Finally got to try this Korean Bakery. Their salted bread is one of the best because it's both salty and buttery. I also tried different pastries and they're good and reasonably priced. Just today, I tried their cute sausage pastry and i like the drizzle of ketchup on top. Their coffee roti bun is also good. I bought some to go and it tastes even better when heated. They have beautiful cakes too. It's good to have them as an option for small birthday cakes. I noticed most of the baked pastries are available closer to 9:30am. The best sellers and pre packed pastries are available earlier. They have drinks too. Got the Mocha today and it's decent. Will definitely be including this place as a breakfast go-to.

This bakery is located near Hankook Supermarket. We were in the area yesterday, so we decided to stop by to try their bread. I've been hearing a lot about salt bread so I'm on a mission to try as many as I can (not really but kinda). We came at around 3:20pm. To note, they do have purchase limits for their salt breads. We got 2 classic ($3.75 ea), 1 mocha cream ($4.50), and 1 mentaiko ($4.75). The classic was decent; it tasted a little dull. However, I heated one up in the air fryer today, and it tasted a lot better compared to yesterday. It was buttery and slightly salty. The mocha cream was good. I don't have too much to say about it, as my bf ate most of this one. The mentaiko had a strong fish/seafood scent and flavor. It was definitely a contrast to the others. I liked it, but I wish I got the cream cheese instead.

Prolly one of the most worth-it bakery!!! They have all the trendy items at a pretty cheap price and to be honest, the taste was quite good. Everything we ordered were very good/proper. Egg tart was very tasty (I like the texture compared to other places'), caneles even had the soft filling inside (and half the price compared to other places'), and the salt bread was pretty crunchy outside/soft inside. The drinks were great (hallabong ade was refreshing and stood out a bit). Nice service and interior too but can get busy. Will try to come back for other salt breads' flavors!

Before dinner my family and I stopped by this bakery. It is such a cute place with lots of options. We bought: Mentaiko bread Green onion cream Classic salt bread Red bean bread Green beans bread Total was about $20.50 for these. I really liked the Mentaiko bread. I'd love to stop by and try other options next time. Parking was easy to find.

Got my picks this time. Came earlier today so there is more selection. The milk bread, mochi break and salt bread was really good last time. There were many cakes available in the fridge. All of them look so pretty.

SO first of all I LOVE their salt bread - it's AMAZING! I've had many salt breads in Korea and this one is my absolute favorite. The texture of the outside and inside but the flavor - with the light hint of saltiness inside. I love it so much and keep raving about it to my sisters who live in SF. Unfortunately given they only drop new bread at 9am and 2pm AND they have a limit of 2 per person - I can never get any for them. There's NO WAY I will sacrifice mine to share! I will say - it's best FRESH - I've eaten one and saved the other for the next day. Microwaved it for about 10 seconds. Flavors were still there but texture definitely changes so definitely FRESH is best which is how it's eaten in Korea and honestly most things taste best fresh. I wish they would do special orders so I can share with my family. While I LOVE the bread I knocked it down a star due to the limitations - limitation on amount (which I do appreciate so everyone can get it BUT makes it hard to share with others) and the parking. It's right next to GIWA, as well as Master OH, both which are also very good and pretty popular. There's the other side of the which has TONS of openings but the businesses on the other side put up barriers and security so you don't park there. So if you go when it's busy it's pretty tough to park. I do love that each time you go they may have special baked goods - like a dubai bun which was okay and I do appreciate their creativeness. Their red bean mochi was pretty good - hubby loved that. So there are other breads you can get but the star is really the salt bread. PLEASE allow special orders - I would love to order and bring some to my family in SF. My sister goes on and on about how great the salt bread in Korea is and I keep telling her that Milldang is even BETTER than ones in Korea. Would love for her to eat her words!! LOL...

Salt bread drops at 9am and 2pm. We came around 1:40pm on a Saturday and we were the third party in line. They started letting us order around 1:50pm and by the time it was 2pm, the line was super long. They're pretty fast and efficient at getting everyone checked out and they hand you the bread immediately after paying at cashier. They limited 4 pieces per person when I came, and I got 2 classic salt breads, 1 garlic butter salt bread, and 1 mentaiko salt bread. My favorite was the garlic butter. Flavorful and has sweetness to it. I also liked the classic salt bread too which was simple but buttery and not overly salty. Mentaiko was a bit too dry and salty for my liking, would probably skip this next time. We also expected the bread to be fresh and hot especially since it was right after the drop, but they were room temperature and would've been 10x better if warm. Overall glad I tried once.

My mom brought home a few buns from here! They are decadent. One was a savoury cream cheese filled, and the other had a cookie crust and was filled with cream. My mom said they were on the pricey side.

The salt bread lines are very real as a crowd of people all showed up at 2pm for the fresh batch of salt bread (yeah I was one of them too lol). They had some displayed in the serve yourself area, and they also had some behind the counter. There are limits to the amount you can buy. I feel like it was just okay, super bready and chewy. Very pretzel bread style imo. So doughy. Not the crispy, oily style I was hoping for. The way they pack them into the bag was ehh bc I feel like all the salt fell off my bread lol. The onion cream salt bread was flavorful, very onion-y flavor. Savory and filling. The regular breads were nice; the custard cream and the red bean bread were both filled up nicely. Maybe I like these even more than the salt bread lol. The red bean was tastier than the custard imo. The custard had a thick texture to it that was just alright, but the red bean was smooth and flavorful. Very enjoyable snack. The pain au chocolat was okay, not super crisp. Color was kind of light imo. The chocolate was good though. I probably would skip the croissant next time and just get some classic ol filled breads.

I had a sudden craving for bread and hubby said he didn't mind waking up early to drive all the way to Santa Clara to get me some fresh salt bread so I sent him here this past Saturday morning. Hubby arrived around 9am and there were plenty of salt bread to choose from. He bought the limit of what he could buy and went straight home afterwards. In terms of flavor, they tasted like regular bread. None of them had the crispy exterior nor buttery taste to it. Even the saltiness flavor was barely in existence. However, we did enjoy the cream cheese one. The cream cheese was smooth while the flavor paired nicely with the soft bread. As for the mentaiko one, it tasted quite fishy. I love fish but this flavor was somewhat overwhelming.

One of my new favorite cafe bakeries in South Bay :) Though they are known for their salt bread line which is SUPER yummy, I absolutely love their cakes. The staff here are so incredibly kind, and though I don't know their names - the two ladies who were working on 5/9/2026 around 2-3pm, they are absolute rockstars. I had forgotten to preorder a cake for a small birthday celebration, and totally forgot it was Mother's day weekend. Most of the cakes in their display had said 'Mom' on the cakes, and the ladies helped me by looking through their back inventory and helped scrape off 'Mom' on the cake we had chosen. They truly go above and beyond to help, and even though they're in their soft opening phase, I cannot wait to see how the staff thrive once Milldang officially open. OKAY THE FOOD: * Blood orange ade: I loved this drink. It was refreshing and tasty- it was not insanely sweet despite it being an ade. * Mango Yuzu Cake: my FAVORITE cake flavor. I am definitely coming back to get this cake for future events - it's not overly sweet (as most of their items are tbh), and is the perfect ratio of cream & cake. * Strawberry Cream Cake: delicious. simply delicious and my 2nd favorite cake. I love how fresh the fruits are here. * Salt Bread: their plain is delicious, but I absolutely love their salt bread with ham(?) and orange marmalade. I definitely plan on coming back soon!

Quite expensive for such a small slice of cheesecake, but I will say it was very good. It's a great example of a Basque cheesecake--light and fluffy in texture with a slightly custardy center. There's a subtle almost-salty note (not quite salty, but close) that balances the sweetness really well. The top has that signature slight bitterness from the caramelization, which adds depth and keeps it from being too rich. Unfortunately, the salt bread was already sold out by the time we got there. Will definitely be back to try it next time.

So much to choose from! Warm salt bread, grab it while you can. We waited a little while for the next batch to come out. It was sold out in the morning. Luckily more was being freshly baked when we arrived. So scrumptious.

It was near 5pm. I walked in and the place was empty. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me. I asked for a strawberry smoothie, then walked around to survey all the baked goods. It's a small bakery with lots of trays of individually packaged cakes and pastries. The smell was very pleasant and comforting. Using a flat basket (or tray) I grabbed a few selections. I picked 2 "Heart Pies" that resembled my favorite French Butterfly Cookies. Also 2 pound cakes. The total rang up to just over $21. There's some small tables for enjoying your purchases there, but I took my items to go. The icy cold fruit smoothie was very good and very cold! Not too sweet, it had a natural strawberry taste. The Heart Pies were good and fresh. But the Pound Cakes were probably "day old." I noticed there's no dates or "best by" tags on the packages. It's a nice place to visit, and I will return again. It sounds like a lot, but it actually works really well together. The White Champaca tea is on the mellow side, the Jasmine whipped cream adds additional floral aroma and extra creaminess, the sago gives texture without overpowering the drink, and the little bits of pecan add a nice surprise crunch. My husband's favorite is the Peach Oolong. I've had my fair share of peach milk teas over the years where they can be too sweet and the peach flavor tastes straight up like chemicals, but this has to be the best peach-flavored tea I've had so far! It has a fruity taste that doesn't overpower the flavor of the tea leaves. When I first visited last year, they had a "Fresh Oat Milk Tea Series", but I'm sad to say that it's not on this location's menu anymore. _______________________________________________________ ---A M B I A N C E -- I'm diggin' the woodsy, warm, Asian-y aesthetic they got going on! Tea and merch are displayed on the walls, and pink is definitely their signature color, so expect to see pops of it here and there in the decor, cups, and to-go bags. This location has a decent amount of chairs and tables, but let me tell you, this place was hella busy back when it was the only Bay Area location. We learned the hard way that the parking lot gets packed. Sometimes you'll get stuck in the super small lot because someone isn't even in a spot -- they just have their car parked with the hazards on while they run in to pick up their drink. Other times, cars are waiting and signaling for a parking spot while other cars are on standby waiting for people to leave after grabbing their drinks. The gas station behind the shop clearly got tired of it too because they put up a bunch of signs saying they'll tow if you park there just to visit Molly Tea. I highly recommend parking down the street near the apartment sidewalks or across the street and taking a little stroll to the store instead. Honestly, it just showed me that no matter how tiny the lot was, people still made the effort to slide through for drank. Fair warning though -- definitely expect to wait and chill. _______________________________________________________ --- S E R V I C E --- I will say, the staff handles the busyness pretty well. There is a sign by the registers stating that drinks are best enjoyed within 15 minutes to prevent the foam from melting too much. I like how their employees ask if you want whipped cream on top of Snowy drinks when you arrive at the pick-up counter. I believe you can ask for the whipped cream in a paper cup instead and get a small package of pecans. They automatically do this for online takeout orders. The Snowy Jasmine is phenomenal! It's fragrant and floral, you can tell the tea is high quality and not watered down. I absolutely love the pecans topping, so unique and yummy. I used to think their super thin straw was just a gimmick, but the tea honestly tastes better through the small straw than a regular straw. 4 stars because the Tongmu Lapsang Bubble Tea is just OK, nothing special. Sunnyvale is one of the better locations and Molly Tea is a solid choice for bubble tea.
