Always loved Maggiano's. This is the first time I've been to this location. The restaurant is nice just like the other location. I had the mushroom ravioli and it is my new favorite dish. It is so good! The rest of the dishes were also very good. Our server was Chelsea was amazing. She made our visit 10 times better. Nice upscale lunch and dinner spot in Downtown Summerlin. We wanted something nice to treat my best friend to lunch and this place was it! We used to come here many years ago, so it was nice to visit and enjoy some lasagna and Waygu beef stuffed shells for a tasty lunch. We weren't rushed and enjoyed our lunch and time together. We were checked on frequently to make sure we were doing well from our server and she topped off our iced tea. She was super friendly and helpful with food suggestions. I came here with 4 of my lady friends for a Saturday afternoon lunch at 11:00. All of the employees were friendly, our waitress "Roo" was adorable, and very good at what she does. The manager (I wasnt able to get his name) was very helpful and conscientious because one of my friends has a food allergy. He had the chef make her something that she loved. I got a salad with grilled chicken and it was one of the best salad dressings - so good! My expectations were a little low- but I heard the manager tell my friend they are a "scratch kitchen" - everything is made fresh. My. husband and I came for a post-Valentine's Day date on 1/16 at 11:30 AM. It was nice and empty (perfect for picture taking). Inside the vibe was classy and sophisticated with that old school Italian feel with black and white photos and family style china and glassware. We were seated in a booth by the window and taken care of by Chelsea. Being our first time there, she did a great job of summarizing the hottest dishes and specials available. We ended up deciding on the Bruschetta (with ricotta on the side), Calamari Fritte, the spaghetti and meatballs, and shrimp scampi. About 20 minutes after placing our order, the calamari, bruschetta, and bread with balsamic vinegar and oil. The calamari was lightly breaded with enough seasoning and the marinara was flavorful. The bruschetta was nicely toasted without being too hard. The tomato and basil pesto was a nice tangy explosion in the mouth, subdued a bit by the ricotta when added. The bread was extremely soft and tasted delicious in the balsamic vinegar and oil. About 15 minutes later, our main dishes came out. The shrimp scampi was on a huge plate with about 8 large tailed shrimp on a bed of garlic herb lemon butter spaghetti. It was nicely seasoned without being overly garlicky or oily which was nice. The spaghetti and meatball came with a nicely sized meatball. Neither my husband nor I could eat more than half of our portion. We had pretty much decided we were going to leave without dessert until they brought out the dessert menu. I am a creme brulee fiend and we had seen pictures of the chocolate cake, so we sucked it up and found some extra room in our bellies. Shortly afterward we were brought out a giant creme brulee topped with strawberry halves and mint and a tall, thick, decadent slice of chocolate cake with chocolate icing surrounding it and topped with powdered sugar. It truly was a great way to end the meal, even though we took half of the chocolate cake, half of the spaghetti, shrimp scampi, and calamari home to enjoy again. Overall we were very happy with our time here. The service with Chelsea was attentive and thorough, and the quality of the food was good for the price point and overwhelmingly large portions (in the best way possible). Came here with my family on Christmas Eve. As you can imagine it was very busy but it's become a tradition we do every year so we expect it. Our server was very friendly and we usually order all of our favorite dishes that we share since everything is large and intended to be family-style. First part was great and then we ended up waiting over 30 mins for our mains. Not sure what went wrong but we were told the kitchen was backed up. No problem. Then groups who came in after us began leaving. We knew something else must have gone wrong. Not sure what happened but our server informed us the meal was on them. We were really surprised but also very thankful. Things can go wrong but they handled it really well. Thank you for that and because of someone's good judgment call we will continue to come back. This place is amazing! It was my wife and I first time trying and they don't disappoint. From the appetizers, to the entrees everything was excellent! Didn't have to add anything to them. My son and I made a reservation and sat down at 6:25. By 6:43 we still didn't even have waters. Servers walked past us about 8 times and we got no acknowledgment. I only came here one other time during a work event so I didn't get the full experience of Maggiano's. They are located in dts which I love. It is huge in here, they have bar seating, table seating and booth seating so it's great for any size party you may have. Our server was very kind and attentive and gave great recommendations on what to get. We started off with the calamari and it was seasoned nicely paired with a good sauce. For my main entree I got the salmon with lemon and herb and that was delicious!! The combo of the lemon and herb made it very flavorful and I ate everything there were no left overs whatsoever. The best part was the bruschetta! It had pesto and ricotta cheese with the traditional bruschetta toppings on a huge piece of garlic toast. It was so flavorful. The chicken on the Alfredo was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. However, the Alfredo sauce lacked any actual flavor and was too runny. This was so sad because the portion was huge and could easily been lunch and dinner the next day but I had no desire to eat it. I am so thankful for the event staff and servers at Maggiano's. I had another restaurant cancel our Thanksgiving Lunch for 40 Holocaust Survivors at the last minute. Maggiano's to the rescue! They set up a perfect luncheon. The food was delicious, the room looked beautiful and the service was absolutely amazing. All the staff were so polite and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased. It takes ALOT to make 40 people that are all over 80 years old happy... but they did it. The coffee was flowing and the dessert plates scraped clean. The menu offered something for everyone. The is a wonderful location for a small event. I cannot recommend it highly enough. They turned a very stressful situation into one of the most relaxing and enjoyable events I've ever hosted. read more

Came here as a large family after a funeral. Food was pretty good, but the manager's attitude and service can be improved. Pros - very generous portions and well cooked food. We got the family style which has several options for appetizers, main entrees, and desserts. Part of the deal for a family style was unlimited refills which is especially great for a family. The beef was very tender and the pasta options were delicious. Cons - took us a while to get our table even with a reservation. the manager was quite rude when we asked for refills of food and was making snarky comments. Very excellent food. I really would like to rate this restaurant higher, mostly because of the excellent service Nikola our waiter provided us. I hope management will read this and acknowledge his incredible patience and friendliness we experienced, especially in dealing with my Parents! That said, I was disappointed in the way the greeters treated us and also the bus people. They were a bit unfriendly and unwelcoming. This restaurant has become very expensive compared to what it used to be, and as such, I feel like the staff should be trained to be a little more professional. The girls at the front and everybody else needs to smile more and welcome their guest more. Perhaps they should get some tips from Nikola. We had just spent the day traveling and wanted to eat outside of the strip. We saw this location was open until 11 and had a feeling getting it would be easier. And it was! We were taken in immediately and had Tyler as our server. He did an amazing job with recommendations both with wine and dessert options. He was very well versed in the menu and answered all questions we had. My boyfriend and I did the dinner for two. It came with a choice of appetizer OR two side salads, two pasta entrees and one dessert. Our salads were delicious but the red onion in the Maggio's salad were very distinct and strong taste throughout the salad. The Caesar salad is their signature dish and it never disappoints. For our main meals, the chicken fettuccini Alfredo was absolutely amazing, done so well. The noodles are cooked true al dente and had a beautiful firm bite to them- not too mushy, not too uncooked. It was coated nicely from the sauce without being too soupy or too thick. I do not usually order Alfredo due to how heavy it is on the stomach. This version is executed well and I wish I ordered it for myself as well. I ordered the baked ziti and I was less than pleased with it. The flavors do not mush together and are strong, almost fighting against each other on your taste buds. I'm not sure if it's the lack in flavor or the Fontana cheese they use that creates this issue. Overall, I wish I asked to change it. It was close to closing and I didn't want to be an issue on a kitchen that was closing up. Lastly we chose the lemon cookie dessert. The cookies were flavorful and had the perfect texture. I personally cut the strawberry up to put pieces on the cookie and it took it to the next level. If the review was based solely on food, it would have been 3 stars. But Tyler went above and beyond with his service. The restaurant was full when we came in and had multiple large parties, but it did not feel overwhelming with noise or like Tyler didn't have time for all the tables. Overall, I would return here to try a different dish before making a final decision on if I would fully recommend to friends. read more

We came in on March 1st to celebrate two birthdays. I brought a cake and was happy to learn that they would bring plates for us to cut it at the table. Also, my daughter in-law has a dairy allergy so the chef came out to discuss how she would make a favorite dish for her with no dairy. It was really thoughtful and went above and beyond. I went here on 12/27 with my parents and husband. Overall, it was a nice evening. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and warm. The food was yummy. Our waiter Noel was fantastic and attentive. We made a reservation for 7:45 but got there little early and were able to be seated a little sooner. We tried to call ahead, but they hung up on us, so we used their online reservation tool. I ordered the rigatoni D, and it was fantastic. My parents ordered mom's lasagna and chicken Parm, which were both yummy. Came here last year for Thanksgiving & were blown away by the amazing experience & the awesome Thanksgiving food! Unfortunately this year fell short. They offered a Thanksgiving Only Menu, which is family style, so the entire table gets large portions & everyone shares. See my photo for the complete Thanksgiving menu. We came at dinner & it was super packed. The biggest disappointment is they were out of the Whipped Sweet Potatoes, which was the main reason we decided to come back this year! Another big let down was the amount of menu items they forgot to serve us. After reminding the staff about the bruchetta appetizers, it arrived at the end of our meal, & the bread was hard & stale. They also forgot the complimentary bread and cranberry sauce thats also on the menu. Then our main dishes of Turkey & Stuffing, and Ham & Mashed Potatoes were cold & dry. The only side dish we enjoyed was the Famous Rigatoni "D" which was the best dish of the night. The sauce was super yummy! Unfortunately the Butternut Squash Ravioli was not fully cooked, so the noodle itself was hard. Last year it was made perfect. On positive notes, the Maggiano & Caesars Salads were delicious. Finally, we waited extra long for our desserts to finally come out, so we just ended up taking them to-go. You must try the Warm Apple Crostada; its served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. It was amazing! The staff is friendly & courteous, and the space is nicely decorated. I understand it was super busy, same as last year, but it just seems as if the kitchen & staff wasn't as efficient as before. Unfortunately there were just too many mistakes and things they forgot. Always have been a fan of Maggiano's. If you're with the right group (big eaters) I think their family dinner is an amazing deal. It's not as good as it used to be, but that's everything in 2025. Still lots of good options. That said, a la carte works well here. Group of 4 of us did one app and one salad along with our entrees and it was more than enough, especially if you create carnage with their delicious bread dipped in oil and balsamic. The Linguine di Mare and Linguini and clams (vongole) are my go to dishes, but the rigatoni D is my backup. If you go to this location, if you're lucky you get served by John who was most hospitable! i wasn't even going to write a review, but i literally lost sleep over this. haha, pathetic, i know. my husband and i didn't feel like cooking, and since it was the day before thanksgiving, we decided to eat here. biggest mistake. i actually went home hungry. we ordered appetizers, a salad, and then our entrées. the salad came first -- delicious. the appetizers were good too. then the entrées came... i couldn't decide what to order, so i went with the lasagna. it looked good at first, but as soon as i started eating, the sauce tasted bitter. i asked the server if i could switch it and ordered "the finest fettuccine alfredo" instead. when it arrived, it looked promising... until the first bite. omg -- all i could taste was rosemary. who puts rosemary in alfredo?! as an italian who grew up in an italian household, this honestly felt like an insult. nothing compares to my nana's cooking, and i still can't wrap my head around rosemary in alfredo. it's just plain dumb. at that point my appetite was gone, and i didn't want to risk ordering anything else. when the bill came, they had removed the two meals i barely touched, but they didn't comp anything. that alone shows how poor the service was. we definitely won't be coming back. if you want authentic italian food, go to chicago joe's. read more
