for the fact that the birthday girl specifically asked to try this restaurant, I'd hang up and try somewhere else. The counter now says 16+ minutes! Thank goodness for hands -free! I may update IF we ever get to the restaurant! read more

We came on a whim because we were hungry and tired and it was close to where we were standing. We loved it soooo much we came back a few days later. They serve breakfast all day, which my kids were very happy about. The kids pancake breakfast was more than enough even for my 11 year old. I had the macadamia pineapple coconut pancakes. THE BEST PANCAKES EVER!!!! Extra light and fluffy with yummy tropical twist. They are huge! Yet i managed to eat every bite. Poached egg cooked to perfection and nice crisp bacon. Amazing meal. I can't tell u what else they serve. I didn't even bother to look. Our waitress took our order without writing a thing down and got it all just right. Impressive for a party of 6. She was very efficient and super sweet. Restaurant was updated nicely, clean, and quiet. Perfect after a busy day of sightseeing. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food and the giant portions. read more

We started with the chicken wings moved to the Mahi Mahi along with the infamous Mac-cano eruption and loved the service, food and of course the drink. We had been looking for a place with quality food and service for 6 days since we got here and we found it on our last night here, My partner and I loved it! read more

Had a hard day at work and wanted a late night meal! Great atmosphere and good music! Wanted something nice after a hard day at work and this place has it at all hours of the night so it was nice to have a little treat for myself! Had some great service from Dorothy at night and she let us know about all the food that we were interested in! Definitely interested in industry night and I will definitely return! After having a different server from last time (this ones name is Dorothy - she's great!) we enjoyed our visit a lot more. The presentation of the food was also very nice tonight! Customer service definitely changes a customers experience at a restaurant. But there was still a mix up with payment at the very end, but that's definitely not the reason for my three stars. The three stars is for the amount of time it took to get our checks back to us (15-20 min) and for the very average tasting food at not average price. read more

Happy hour prices are fab $3 for 12oz draft. Con- No purse hooks and they won't change the tv channel even when no one else is in front if the tv. No atmosphere whatsoever. read more

Outstanding customer service! And EXTREME PORTIONS! food...EVEN BETTER! I was quite surprised that this place was rated as a 3 star...that's nowhere near the rank this place deserves...I went to this place as a last resort after a late night excursion just to find a place to eat and drink. Our friend ordered the spaghetti carbonara and enjoyed it as well. Dessert: We were encouraged to try the Rocky Road ice cream and decided it was a must have when you visit. It was creamy, rich and delectable. We also opted to try the dessert special of the evening which was a Lilikoi cheesecake with a chocolate mousse. The music playing in the background seemed to fit the environment and was pleasant to listen to. It's a pretty casual atmosphere. The prices for what you get are a bit on the high end. Maybe we were choosing all the wrong items and should have just stuck to ordering meat dishes, which they might be better at making (with a name like Livestock). You'll have to check this place out yourself and see if they do a better job with meat and if the prices for those dishes are more reasonable. I gave this place four stars instead of three because the servers were friendly, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was mostly okay (tasty enough and filling).

Wtup Yelp! i just got turned onto yelp recently & wish we had known about this site before our trip to Hawaii, but at least we know now! had it not been for mac247, i might not have ever known about yelp. but as a former slave to the food & bev restaurant industry, the world needs more sites like this one. now onto my first review: last week my hgirl & i stayed at a hotel in waikiki on biz & found ourselves at mac247 A LOT. not necessarily because of the food or the drinks or the prices, but because of the service. & the place is 24hr joint - which is very valuable when u keep ur own hours like we did last week. we had bfast, lunch and dinner (& late night munchies) there on more than one occassion, & we had a few servers. so here are the HI-lights: for bfast we had Jerry as our server, though there were times when i had trouble understanding him through his asian accent (btw almost everyone in Hawaii is half asian) he seemed really nice & reminded me of my dad somehow - really upbeat and positive & attentive, we had the salmon benny and the mac-combo with the pancakes, all of which was cool. for lunch, i dont remember our servers name, nice lady, maybe middle aged, asian accent, she wasnt the nicest person (she almost smiled twice!), but she was always around & there for us when we needed her. we had the spicy fish burritos and the turkey sand with a salad, both were delicious - the burritos were especially tasty. & for dinner / late night snacks (which were almost every night) we had big Trevor as our server, he reminded me of my brother (funny & charming), & was our best server - in fact, hes the server that told us about yelp in the 1st place. but most importantly, he was right about everything we had on the menu - even the stuff we didnt like. i mean, we eventually did everything on their dessert menu (cept they never had any cannolis, ever!) & we had almost everything on their dinner menu, but we really liked their zangos for dessert & their dinner combo plate & their grilled fish plate - which is huge. matter of fact you could probably share most of your dishes there because the portions are so large - which is nice, for the price. & if youre looking for something to drink, get the oversized cosmo on ice called the Macano & show them their yelp page on ur smartphone for 50% off, plus you get to keep the glass after! yeah i liked the place, thought the food coulda been better, thought prices coulda been cheaper. but thats wsup. Had my wedding rehearsal dinner last friday here at MAC 24/7. I had 35 guests all together and had arranged for a limited menu with the help of their manager - Brett. They reserved the private dining area for my party - loved the decor - reminded me of south beach a little bit The appetizers were excellent!!! - we had the sweet and spicy chicken wings, spicy calamari and the chinese chicken salad served family style. Out of the three - the chinese chicken salad received raves from the guests, the calamari came second. I think the sweetness of the chicken wings threw people off thats why it had mixed reviews. Entrees - 90% of our guests ordered the mahi-mahi entree - I was really happy that the portion of the mahi-mahi itself was fairly large, I was afraid it was gonna be mostly spinach and rice. I think it's the sauce that makes this dish Dessert - of course we went with the huge pancakes, they brought out five different kinds. Made for a good conversation but I think the pancakes themselves were okay. it's their sheer size that makes people go WOW not so much their taste. I expected this since I have read the reviews, i ordered them anyway because they are different and about more than half of my guests watch man vs food. Service: WAS EXCELLENT!!!! They have assigned i believe 4 servers to our party. It was more than enough, everyone said they took care of whatever they need in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place especially for a large group of people. They will take care of you from planning to the last guest leaving. read more

I've been hearing about this place from several of my friends and amazingly, I found myself in Waikiki so I dropped in for a late breakfast. I really liked the decor as I walked in but the "likes" slowly ended there. The hostess that finally came out was not what I expected. She seemed to be having a bad day and was less than pleasant to deal with. All we wanted was to get seated! Once seated, we waited...and waited..and waited for someone to take our order. When I finally did order, I had the Loco Moco which was humongous and tasted good to boot. Our server sucked in the coffee/water refill department and he never bothered checking on us once the food was delivered so unfortunately it nets them a 3-star overall rating from me. If the hostess was friendlier and the server did a better job, no doubt I would have given them a 5-star. Whoever the cook was, definitely did their job though. If their staff ever turns over, I would try MAC again. I'm thinking that maybe the late night drunks turn them into calloused workers. read more

The other night before Christmas, my co-workers and I got off work late, and went to MAC 24-7 for some late night breakfast / early morning drinks. The place looked busy, but our waiter Travis greeted us at the door and saw us to our table and had our drinks for us in no time. He suggested the Lava Lava Rocks cocktail and it was delicious. He also suggested the MAC Attack, which tasted great, even though the potatoes were cold and looked old - good thing I don't really like potatoes anyways. The food was actually so-so, but the service was great. Travis (our waiter) seems like he does it all over there, seating tables, taking orders, serving food, clearing tables, I'm not sure but I think he even made our drinks! I've been to MAC 24-7 before but the wait staff seems a lot younger, fresher and a lot better than I remember. Good job guys. If it weren't for the cold potatoes, I'd give this experience a 5/5 stars. If you haven't been to MAC 24-7 in a while, you should definitely check them out now. read more

Came here twice while on vacation, it's located inside the Hilton hotel, and yes they are open 24/7 !!!! The inside is modern and beautiful, purple walls and crystal bead chains hanging. Lots of booths and tables, surrounded by windows to view the pretty courtyard. The service is great, both our waiter and waitress were very friendly and attentive ! They had great recommendations as well. The first time we went for breakfast, I got pancakes !! With pineapple, coconut, and macadamia nuts ! Delicious and fluffy not to mention a huge portion of 3 large pancakes and thats just normal not even the 4lbs challenge. My guest also enjoyed the Loco Moco the waiter recommended. The second time we went for dinner and I got moonfish tacos with slaw, sauces and a side salad. It was decent as well. The menu isn't to big but gives a decent variety. It's a tad pricey, but portions are huge and it's good quality food. read more

I am new to the island. I heard about this restaurant being an "ok" place to eat. I ate here twice once for breakfast and once around 10 both thimes I had a very bad experience. The service was ok but the food was not edible. I told my server and she mumbled something but did not seem sympethetic. I ate pancakes once and once I had pasta. The pancakes were still raw on one side and burnt on the other, how hard is it to cook pancakes? My 9 year old daughter does it better. When I had the pasta it seemed like a mass of watery goo, did they not drain the water? The flavor was just discusting. I have heard this place was hit or miss and in my book they are one hundred percent miss, about the only good thing is it was nicely decorated. I guess I will have to find a different late night spot to eat, maybe Denneys? Id have more moneys left then dumping 40 bucks at this place for what I got. read more

First of all, parking sucked! The parking structure was full so we had to find street parking. BOOO. SO anyway, I ordered the pancakes, which I was embarrased because once it came, everyone was looking at me because the pancakes were HUGE!!! i honestly dont understand why they make them so big!?? i literally ate 1/2 of one and was full. theyre huge in diameter and really thick. my sister ordered the chicken and waffles. that was OK, the chicken was a bit too salty and the waffles a little dry. the waffles lacked a wow factor, so thats why theyre just "ok" overall, the decor was really nice. a really trendy and modern setting. parking needs to be improved and they need to give people warnings about the pancakes! read more

During my stay in the hotel M.A.C was in, I ate here twice. The first time was with my entire school group on the first night we were in Hawaii. Personally, I thought it was great. The service and food was wonderful. Everyone was so kind, and accommodating seeing as we were in a group of 80+ people. The second time I went was just with a group of friends (including myself, there were thirteen of us). The food was just as good as the first time, and so was the service. Our waitress was very patient as us kids tried to figure out how we would be paying (what a nightmare lol). I would totally recommend going there for any meal of the day. read more

OMG, has anyone else ever made the mistake of ordering pancakes thinking they are just 'normal' sized? I made this mistake and out came the Humungo pancakes. You should have seen my friends eyes and then smiles as they watched me with my gigantic breakfast. lol I did my best to finish everything which I think was about 5% of the total order, but it was amazing! I noticed that they had pancakes named after Elvis that had peanut butter on them as well, but I opted for the chocolate w/ banana. Seemed a logical choice. Now, now I'm just curious if Elvis loved peanut butter? Anyone Know? lol read more

I come here on the weekends. Why? It's open late night and I need some grinds to soak up the drinks. The food is pretty decent- Best eggs benedict in town! And surprisingly, Meatloaf. Much better than Mom's! Good burger, too. But for a place that specializes in breakfast I think it's weird they don't have hash browns. IDK- maybe it's a mainland thing... The best thing I like is watching the late night bar crowd- crazies! And the staff is pretty cool too. They really know how to take care of you. And the manager is hands on- plus she's a real cutie patootie- Bonus! read more

AMAZING FOOD!!! And they have a bunch of TVs! We came here to see if the pancakes were all they were hyped up to be. Let me tell you, they are nearly life changing. Next visit, my boyfriend will be attempting the 5lb pancake challenge with the cinnamon flavored pancakes. I will be sticking to the fried rice omelet. I simply cannot live without the home fries. Came for the food, stayed for the Sunday morning football game! Staff is really professional and helpful. read more

BIGGEST pancake I've ever seen! The food was really good, but perhaps a bit overpriced considering the resturant is located on the first floor of a large hotel. The staff was nice, but not efficient at seating my party of 7. I felt like this place was nice, and if you're wanting to try/see the largest pancake of your life, than this is your place, but if that's not your thing there is other food that's just as wonderful to be found along the Honolulu strip. read more

Not sure which is nastier- the frozen pre-made hamburger patty or the pre-made guacamole from a bag. $19 for a hamburger I expect a gourmet burger, not a frozen party I can buy in bulk at Costco for half the price. This place has gone downhill over the last 3 yrs. now it sits below Denny's, McDonalds, and Taco Bell. They say there is a new "chef"- well he sucks worse than the last one. Was his last job cooking for inmates? Disgusting food. read more

I have been here a few times and i remembered this place being very nice, but not the last time i visited. The service was very slow even though the place was almost empty. I would really like to go back again because the late night hours and good parking, but I am just worry if i get the same bad service again. Not sure if there is a manager on duty, but hopefully they can do something about it to improve the service. read more

Went last night after my flight. Dorothy was my bartender. She was very patient with my weird request for the Moon fish tacos with a lettuce wrap. I'm a server and I could tell she was genuine. The tacos was amazing and I also had the lychee cocktail. Both was amazing and put me to bed. I definitely recommend this place! And if you ask for her please tip her well! Great service deserves a great tip. read more

Not bad for the late night roundabouts, really hard to find 24 hr service in Waikiki and it's understandable. The food was awesome, especially their slow roasted kalua pork sandwich. The service could've been better. Our waiter forgot 3 of the sides we had ordered and when we asked about them he said he'd get them...never did. I guess that's cool if you're slammed, but we were his only table. read more

Place was pretty empty at 6:30pm for dinner, typically that is not a good sign and this was no exception. Ordered an Appetizer and meals and they all came out quickly but at the same time. Food was mediocre at best. The bartender was very friendly made good drinks. Would come back for a drink but not the food. read more
