I honestly don't think that this place is worth the money. This place serves cheap food for expensive prices and their salsa isn't that good. I got the Cheese Enchiladas and it just came by itself with nothing on the side (Sour Creme, Avocado) . Consistently good Mexican food. Not terribly authentic. Affordable - good value. The BRC burrito (beans, rice and cheese) sounds so simple - but so tasty! If you order a taco, you should know that they come as a soft taco (on corn tortilla) by default - if you want it crispy you have to ask for it. Having said that - I recommend the chick taco crispy with a little sour cream and some hot sauce. The guacamole is more of a green avocado sauce than actual guac. I'd pass on that. read more

I have been a regular customer at this establishment since the corona location and have always enjoyed the food and have referred friends and Family for years. I joined the text offers that were advertised on the tables, I know it was a marketing ploy to get information but it offered a free burrito in exchange. I tried to redeem said offer and was told rudely oh we're not doing this anymore. Don't post offers without expiration dates, if there are restrictions post them, or hey you have my text number let me know due to overwhelming response we can NO longer honor this offer. I am self employed and you live and die by your reputation and customer service. I am doing this review because I have gone many times and they have bad customer service. The girls who work there are usually rude! I ordered my burrito with extra meat and it was all rice and beans. They made it again and it was the same. Then a different day we asked if they could please put more carrots out because there wasn't anymore. They never put any out! Great food. While the service could be considered slow, it is always freshly made, so it is worth the wait. The inside is always clean and the workers are very friendly and actually knowledgeable about the food they serve. They also are good about special orders and getting them right. Kid friendliness - medium-high. My kids love the chips. The kids particularly like the round table and scooting around the bench. I have a picky eater who will only eat the chips, and a child with gluten and milk allergies, so finding food for them is difficult, but I enjoy the restaurant as an adult and will take my kids there when I get the whim. I have been to Miguel's Jr once before in Orange County, so I was glad to go to a familiar place. It is kind of hard to find because it's tucked deep into the shopping center, but we found it Whoever compares this to Del taco or Taco Bell is out of their mind! This is way more authentic Mexican food but in a fast food environment. Their hot sauce at their salsa bar is amazing! I had 2 tacos and my mom had a beef quesadilla. We were both full and happy. I only give this place 2 stars because the food had slight flavor. I ordered a "large" taco salad and it was the worst taco salad i have ever seen. It was a small plate of nacho chips with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, beans and chicken. The chicken looked like the canned tuna that you get at a discount store. How this Miguel's is still open, is beyond me! EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME BACK, they mess something up. Tonight, they just killed it for me. 1st they're completely out of dr. Pepper and don't have a sign, then my burrito had no tomatoes (which it's supposed to come with) and the meat was cold. So I take it back up open, and ask the manager for pico de gallo on it, she tells me they don't have that, now mind you all pico is is tomatoes, onions and cilantro all of which is supposed to be in the burrito. Dang, military discount dropped from 50% to 30%. That is still a better military discount than any other Mexican place that I know of.

I am new to the area and have 2 small children so I was pretty stoked to find Mexican food with a drive thru that wasn't Taco Bell. I ordered the "garbage burrito" which has lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole in addition to the standard burrito ingredients. I also got it "wet" where they cover it with enchilada sauce and cheese. Pretty darn close to the Green Burrito I'm used to in La Habra. Except this one sucked. I'm sorry I'm pretty white and this was the blandest, mildest, band weakest burrito I've ever had. I actually had to pour their "medium" hot sauce on it to give it any type of flavor. Super disappointed. But I guess that's what you get in Menifee. I'm only giving 2 stars because the employees were very nice. read more
