I had only had my 2015 GMC Terrain for 3 months and had problems a few times already (not purchased from Mark Christopher). The Malfunction Indicator Lamp came on so I got in touch with my Extended warranty and based on previous experience with the dealership where I purchased the vehicle they did not want me to go back there so they sent me to Mark Christopher for service. I had never been there and expected the same service I had gotten at the other dealership NOT! Mark Christopher was the exact opposite! Samuel Aceves greeted me right when I walked in even though he was on the phone. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know and even a little more about my extended warranty I did not know. Did not ask for any money, which another dealer did in Fontana to look at it even though I had my warranty with me. One of the technicians (Ernesto) was outside and notices there was a pretty good size scratch on my door where I had hit scrapped up against the garage door. I explained what the insurance adjuster said it would take to fix the scratch and he said no no this is how you fix it, which meant a saving of hundreds of dollars! When I got a call back later to let me know what needed to be done to my car it was in a timely manner and my car was done before the end of the day AND Ernesto had taken it upon himself to buff out the scratch on my door just to be nice! It may not seem like much but what I have gone though with this car and it is only a 2015, since I bought it the end of Oct. from the evil dealership in La Puente just having this dealership be so professional take care of my car the right way the first time and do something so nice for no money that it huge in my book! This place hands down offers the worst customer service I've ever experienced save your sanity and time don't deal with these idiots bought brand new Chevy suburban Ltz which is a 70k truck front strut went out now for the second time and FYI my vehicle is stock no after market suspension they can blame here road noise like a mother from front driver door ac randomly works I call this bs. And here I'm thinking these guys would give 2 sh..ts and try to help no way not at Mark Christopher Auto Center my strut is clearly in need of a replacement I'm having road noise from driver window which they so call fixeded before my ac not working and front head lights flickering so I asked for a loaner here it goes the lady on the phone had the nerve to say oh new rules from General Motors were not offering loaner vehicles unless your car has to stay longer than 24hrs which is understandable but I've been through this before with the strut they are going to have to order in parts which will take some time of course but before they can even consider getting me into a loaner they'll take your car back tell you to wait for about 3 to 4 hours while we diagnose your vehicle now that's done vehicle has to stay sir need to order parts no shit!!!!!! But guess what now after waiting and completely waisting my time we don't have any loaners will get you a shuttle this place is a JOKE!!! Not a funny one stay far away from these guys they will sell you and be all nice and once you try to get into there service department it's a sh.t stew from there I now go to MK SMITH CHEVY and man the people there are different treat you with respect see the problem is Mark Christopher Auto Center only cares about selling cars yes they are big they own a whole auto center but once they've sold you it's like ok on to the next will never buy another Chevy after this period these guys ruined the experience I'm done!!!!!!! read more

This car dealership has the most unprofessional group of sales "experts" I have ever dealt with. I would tell anyone never to go to this dealership. I was purchasing a Cadillac from Jesse Reyna and sold my car because I was promised this car was available. Jesse made me an appointment and told me the car was being washed and ready for me. I then had to call Jesse because I had not heard from him. I was then informed that It was then sold to someone else. Went to buy a car on Saturday and waited 4 hours. We were not requesting financing we were paying cash. People ran around trying to look busy and the manager Hunny was useless in bridging the gaps. He was more concerned about his cigarette breaks. All he could say is it will only be 5 min. They had to go to another dealer to get the car but wouldn't let us fill out any paper work in the mean time. We just sat in the waiting room. Finally we got up and walked out. They called and wanted to do the paper work on Sunday. So we went in and the first thing Hunny wants to do is cruise around and show us this and that. I flatly sad no I wanted to go to finance and get the paper work done. What a joke of running this show. Well I will not be referring anyone to this dealer and sad that I was referred over. Management needs a real change and a makeover. All they did was try and fluff you over with bullshit. read more

I brought my Caddy in for service. I was greeted by Nobu immediately after arriving. After explaining what I needed, He offered to have me taken home in a courtesy shuttle and offered to have my car washed after the service was done. Approx 2 hours later I received a call that my car was done. I was expecting to leave it all day! I have been going to Mark Christopher for years and purchased 2 vehicles from them both in my name only with no down payment. I have never been treated so poorly from Mark Christopher as I have in my most recent visit on 10/9/17. I waited there all day long and was shown several vehicles that I would qualify for according to the salesmen. I was passed around to other salesman and ultimately was treated poorly for not having money up front. I was finally told that they would need to contact a bank the next day and they would contact me one way or another. I ended up contacting them only to be told that the car that they sold me 2 years ago was backwards. I cant believe that I have been referring people to Mark Christopher and bragging what a great dealership they were. Buying a car from this dealership was ok, the service department however is AWFUL! The courtesy part of it from the shuttle service to trying to get a courtesy car because they have had my car since 10am and are barely even getting to LOOK at the problem and it is now 330. I had them drop me off at the mall just a couple of miles away and me and my children have been waiting for over 40 minutes now for a shuttle back to the dealership. What I don't understand is why even make an appointment for service when you're going to have to wait over 2 hours just for a fricken oil change. Thank god it's still free otherwise I absolutely would not have paid for that.
