This Meet Fresh location needs improvement. Although there was plenty of seating, some of the tables were very dirty and the seats were disorganized. One of the Kiosks near the left entrance didn't work as it should since Clover, their paying system, needed to be connected with a manager pin. Their hand washing station had NO soap available and my friend told me there were stains on the toilets in the men's bathroom. Today, I decided to try something new and ordered a medium Crystal Mochi Milk Shaved Ice with extra rice balls. I wish Meet Fresh allowed special instructions on the Kiosk because I do not like red bean and wish I could've told them to not include it. Perhaps it is somewhere on the Kiosk and I just didn't see it. A medium is a lot to share with 2 people already so keep that in mind while purchasing! Man, when I received my order, I was so disappointed by how little rice balls they gave me compared to the Cupertino location :( I felt like paying 1 extra dollar was not worth it for such a little amount of rice balls. The presentation was nice, but the only good thing about the shaved ice was the single ice cream scoop on top. Otherwise, it just tasted like sugar and water. Alright overall. I'll update this review when we've tried other desserts like the shaved ice. This location opened a little while ago, but we finally went in recently. We've gotten boba at the Cupertino location a few times, and wanted to try some of the desserts. The lady checking us out was very sweet and helpful. My mom liked her drink, and I'm glad I was able to adjust sweetness for her. The flan was unfortunately more like a pudding, but the fresh mochi was nice. I love Meet Fresh, and I don't think I will ever change my opinion. It was my first time trying this location, and I was focused on the milk teas during this visit here. They were pleasantly creamy and the right amount of sweet. The service was quick and the employee was polite Parking might be a bit difficult because it is in a popping, crowded plaza with many neighboring eateries, but at the distant corners of the parking lot of the plaza, there will be spots available. You probably just won't get a spot directly in front of the restaurant you are planning to visit in this plaza. I had the Jin Xuan Oolong milk tea. I have never tried this flavor before. It was light and creamy with a slight oolong flavor. It tasted nicely sweet paired with my topping of lychee jelly. This restaurant had a bright, elegant, and spacious interior. It was a very quiet and relaxing boba shop and is probably a great place for studying (has plenty of seats, tables, and outlets). I went to check the order at 5:09pm, and it was still not ready. Initially, there were only three workers in the back, and then two girls came in around 4:45 pm.  This was our first time visiting this store and will be our last. There were easily 7-10 other customers waiting for their orders as well. It was truly a disappointing experience. The order finally came out at 5:11pm. I've been to several Meet Freshs around. I ordered the strawberry shaved ice and it hit THE SPOT. It was so refreshing and great flavor with a creamy scoop of icecream - perfect on a hot day, no complaints. In terms of service and process of ordering, it wasn't the best. On the day that I came, you can't order in person, but only through a single kiosk which which had a slow and laggy touch screen. Two facts why I love this place (only my 2nd time here): it's in my neck of the woods AND the sweet-ness level can be selected when placing order! The red beans and taro balls which resemble mochi balls complemented the coldness & sweetness of the shaved ice. First of all, on a quite Sunday afternoon, the cashier refused to take orders, they redirected you to the ordering machines, which is fine except the machines are slow to respond with insensitive touch screen. They are doing a combo promotion but there's no selection of that, you have to pick the right single items to reach the promotional price. Onto the food. The ube waffle came out hot and nicely packed in a pretty box. But the flavor of ube is not strong at all. The winter melon tea I ordered was 50% sweetness with no ice to dilute the flavor and it tasted bitter in the after taste. I think I just don't click with Meet Fresh. read more

Great place to hangout after dinner with friends. They got charging plugs to charge your devices if needed. You can order thru kiosks or thru the staff in the front. The menu was short and limited. And the ordering kiosk is confusing at times. The interface was hard to navigate as well. You cannot edit the items after you add to cart, and the UX is not very consumer friendly. You can get the grass jelly cold or hot. We got cold. The grass jelly sits on top of a mountain of flavored shaved ice with mochi balls on top. You can ask for creamer on the side. We got caramel pudding and it comes on the side as well. Since the ingredients are mostly pre-made, the quality doesn't deviate too much from time to time. It's a solid choice for after meal dessert, but overall it is on the pricier side. Tables were dirty and the lights in the restaurant was so bright. First time trying Meet Fresh boba and it's a tad annoying you have to provide your phone number to know when your order is ready. You also can't customize the sweetness of their drinks. Was surprised to slurp mini boba balls, would much prefer the normal size, but it was fresh and chewy. Was veryyy skeptical to visit because most of the reviews are quite negative for Meet Fresh in general. I've been to various locations in the Bay Area and it's always been pretty disappointing and not worth the hype. However I saw one comment mention that there were egg waffles and I couldn't help but want to try it out. There were a few flavors, so I went with the chocolate chip version. I also ordered a milk tea with boba (50% sugar) and their passion fruit and mango green tea with boba (50% sugar). The egg waffle was really good! I was actually pleasantly surprised at how generous the chocolate portions were inside the egg waffle and that it wasn't too sweet. I could've easily finished it in one sitting but resisted and ate it throughout the day. Still good even at room temperature. However, the drinks were less than mediocre. The boba texture was decent, but the drinks were definitely not at 50% sugar level and we couldn't finish them because it was way too sweet. I will not be ordering drinks from here again. I was the only customer on a weekday right before noon and the store was empty. Service was good and the speed to make everything was pretty quick. The girl at the counter packaged everything nicely for me to take home. For a little over $20, the overall value wasn't that great since the drinks were undrinkable and ended up being a waste of money.
