When they came to my car, it was missing 2 medium fries, chocolate milk, all the sauces for the nuggets. Got out of the car w/ my 5yr old cause he wants his chocolate milk. I tell the cashier I was missing the fries and she acts like I'm an inconvenience to her. She hands me one fry and I tell her i was missing 2 (I didn't even bring up the fact that they were missing my sauces and the chocolate milk too). I'm sure they were going to thru a hard day but they were missing a lot of things from my order. My favorite, no thrills McDonalds. In and out very quickly whether it's in the drive through or eating in. Generally clean, with friendly staff. Lots of kids in here so the noise level could be high. It's funny to watch everyone use the new kiosks though. It's an overall McDonalds thing but it's really only good for those using card payment methods. For my meal of under $10, I'm not using a card so I still need to go to the register. It isn't clear if digital payment methods are accepted at the kiosks or not. There are more people helping with the usage of the kiosks than working the register, and the line could move slow once in a while. read more

As far as McDonald's go they were very nice and the food as what was expected. I'm not sure about the mornings but there is a cashier there in the evening, I was there about 6pm today. My only complaint is the digital menu, But the place is well kept and clean. I also noticed the last few times that people do clean and restock supplies. And I do like the new remodel. read more

I ordered a deal on the mobile app and arrived before the breakfast hours was over and once I got there they told me they didn't have my order. I spoke to 4 different people including the manager and they were all unhelpful. I wasn't trying to be pesky, but I was frustrated that I paid for the items and they refused to help. They regularly make mistakes and give you the wrong order. They biscuits are almost always stale - regardless of what time you order it, they are inefficient and you have to pull around and wait for ever for your food. By far the worst McDonald's ever. The lady at the drive thru is so rude. Just went through the drive thru and she refused to move the machine out further so I could pay cause I couldn't reach. Other employees that work the drive thru can move it so why can't she. She then proceed to cop an attitude when I asked her to take my cars to scan it because I couldn't reach. She grabbed it from me and wasn't nice at all. I then asked for a small cup of ice and she said she couldn't because she needed it for the customers behind me and if I wanted ice I should have asked for it at the speaker. I dont know what the bad reviews are all about, I have pretty straight forward service here with the drive through. Its a Mickey D's people, dont expect amazing service. I am basically in and out in less than 5 minutes, how do they do it? For a McDonald's they're pretty clean, esp for a 24hour facility. I don't order much other than the chicken nuggets for the little guy -he can definately use the calorie content. They get you you though with deals. I've found myself ordering the 20 nugget meal deal for my 14 month old baby. He eats 1/2 a nugget to 1 on a good day. But hey... there was a sale on chicken nuggets! Ordered online just before 5pm for 40 nuggets and XL drink, got there at around 5:00 for pickup. Waited for 10 mins before I headed in to check on it. I was 3rd in line as the line grew to 7 people in the next 5mins. There was only 1 kid working the front register but was ONLY working the drive thru. Multiple workers saw the line and did nothing, including one wearing a light coloured button up who also rolled his eyes as we tried to get his attention. Some of the staff were not practicing proper PPE for COVID and the drive thru person was extremely rude. The rudeness wasn't in a "I've been working long hours" way, it was more like taunting and an enjoyment of making fun of people, snarky kind of way. We need more kindness during these times. Been here many times over the years. I usually order coffee and cookies. I enjoy the dining room along with coffee and some sugary goods. Sometimes soda and soft serve or a parfait. The time before today I had a filet of fish during the time of the Monopoly game... sometimes I order a grilled or crispy chicken snack wrap. So, the point is although I've been many times I haven't tried everything on the menu. What I have gotten has always been great though. My coffee always fresh - ice tea great too... both a steal for $1. Two chocolate chip cookies. They were so beautifully baked today I took a photo. They looked better in person than on my photo. It is a pleasant place to hang with a laptop and have some grey noise as your working on something. There are two tvs that usually have CNN on. I never watch TV so when I come in here I feel a bit more connected with the stuff most people in the US watch. Internet is fast I can usually connect fast. Today I noticed that there is no Xfinity - they way I usually connect when I'm away from home. But the McDs internet was fine as I connected my phone briefly. Funny... the internet is faster here than at Starbucks... I think because fewer users. Faster internet than Starbucks... Cheaper coffee that to me is just as good. Pleasant dining room... So I ended up waiting another 10-12 minutes for my order despite ordering ahead of time. I got my food and smoothie then left. Turned out it was a wrong order. Instead I got a hamburger order with fries and not my filet fish. Disappointed. The phone was not working so there was no way or route for me to call the place. I ate the fries only. The next day I went back and told the cashier (drive through). I told her the story, showed her my order and was then told to Park aside so the store manager can speak to me. This past weekend we had the opportunity to visit this location. As far as being a McDonalds the food was at what I would expect from McDonalds. So yes it was served up hot and quickly. As far as the restaurant I would consider it on the some-what clean side. It wasn't spotless but it wasn't overly messy. The biggest complaint and displeasure was the staff and their attitudes towards helping. We had one person in our group that had certain dietary restrictions that we wanted to address. After standing at the counter for 3-5 minutes and having several of their team members look over at us and not addressing us to see if we needed assistance, we had to stop one team member to ask for assistance which she rudely told us to use the kiosk she would assist us when she got back. We started our order on the kiosk and she completely ignored us and had to be flagged down which she then again rudely told us that is what the kiosk are for. To make it worse once we went to the kiosk another family walked up to the register and was promptly helped by another teem member. On the plus side there was one team member that was very polite and friendly and he was the one that brought the order to our table. UPDATE: Years later, STILL have never received a sauce for nuggets. Amazing how consistent this is. They will always ask what sauce you want, and they will always NOT give it to you, so if you forgot to check if the sauce actually exists, you're out of luck. This isn't just something they sometimes forget. It WILL happen 100% of the time; it's uncanny. It's extremely reliable. It's so reliable, that I issue the following challenge: If anyone posts a video of themselves ordering nuggets at this location and the order actually includes the sauce, I will pay you a billion dollars. For further proof just look at all the reviews about how they "forgot" the sauce. There must be something wrong with the system; this isn't as simple as "forgetting"; either the person responsible for putting the sauce in never gets told about the sauce, or they could even have an official policy to not include the sauce. What else would explain why the absence of sauce is so uncannily consistent, spanning multiple years and multiple different employees?
