I came in for an oil change that I had purchased on Groupon. I was able to get an appointment the same day of purchase which was convenient for me. When I arrived I was greeted by Darin I believe he is the manager. My oil change was quick and efficient. It was brought to my attention that I may need other services. Thought the repairs would be $160-170 for a belt and motor bolts. Turned out to be $1600-1700. Apparently this is a normal price, but they could have at least been clear and concise when telling me the price. Avoiding Midas from now on. read more

I came here for service on my company truck since I was just passing through. They were able to get me in right away and even did a thorough inspection on my truck to make sure it was safe for my long trip. Customer service was awesome and they even give you complimentary water and snacks. Needless to say, my time was great here. They treated me like they knew me for a long time. Brought my Kia here for an oil change a little while back and the service was great. Friendly, quick, and they alerted me to a problem with the license plate lights that I hadn't noticed. Work a body shop had missed when they fixed it after an accident. Got it fixed the next day. Anyway, the guys weren't pushy or overly salesy or anything. Just helpful. back when i had my suzuki samurai i needed a lead gasket that went from my header to the tube that lead to the cat. i stopped by so many places and most of them didnt even look for the part. when i stopped by here the manager asked me to hold on and came back in about 5 minutes. he brought a few out so we could check the size. one looked about right and asked how much it was. he said dont worry about it and just gave it to me. i think his name was larry? or lawrence? i was really grateful and bought him lunch. the part fit! read more

This place is the pits. Over an hour to get an oil change. What's worse there was one guy in the shop and he hurt his leg while doing a brake job. The only response from the manager was, "Do I have to tell you to clean up your mess again?" I'm not coming here again. read more

I had a wonderful experience at this Midas location...from the moment I called to verify if they participated in a local Groupon to the valeted exit from a finished synthetic oil change. I was able to squeeze in a quick afternoon appointment, despite how busy this location got. I've always driven by on my way to school and their signage always had something clever to brighten up someone's day. I recall a time of when one side of the sign said "See Other Side" and the other side saying "We Serve the Batmobile". How awesome is that?? I showed my Groupon voucher and it was immediately redeemed. I walked in to friendly customer service that made me feel at-home welcomed. A blasted A/C waiting room was especially necessary in this Vegas triple digit summer heat. I was able to see my car and the work being done in the shop in the Netflix'd waiting room. Be on the look out. Come in with a group coupon for a oil change and ending up having to replace a serpentine belt that looked like someone cut it . Repair cost $112.00. Not saying they cut. Just making a comment . Be sure to review all repairs with them before leaving your car there. m read more

Went here today for an oil change. I used Groupon and saved a lot because synthetic oil isn't cheap. It included a tire rotation and a 39 point inspection. Friendly staff and the waiting room has wifi. Play on your phone and before you know it you're walking out the door! read more

We brought our old 1986 Nissan pick up truck to them for brakes & shocks and the kind & patient manager, Jonathan, found and ordered the parts for us. It's always so difficult to find parts for such an old truck. Our automotive technician, Andre, was remarkable, So knowledgeable, kind & courteous and took the time to make sure that our little old truck ran safely. Bought a groupon for a brakepad service. Made an appointment at 2pm and was told it was a 2 hour job.... well....2 hour job turned into 4 hours....SMDH... they get plus 1 star for giving me a deal on the pads and the rotors. They told me it was taking a long time because my car has an electric brake. They knew before they started working on my car and still gave me a 2 hour wait time. I dont care if it takes 2,3,4,5, or 6 hours as long as they tell me upfront how long it's going to take. If they told me the jobs going to take 4 hours, I would have went home instead staying here....will never come to this location again.. I usually go to the midas on eastern and st.rose pkwy. Please go to that location instead. Very very unhappy that I had to stay here for 4 freaking hours. They also have only one mechanic working, so prepare to wait.. saw a lady bring in her car for an oil change with 4 pm appointment and waited 1:15 hour because they only have one mechanic. Maybe that's why they are offering a groupon deal....... read more

This place is a joke!!! Went in to get our air conditioning system fixed they charged us twice with no repair and they did a oil change with synthetic oil that cost over 100.00$. We had a real mechanic look at our car and was telling them our ordeal. He told us before checking our oil that if it was synthetic oil it should look clear on the stick. He pulled ours out and it was brown. Mind you we had this oil change only three weeks ago. The manager prides himself in being honest!!! read more

I have had a fare amount of work done there but I am getting suspicious that every time I go they seem to find something needing repair. I was told I needed brakes and when I took my car to a mechanic friend, he said I still had 50% left on my pads. They replaced my compartment air filter and on my next oil change they claimed I needed it changed again... Sorry don't think so. Additionally they claimed my rear tires were showing signs of cupping (and thus bad shocks). I put if off and then when I stopped at Discount tires, they found nothing wrong. read more

I just took my car in for a brake job, I was told that I needed two front rotors, pads, and a fluid flush. The price that I was quoted was $485 out the door, and that was the best he could do. I told the technician that I was going to get a second estimate, and when we went to pick it up the tech could not even look us in the eye and just held the keys up for us to take. I took the car to Sears Auto and instead of new rotors Don resurfaced them and I was out the door with pads, fluid flush for $222.36. In retrospect when we pulled up to Midas and every bay was empty, it was probably for a good reason...........they want to rip you off! read more

Warning don't take your business here! I went in for a basic oil change ... Sign outside said 14.99. Charged me 60$ and told me I needed 600$ worth of new brakes. Went to get an oil change, left and noticed a real strong odor from the engine (never had that before), went back the guy checked it out said every thing was ok, but then when I was going to my car I noticed my hood wasn't flush with the fender and I said that's never been there, so he opens the hood and the cap to the oil chassis(if that's what it's called) wasn't put back on!!! Really! Since then I've been noticing major leaking and I have hardly any oil left just after under two month's, I go back and he tells me "leaks only get worst" and I say yeah only after I brought it HERE, it never leaked like that before, just little spots of oil!!!!!!!!!!!!!
