The Everything Bagel with a cream cheese melt was so good!! Never thought to put cream cheese and then provolone and broil it.

The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and I appreciated that they also sell a variety of goods in their shop. I ordered the Eggwich with sausage, and while it was enjoyable overall, I felt it could have benefited from a bit more seasoning to enhance the flavor. I use to love coming here. The coffee I love. The snickerdoodle was my favorite but every time they are out and make no attempt to make more they say whatever's out. Errrr makes me iterated to get excited about it just to be disappointed. I like the cranberry bagels with plain cream cheese always good. The power is very friendly most of the time if it's not crazy busy. The store its self is very stuffy and hut inside, I always take my food to go because it's hot in there. I won't go out of my way to go anymore but I will go if I'm in area. Note it's not a good place to study with if you need WiFi but if you need a quiet place to not be bother it maybe perfect and they have outside tables too read more

Having the onion bagel with garlic herb cream cheese also having the decaf Italian, they got snickerdoodle, black, gold and vanilla duck coffee place is very clean. Seating is full seats, outdoors, parking decent bathrooms excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Five stars. read more

Service is bad. Walked in and was not greeted, I was the only customer inside. Then the older lady at the register was very rude. Came at 10:30 and they had four types of bagels left. Majority of them were jalapeño cheese which I was told would be more expensive to use on my sandwich. There's no other savory options available so am I supposed to have a veggie sandwich with a blueberry bagel ? If there's no other option available why the up charge? Where do I even start. I used to come here every Sunday as a kid. Everyone was friendly, food was great, store was kept up with the pride of a small business. Having come from a family who is in the restaurant business, I feel that I am generally pretty forgiving because I know how hard it is to run a small restaurant, but this review needs to be written and I hope the owner pays attention... Service: I'm not sure what happened here, but typically, the owner is the most friendly and hospitable person in a restaurant because they care the most about succeeding and have pride in their shop. I've been waited on twice by the owner. Both times he had his Bible open at the register and hardly said hello to me. He rung me up and took my money and hardly acknowledged that I was there. That's not Christian service. Not sure what he's trying prove, but that way of relating to others isn't going to 'win any souls'. Shop: the shop was merchandised with storage equipment. Weird. Food: it's fine. It's not good, but there aren't a lot of places to get a good bagel outside of LA, and I think this is the only reason this business is still alive. In general, if the food is mediocre, and service is bad, why come back? I hope the owner sells to someone who cares. Upland needs a good bagel shop. read more

Their excuse is that since prices have gone up on everything they had to take the prices down but they can tell me the prices as I order. A sweet little find I came across while driving by! I truly believe God knew I needed a moment to feel His love because as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by uplifting worship music and a Bible verse from Romans that encouraged my heart. I stopped in ONLY TO ASK if they sold gluten free bagels, and the employee (a young man with glasses) rudely and loudly spoke over me saying "WE CANNOT HELP YOU WE ARE CLOSED"! I love trying new places and we happen to see this restaurant and I'm so glad we did because it was so delicious. We went for brunch and loved it . Freshly made for you . I got a chicken wrap and my hubby got a bagel with cream cheese and a turkey sandwich with cream cheese came out so good . My kids got a clam chowder soup . First, the staff was friendly and did a really great job with our orders. That said, the food here was horrible. I would be shocked if those bagels were made fresh. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs, and the smoothies definitely tasted like they came with smoothie powder rather than fresh fruit. I paid over $13 for a Nova lox bagel and it would have been better if I'd walked across the parking lot to the Stater Brothers and bought the materials from the grocery store and made it myself.
