This was my 1st time trying Marco's Pizza. The location off of Bolton Road is very spacious for dining options. The two ladies that were working today were very kind and helpful. Their names are Zakia and Ali. They provide me with awesome service and informed me of the current specials. My food was made to order and was hot and fresh. This is the best local pizza delivery that I've ever experienced. They always say 30 or 45 mins. In reality they always come in under 20 mins. I always get the same two drivers. Which is a major plus. Pizza always arrives hot and ready. read more

Decided to try Marco's for convenience tonight - just a mile or so from my house. We always get pizza from the more expensive places like Fellini's or Mellow Mushroom, so wasn't expecting much from the online special - large Margherita for $10.59. And it was excellent (!) - very pleasant surprise when you're used to paying $23-$26 for a pizza. Will definitely come here more often. read more

Normally anytime you order they have no issues. Food is good and affordable. Very disappointed with the order attempted today. Set up the order early and for a particular time. Delivery time got pushed back then cancelled. Reason was not able to fulfill the order. I will assume a mistake in their ordering supplies to fulfill and order. May give them another try in the distant future. read more

They have the best pizza in the neighborhood I live about 1 mile away and I will always called them no matter what I always get fast and friendly service I've walked in to get my pizza before and talk to the owners they are very gracious and friendly and the quality of the food is always top notch and 100%! I had pizza by Marco's before (which was pretty darn good), but never any of their other items. I was out driving a few nights ago and decided to grab a bite. I noticed Marco's next to the gas station where I had stopped. The restaurant was empty, but the kitchen was busy cooking food deliveries. I decided to order the toasted half Italian sub on wheat. I sat down to wait for my order and noticed the restaurant was nice and clean in its emptiness. I received my food after about 8 min. The sandwich was as I say... "Inappropriately delicious". Warm toasty bread, nice and full of meats, tangy veg with mayo. It was excellent! A bit messy, but a really delicious combo. I will absolutely be ordering again soon. read more

Wow, I'm in shock about how I was treated tonight. I ordered cheese sticks and cinnamon squares for dinner tonight around 9:38 pm. On the website, it stated my order would be delivered at 10:28. Before I knew it, 10:28 came and went, and still no delivery. I decided to call the restaurant regarding my order, and each person was very rude to me. One of them even hung up on me. I guess this location received a crop of new hires that needed a summer job. Sigh... It's nearly midnight, and I still don't have my cheese sticks. I gave up on my order at this point. I ordered a pizza online and requested delivery which gave me an ETA of 40 minutes. After 50 minutes passed, I contacted the store only to be informed by "Jeremy" the store manager that he was sending the driver and it would be another half hour. You might have guessed at this point, but there was no apology on "hold ma'am" at which point I politely requested a refund that the "store manager" was all too willing to oblige. Finally this location is open! Almost 2 years of seeing the sign teasing us in the Exon shopping center we get to enjoy the food. We stopped by the grand opening today. The staff was very friendly and upbeat. They were handing cups filled with menus, magnet, and a pen. If you filled out a card to join their email / rewards program you received food/drink tickets and a coupon for a free medium pizza. Coupon is a free medium if you purchase a medium pizza and must be used within the next 7 days. I tried the White Cheezy pizza (Feta, bacon, onions, tomatoes, and garlic butter sauce), pepperoni pizza, and cheezy bread. It has been a few years since I ate Marco's pizza, I forgot how tasty it is. The pizza was really good. I will visit again soon due to the tasty pizza and friendliest of the staff. This location started out great, but it has really went downhill the last few months. My last two experiences here have not been good ones. I ordered a pizza for pickup online one evening. When I went to pick it up, they claimed it was not in the system. I showed them my confirmation number and they still claimed they didn't have it. Ended up it was sitting right behind them ready to go. Then I get home and open the cinnamon squares, which have no icing on them. I go back to get it, and they tell me they didn't put it on there because they are out. I'm like, if you didn't have it why didn't you tell me that when I picked it up, or better yet, not let me order it? Today I go for lunch and when I go to fill up my fountain drink, two of the drinks have out of order stickers on them. Then I find out the Dr. Pepper is also out of order. Okay, I'll settle for Pepsi (why they're selling Pepsi and not Coke in Atlanta is a whole issue in itself). Pepsi was flat. So that's half the fountain drinks that are down. They gave me a bottled Dr. Pepper and acted like they didn't care about the machine. read more

We recently moved from Berkeley Park to Riverside and found that a lot of our favorite pizza places do not deliver to our new house - we were so bummed but still craving pizza. We knew Marcos was close by so we decided to give them a try for the first time. We ordered 2 medium pizzas - Deluxe & Hawaiian. I was already impressed with the Hawaiian after looking at the ingredients! I've had chicken, bacon and ham on a Hawaiian but not at the same time (that would usually end up being a $40 pizza at my last pizza place). We had our pizza in-hand less than 20 min after ordering! What?! Marcos was already becoming a favorite before even eating it! We opened the boxes to see and smell fresh hot pizza and couldn't wait to try it! The deluxe has big delicious sausage &fresh veggies - the Hawaiian was just 10000% the best Hawaiian I've ever had. The crust on both was perfect!! I ordered delivery, and after over an hour and a half of waiting, I called to see where my order was. They had no idea what I was talking about until I talked to a confused manager who finally found the order. After offering no explanation or any type of compensation, he asked if I would still like them to cook my order. I was starving as this was almost 2 hours after I had ordered, and asked him to cancel the order. He told me there was nothing he could do for me and did not offer me any discount, compensation, or even a reason explaining what had happened. He even told me he could not refund my money and I needed to "call the people I ordered it from a quote. I had ordered online. I was left furious and famished. The pizza taste like cardboard and I requested that they put the feta cheese and peppers on the side and they just didn't put the items in the bag at all. On September 12th 2019 I placed an order with this particular Marcos store on Bolton Road thinking that I would get the same quality as the Marco's Pizza on South Hairston. I was absolutely wrong. My order was incorrect and the following day somebody charged a $22.00 Pizza on to my credit card account. I called the store and the owner named Ali, informed me that I could get a free pizza rather than them putting the money back on my card. When I called to recoup my pizza I was informed that I wasn't getting anything a refund or a pizza. I asked why and he informed me because he didn't think that the charge on my credit card was fraudulent. I asked him why the hell would he think that and I had never received that pizza. But the associate or cashier who took my order ended up getting fired and I still didn't get my money or a pizza. Which proves that the associate took the money off of my card and I really just didn't want to pay me back. I suggest that you go to a different store to get the quality of customer service and food that you expect from a Marco's Pizzeria rather than the one on Bolton Road. I ordered a pizza online. It was promised in an hour. I gave an extra 15min before calling because hey, it's a Friday night. I was told "it just left". I live a mile away so I thought it would be just a moment. 20 minutes later I called to cancel (because I didn't really want the pizza anymore (especially since it had been in a car for 20 minutes) and was put on hold for 5 more minutes. I hung up when the driver arrived. For the first time in my life I didn't tip. I feel a bit bad bc it probably wasn't the driver's fault, but I was hangry and her apology of "yeah we are really busy" ticked me off. Your website doesn't say "delivery in an hour unless we are really busy." And the pizza was barely warm and very disappointing. Won't be ordering again. read more
