I ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese and tomatoes and cucumbers, a side of bacon, two donuts and a latte. I paid $20 with tip, and waited for my order but after a few minutes was called over and told I needed to pay again because the order had been charged incorrectly, and there seemed to be some confusion about the toppings so to make it easier I changed one of my bagels to a breakfast bagel sandwich and paid another $18... when I got home I realized I'd received my original order WITHOUT cream cheese so just two soggy bagels with tomatoes and cucumbers and NO eggs or cheese were anywhere to be found, so the extra I'd paid for the bagel sandwich went towards nothing. The cucumbers and tomatoes were floppy and not fresh, the bacon tasted old. When I told the cashier that there was no cream cheese, egg or cheese on my breakfast sandwich she only offered me a side of cream cheese and $5 back. The donuts are good and cheap but don't bother ordering actual food here, they'll mess up your order, double charge you and then refuse to refund you for the order you didn't receive. Terrible customer service, and it's a bummer they'd rather lose a customer over one order than refund me for something I didn't receive because I've been coming here for a good part of a decade. Almost $40 for a disappointing breakfast. Latte and donuts were good though. read more

One of my weakness... donuts. I avoid them like the plague but from time to time I give in. I was walking by the Quail Hill shopping center and this place just got my attention. The colorful icing and confetti just drew me in. They have a bunch of different donuts from blue berry, captain crunch and many more including cronuts. I love Nutella, so that was a no brainer getting for me to chose the Nutella cronut. Along with that the fruity pebbles just looked so good that I had to get that as well. I certainly enjoyed them but imagine getting them when they were freshly made? It's definitely the donuts you can get for any occasion and yes they come in the pink boxes that you can spot from a mile away. I think this place was just ok. I came here for the cronut. I didn't like it. Maybe it was too late in the day but that shouldn't matter as a lot of donut spots are open 24/7 or long hours. Nestled in an Irvine shopping complex with plenty of parking. Came around 3:30pm and a group of teens just left with boxes of donuts. I've heard of Mag's and it's been on my list for donuts. The lady at the counter was super nice and took care of us right away. They were sold out of Apple fritters. They still had a good selection of donuts for the day left. However, there were about 4-5 donuts for each remaining choices. Left with a trusty old fashion chocolate and old fashion glazed. They were fine. Glazed had some lemon flavor to it. Knowing that it was late afternoon, I assumed the donuts weren't going to be at their prime glory. They were a little dry in my opinion. However, I don't want this to be my only experience since donuts shops are normally at their best in the AM. Morning should be better, but service was spot on! read more

This place is tucked inside the shopping center, near Starbucks. There's plenty of parking spaces. I've tried their donuts, Vanilla Chai, and English Muffin Sandwiches. Their donuts are really good, but it's a bit too sweet for me. I really love their creme-filled donuts. The Vanilla Chai was also really good, but again, a bit too sweet for me. My favorite from their store is the English Muffin Sandwich. I got the sausage, cheese, and egg English Muffin Sandwich and it was so good.
