I came here for a dinner with friends for a local double date. I was excited when the City Center added a Bay Area staple, since I'd already been to the Sunnyvale location before. I tried the chefs tasting menu in Sunnyvale and learned that I would prefer à la carte, so ordered directly off the menu this time. This SR location had a much more modern vibe to it. Since they're newly opened, they offered all guests complimentary champagne, which was a really nice touch and got the night started off right. For apps, we got the ceviche, brown butter hummus, and octopus, and honestly the apps were the highlight of the night. The hummus isn't my preferred smooth style, but it was tasty and good for sharing. Entrees were a different story. We did 4 family style dishes -- branzino, sea bass, tenderloin slices, and a tenderloin skewer: - Branzino: bland and dry, unfortunately - Sea bass: the fish was just fine, and did not enjoy the greens - Tenderloin slices: thin, dry, and bland...not for me - Tenderloin skewer: probably the best of the bunch, liked the eggplant Overall, the apps were good (not great), and entrees mostly missed the mark for us. We still had a nice time with good company, but I'd come back just for apps and drinks next time rather than a full dinner. After trying 2 different locations of Meyhouse now, I think the flavors and technique are underwhelming for the price point.

We were looking for a new venue and my. wife found Meyhouse. She was intrigued by the international comedy show and the Greek food, so she made reservations at the San Ramon location. Upon arrival, we were escorted to a separate area and offered a complimentary sparkling wine, which was a great start to the evening. We were seated right in the front near a small stage decorated with a piano and flowers. The entire setup was elegant. Our waiter was excellent. He thoroughly explained the menu and recommended we try the Chef's Tasting Menu. It was the perfect choice for us since we are not very familiar with Greek food. Every single dish was excellent, arriving as a series of small, delicious plates. I also tried the Raki spirit, which has a distinct hint of licorice flavor that I really enjoyed. The comedy show was fun and lighthearted. We thoroughly loved the evening and will definitely be back for the jazz show.

Checked this new place out for Lunch. It's a beautiful space and I definitely want to come back for their jazz evenings. Service was friendly but forgetful. Good intentions but follow through was inconsistent (ex: as king for a refill, asking for pepper etc). The Turkish sausage flatbread was yummy! Love the flavor of the sausage and good cheese! I got the durma wrap lunch special- the lemon chicken with roasted veggies as a side. It was good but the "safe" option. Next time I'll branch out and order something more unique like the halloumi or zucchini falafel wrap.

The food is delicious here! I had the lamb chop. My friend order a vegetarian dish and another friend order a steak on a skewer. Everything was delicious. The vibe at this restaurant is awesome. Overall, I really enjoyed my dinner. Hands down to our server Tommy who did an excellent job serving us and checking in on us from time to time.

I left Clementines after being ignored by the bartender, Keila, for nearly 50 minutes. I'm glad I decided to come here instead. Chris, the bartender, was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I ordered from the Happy Hour menu, enjoyed both the food and drinks, and had a great experience. I highly recommend this new establishment and will definitely be back.

Food was incredible! Great flavors and perfectly prepared! Our server was super attentive and super kind. We were there about 1pm, right before closing and we never felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience. We sat outside and the seating was perfect. We'll definitely be back for dinner!

Some of the most delicious food we've had recently. Fresh, unique, well seasoned. The service was excellent. Tommy was our server and he was so attentive and kind. The manager came over and checked on us during our meal, which was a nice touch. They put a cute sign on our table, since we were there for our anniversary. Offered us complimentary sparkling wine and brought over a scoop of ice cream at the end of the meal. The whole experience made us want to come back again soon. Keep up the great work, Meyhouse! Welcome to San Ramon.

Been here three times already, and every time has been great. The service stands out the most. Spencer is such an amazing server, very kind and knowledgeable. Also sat at the bar a few times with the bartender Kayla and she is so sweet and fun to chat with. Definitely coming back.

The inside is dimly lit and decorated elegantly. I liked the inclusion of honeycombs in the lighting fixtures and even the ice in my drink. The darks and golds almost give Great Gatsby vibes. We all ordered a different cocktail from their signature menu. I got the Electric Nectar. The drink was a little tart and sour. The Buzzed & Bougie was very floral, and The Cusco Comb had a nice balance of flavors. Out of the 3, the Electric Nectar was probably the strongest in terms of tasting the alcohol. I don't particularly prefer sour drinks. If I were to re-order, I would get the Cusco Comb, as it fits my taste profile the most. We also ordered the Burrata to share. It came with 6 pieces of toast, which was perfect and divided evenly among the 3 of us. The burrata was delicious. The cherry gastrique added a nice touch of sweetness without being overly sweet. As time progressed, more and more people came in. By the time we left, the lounge was pretty filled.

The overall vibe of the place is nice because I love a good lounge but it was just too noisy for me that I really couldn't hear my friends too well. I would come back to give them another chance because their whiskey selection was amazing and the Paper Plane was delicious!

The people who run this place keep this place tidy and clean as evidenced by how quickly they cleared my glass and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I missed the rock n' roll memo, but amazingly talented singers including the KJ himself. The sound system can be pretty loud especially the bass, so ended up keeping my ear plugs in. My only major reservation is how the karaoke queue is managed. Couldn't help but notice the bartenders and some patrons who generously tipped got to sing multiple times in a row. One of the patrons tipped $20 and sang three songs in a row. In comparison, I got one song in in the span of three hours. I kind of expected the place to start clearing out after midnight but ppl stuck around and seemed to be having a good time. If you're not into rock n' roll/metal karaoke, they also have pool, shuffleboard, and darts. I do like the KJ and the patrons here, though in the future, I'll just set the expectation that I'll get one song in and set a curfew for myself.

We could either stand or sit at the bar area or sit on the side table with a family that had some kids because there was only one server working that night. So we decided to sit next to the family. Then when we asked for drinks, we were told that they were out of every single vodka they had. They had the same issue with the food. Everything was very limited and then they made the order wrong at that. Then they switched waiters and they double charged my friend and I for the bills. Horrible experience and I never will go back and this is not the first time there has been bad service with wrong orders before. I believe in giving chances because every restaurant can have a bad day, but this seems to be continuous and now they even have a very limited menu. Not worth my time, my money or anything there. Nothing is great. I also called and left a message for management and no one ever returned my call. Disappointing.

We actually left during the holidays on a prior visit because the bartender said he was the only employee working. We only came back because it's walkable from our workplace. Still, several menu items were unavailable: no chicken for the Crispy Chicken Karaage, no shrimp for the Popcorn Shrimp, and the Street Corn Esquites had watery cotija cheese. My drink order was initially wrong but the server caught it and fixed it. The Bread Pudding and Chocolate Lava Cake were excellent and the best part of the meal.

Once we had the food they were often checking in on us and refilling water and drinks. The drinks were very good, the mai tai and chi chi were exactly what was needed! Now the food... very disappointed. The ohana beef stew tasted very bland, and didn't have much of a Hawaiian flavor or vibe, felt like it could have been an Irish stew with the chunks of beef and veggies in a dark brown sauce. The ramen was very salty, and it didn't have much going for it either. The teriyaki chicken we added onto it was fine, but the flavor got lost once it went into the broth. I'm used to getting mac salad at a Hawaiian place so I was interested and excited to try a potato salad and cole slaw. The potato salad had a lot of flavor, but it did seem a little salty. The coleslaw might have been the best thing I ate there ... the pineapple chunks in it were very refreshing. I'd come back for a drink, and maybe an appetizer but I don't think I'd get an entree again.
