I tired ordering online but it was stuck at the part to enter my address . I called I could tell they were super busy I waited advised them of the issues I was having online manager even did a over ride to get my coupon customer service was friendly ! They did try to Go above and beyond for me due to the issue with online ordering - however wait time for delivery was almost 2 hrs - sorry could not wait that long with 3 kids and babysitting . I'm a Marcos loyalty customer. I made the mistake of ordering before signing in. I missed a srep. Anywho, so no matter how desperately I tried or how many times I started the order over, I couldn't sign in. I eventually gave up and used a different phone number because I couldn't order with my phone number without signing in BUT the app wouldn't let me sign in. The pizza was fine, but not the service. I ordered what they claimed to be their special and was overcharged. This was the third and last time. When brought to the managers attention, was told they could not refund or resolve after processing the credit card. No apology for their repeated errors. Best pizza around. My family and I always order a large cheese and a specialty pizza. We absolutely love the fresh ingredients. The Italian hoagies are absolutely delicious and one of my favorite things on the menu. Their jalapeno ranch is unbelievable! Spicy and delicious! Paired with one of their salads is a match made in heaven. Online ordering is always fast and easy. Even when we call to order the staff is friendly. We've picked up our food and had delivery. The pizza is amazing, but can sometimes be a little inconsistent. Not with the taste but the way it's cooked. If you like it well done make sure to ask and if not also make sure to do so. The wings are okay not the best, kind of tastes like domino's wings. I always get delivery and it's never late nor is my order ever messed up. I have to admit that I am very much a fan of the super thin crust pizza here. It's almost like a cracker, really crispy, buttery and topped with gooey cheese, and whatever toppings you might like. It will literally make you close your eyes and hum in cheesy pizza bliss. I don't know of anyone in town who makes a pizza like this so if super crispy crust is your thing, you gotta try these guys out. read more

Living in the Alafaya Woods neighborhood, we have had no fewer than 6 new pizza places open within a 1 mile radius of us in the last six months. It was my mission to visit each of them to figure out if any of these new pizza places were really up to snuff. We ran into the crew from Marco's Pizza at the Taste of Oviedo in the spring where they were handing out coupons for the grand opening in May. Shortly after they opened we took advantage of our Large 2 topping pizza coupon for $9.99 and had a traditional style pizza with ham and pineapple. Just to be clear, this is not a gourmet pizza place, they are more like a Dominos or Pizza Hut. However, I would put Marco's Pizza up against either of those national chains when it comes to value and quality. We use to order Dominos (which was nearby) for any major sporting event or night we didn't want to cook, but that has changed since Marco's entered the area. The crust seems to be key because it has a better flavor than most of the most produce pies we are use to getting. They offer a variety of the standard toppings, but they also have some other items such as a special type of Italian pepperoni which is very good. The biggest difference is the price. Marco's is always running specials or having coupons online (sign up for the email club) and newspaper. I found when compared to Dominos or Pizza Hut, the price for a large is anywhere between $2 and $3 cheaper at Marco's and in this economy, ever dollar counts. After doing a little research I found out that Marco's is a chain in the Southeast, for the most part, and this is the first Orlando area location. I am hopeful that Marco's is able to find a slice of the Orlando pizza market because they make pie that I enjoy eating! read more

Decided to try some local pizza and I found out I couldn't get two different flavors on my wings.Spent 30$ on my order however, the could not accommodate to my preference. When asked for the reason as to why I couldn't have two flavors on my wings, their response was "the containers we ship them in are too expensive". Maybe I just came on the right day, but I really liked this place. Simply because it's a chain does not a bad experience make. Everything worked out well, and I got a free slice for donating blood earlier that day at the blood bus. I get fed, the vampires get fed, who's complaining? The pizza was good. Not just ok, not the best I've had, but definitely did the job, and for not too much cash. True statement that the pizza was not greasy. I wonder what factors lead to pizza greasiness. Probably the cheese, which indicated that Marco's may actually invest in better cheeses and still provide a cheap product. That is a solid business model. That, or I'm blowing hot air and don't know shit. The chicken wings were surprisingly good, of the sort that are really soft so that you can yank out the bones or do some gross party trick where you pop a whole wing and push two clean bones out of your mouth 4 seconds later. I recently moved to Oviedo and this place is close to my home. i'm never disappointed with the taste and quality. I even love the cheesy bread they make. Marco's is definitely the best pizza chain in the area. The pizza itself is the best tasting of all of the chains and the delivery is always fast. The quality of the ingredients such as the cheese and sauce seem to be superior to the other nationwide chains. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. Marco's won't replace your favorite Italian restaurant's pizza, but it will become your go to place for delivery pizza in Oviedo! read more

My friends always order pizza from this place, and I can't understand why. It's awful pizza. The location is close to my friends house, so I understand the convinces, but it's honestly not worth the money. Marco's pizza is not thick enough like a Chicago pizza, and not good enough like NYC pizza. Simply, it's just a better Papa Johns. They offer small, medium, and large pies; which is my eyes is a set up to automatically be a bad pie. Pizza should only come in one size, and that's large. Ordered a meatball, peppers, and mushrooms pizza online last night and I was so gloriously pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. The pizza itself looked picturesque: golden brown crust and toppings evenly distributed. Fresh vegetables, delicious cheese, meatballs were thoroughly cooked (for their size, you'd be afraid they weren't), garlic crust not too overpowering. I heard from friends that Marco's makes great pizza so I decided to give it a try. I did a carryout order to ensure that the pizza would be hot when I got it home. It was just coming out of the oven when I arrived to pick it up so it should have been piping hot - NOT. In the five minutes it took me to get home it as tepid at best. The crust was chewy and tasteless, the sauce bland and horror of all horrors the mushrooms came straight out of a can! YUCK!!! Not even my teenagers liked this pizza and that says alot. Horrible experience with doing a simple curbside pickup on Friday 11/05/21. Did the ASAP option. Arrived actually about 10min after the expected time due to accidentally not selecting the Marcos closer to me at the time. Parked in the curbside parking spot and selected on the app that were there. Sat and waited... showed the pizza was ready in the app..... and waited for 20min. Saw many people go in/out picking up their pizza and waited. I had 2 small children in the car and was raining so really needing the curbside pickup. There became a point in which I wasn't going to be patient anymore and realized there was nobody ever going to bring it out. So I ran in and asked when my pizza would be ready. The clerk nonchalantly goes over and pulls my pizza out of the bottom stack of pies. Nothing said. I then ask how long was this ready?? And tell her that I have been waiting for over 20min with my kids in the curbside spot. I had to literally glare at her to get an apology.
