This is the same whirlpool model as the old one we replaced that had lasted 10 years! Again, no response to our calls until they were given a google review. Then I was asked if I bought it new??? The solution offered was for me to bring it in to the store - 20 miles away for them to "look at it and possibly repair possible free if the repair cost is not high ". It is so sad that this is their idea of good customer service . I hate giving negative review but honestly, they need to change their work ethic. I honestly feel scammed and I believe they sold me a used item disguised as new. Now I have to replace my washing machine barely a year out. Their loss - because I need to replace my dryer and refrigerator soon and would have been happy to patronize a small business. NEVER AGAIN. Even if they offered to come to my house to look at what they sold me ( at full price) I would decline. Not nice, sir. Not nice at all. That is no way to treat your customers.

If you can live with that, you'll find yourself a great deal. Make sure you inspect everything before making a purchase. They do offer their own warranty or you can go with the manufacture's warranty, but usually all of those warranties have already expired. There is a $90 delivery charge and $10 for hauling away the old appliance. The price may have changed a bit but it's relatively around this amount.
