I can't believe I've been living in Ontario for the past 3.5 years and I'm just now discovering this place! I've driven by it countless times and never considered checking it out. Mistake! If there is one thing I live for, it's seafood. Give me piles and piles of delicious seafood 7 days of the week and I am a happy camper. This place delivers. I can't speak on a lot of their food because I found a dish that I love, and that's all I need to eat. The pina (can't insert tilde) del mar. This dish is basically a heap of seafood (shrimp, octopus, abalone, and crab (imitation) mixed with chunks of pineapple and mushrooms all placed in a half of pineapple with melted cheese on top. IT. IS. SO. GOOD. I love it. I love it! Upon discovering it, I ordered it two more times that week. I'm addicted. On the side, they provide you with slices of pineapple, a slice of orange, lettuce, onions, and maybe a tomato too - I can't remember. Oh, and a few slices of avocado as well. The dish itself is one of their pricier ones but still reasonably priced for what you're getting. In regards to their other dishes, my husband has tried their fried fish (which is also a great portion) and thought it lacked some flavor. He did thoroughly enjoy their tacos and their quesadilla, though. The location itself is cute - although we did pick up, I will totally come back to eat indoors once COVID is not a concern. The place is large and clean. They offer alcohol for purchase too. There are a few outdoor tables for seating at the moment. I believe they offered outdoor dining prior to the current shut down. Oh, they also provide chips and salsa with every order. Go ahead and try their dulce de leche cookies (at the register) while you're at it - they are delicious. Ive never in my whole life had caldo that tastes like water. I put salsa, the rice and added tajin , lime and onion powder in attempt to make it taste better but no matter what, it tasted so bland.
