When one tech says there is water in the break fluid (and I just changed it) and that the coolant was low; both needing to be fixed for a cost one has to wonder. When the tech who cashes me out tells me that my break fluid looks great and the coolant level is good, well, there is only one question to answer... which employee was lying to me?
