The Nutella Mocha Latte was also pretty good, and I'm glad they were able to adjust the sweetness to 50%, which I thought was perfect and not too sweet. Overall, a nice place in Arcadia to get your morning started. Parking - You can park in the 24 Hour Fitness lot, or there was plenty of street parking in the morning.
