We grabbed a table and the girl brought out our drinks, then the katsu came out and the girl apologized for the delay with the chirashi bowls. Few minutes later our chirashi bowls came out and the girl apologize for the delay. Awesome awareness on their part!! As for the food, my boy enjoyed the katsu bowl, as for the chirashi bowls, the fish was at a good cool temperature and the rice was perfectly warm - something that real sushi restaurants understand. For me and my chirashi bowl I don't really care for sushi rice, I prefer plain rice for my donburi, an option I will look for next time we visit - and we will definitely make it a regular stop when we visit Seattle.
