I can't review the food, 3/4 of an hour after entering the facility, and a half an hour after finally getting someone to take the order, and get it screwed up, I still had nothing and my lunch hour was up. It's been a while since I entered a McDonald's and I was amazed at the price, a bit over 12 bucks for a fish sandwich with fries and a medium coke, but then, wait for a half hour, 3/4 of an hour total wasted, and I had to ask for my money back, timed out for lunch. I ordered a Big Mac and French fries today through the drive-through, asking for the hamburger with "no cheese, only ketchup and mustard, nothing else, no cheese." I drove up to the window and, before I even accepted the bag, I asked if there was cheese on the hamburger. The staff member said it did have cheese and started handing it to me. I told him I couldn't eat it with cheese and had ordered it without cheese. He told his manager that I said I had asked for no cheese. The manager came to the window and said I'd have to pull into a spot as they would have to redo the order. I said okay, and he responded, "Next time, ask for no cheese." I then responded, "I did. I asked for no cheese!" He then said, "Mam, it's Christmas. don't be so nasty." He was definitely diverting blame and being disrespectful to someone who was just responding to his incorrect statement. When he brought out my sandwich about 10 minutes later, he handed it to me and just said, "No cheese." I didn't respond at all, and he walked away. Never once did he accept any blame or apologize for their mistake. I checked the bag, and the hamburger was correct, but there were no fries. I was going to go in to tell them but changed my mind, thinking that it would somehow be interpreted as my fault (or nasty) as well. After a night of drinking, we hit up this McDonald's. It was 10 o'clock at night. There appears to be one guy working and he was very unfriendly. We did not get our drink that was supposed to come with our meals , and the food was not with you at effects of McDonald's. There was no salt on the fries the chicken nuggets were soggy? For the 3rd time in 8 days, Biddeford, Maine McDonalds, screwed up our order by leaving out multiple food items. This time I called in, angry and frustrated. I asked for the manager and the women who answered stated she was the new, as June 14th, 2021, manager (or asst manager) and how can she help. She started out with an aggressive but still respectful voice. That didn't last. I told her that we were missing food items from our order for the 3rd time in a week. She said she knew there were problems there and she is there to fix them. I listed the 5, yes 5, items missing for my grandchildren. My husband spoke up and said we are done going there so I told her what he said. (Bear in mind we live just a couple miles from there and go an average of once a week for the grandkids year round for 9 years) She said they would give us the items not received (we had the receipt showing we paid for what they left out of the bag). Thats good right? Never mind that I have 1 grandchild missing his 10 piece nuggets and drink and 3 apple pies for their dessert, so he gets to watch the others eat while he has nothing. Here's the kicker: She asked for our last name which I assumed was to hold the food they owed us, for pick up. NOPE. She then said she was going to tell every manager in the store to NOT HONOR any missing food for ANYONE with that last name. Frankly, I couldn't care lass for us but there are multiple families in Biddeford with the same last name and she just BLACK BALLED EVERY ONE OF THEM because HER staff screwed up again. She did not ask, nor did I give, a first name. So she was just trying to bully me and threaten me while black balling an entire group of families in town. The unbelievable rudeness of the people who work here is crazy. I get told a door dasher is more important than my order- after I was half way through ordering. Then the young man calls me dude with a bunch of attitude behind it. I guess dismissing paying customers concerns over how they're talked to is this new age. Went to McDonald's and ordered chicken nuggets and an iced coffee with regular cream and sugar, nothing too fancy. Normally I would go to Starbucks or another coffee shop to get my coffee but I was desperate and needed caffeine ASAP. The nuggets were great but my coffee was not coffee, but rather sugar and cream with a splash of coffee. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect a 5 star meal at a fast food restaurant, but I do expect something as simple as a coffee to be made correctly. It's interesting to note that in a time when all businesses seem to need customers, this site doesn't seem to give a crap about its customers. I pulled in and I was only one of two cars there. I had placed a mobile order but something was wrong on the app and it didn't give me a mobile order number. When I told the lady she acted like she could give a crap said I can't do it without a code thank you! And just disconnected. There was no offer to help me look at the app together. Cashier made a mistake on my order and tried to fix it with manager. Instead of fixing the order, manager was extremely rude to me and talked down to me like I did something wrong. Good grief. Sat in drive through for 20 minutes just to get a breakfast sandwich. Don't ever get a breakfast sandwich here! Apparently these people do not know how to thoroughly cook food! Hadn't been to this location in quite a while. Great interior updates with kiosk ordering. Greeted by a friendly, quite energetic woman behind the counter. Order was ready quickly. Employees were busy quietly doing their jobs in the dining area. The friendly woman (think her name was Bonnie) checked on me to see if my food/order was okay. I've never had anyone in a fast food restaurant do that. My southwestern salad was fresh and delicious. Iced tea was great. I'm a fan of this location and will return. read more

Don't listen to your customer, don't match their speech speed, talk very quickly and pressuredly, then get thee order wrong. Yes, at the window, we get a smoothie that's only 3/4 full, about a half inch from the line on the cup, and the kid says "If it's filled to the line, it's full." I will not expound on the intelligence of the workers in this brief review but suffice it to say that my eleven-year-old has better manners, more courtesy, and pride in what he does than the teenagers that were left to run the joint. Really slow.... I ordered a hot coffee, a hamburger and an apple pie, usually these are already made, there was no line and they took about 5 minutes to bring out the burger, the pie and a cup for me to serve my own coffee. I saw the manager puts her fingers on the inside part of the cup, not sanitary at all if she is handling money. Very rude manager. A cashier was waiting very patiently on some special needs customers when the manager deemed the order process to be going too slow. He over rode the cashier and demanded to know what the customer wanted. This made the customer nervous. When I said I gave you $10 they argued with me that it was only $6. Called the manager over and they said I can count the drawer for you. I don't have time to wait while they count the drawer.
