I ordered the Chicken Souvlaki, Tabbouleh Salad, Walnut Baklava, Salad Shirazi, and Garlic Aioli Sauce. The food was packed with flavor, served at the perfect temperature. You can taste the quality of the food. The chicken was cooked the perfection, very tender and juicy! I LOVED the Aioli Sauce. I can honestly keep going on and on about the food as it was ALL AMAZING. The Baklava was the only dairy-free option--so I tried it. It was served warm and was good, but not my favorite. The service was outstanding, my server was very attentive as well as the owner and manager. They were walking around the dining area to ensure other guests (including myself) were satisfied. My server was very sensitive to my dietary preferences to make my dining experience personable. I ordered plenty of food because I wanted to take leftovers for lunch the next day. The server boxed up my food table side which was great!!! They have plenty of seating options inside as well as outside. I love the Mediterranean decorations and the lamps hanging in the dining room. I have been watching this place being transformed to open as a Mediterranean restaurant. I fill gas at the HEB next to it and I kept a close eye on it until they opened. This was my second visit. The first time I went it was I believe either their first or second day after opening. The weather was so bad raining cats and dogs. We were welcomed and seated so kindly. Every 5 minutes someone shows up at our table to greet us and say welcome. The son of the owner I wish I remember his name is so friendly and so fun to chat with Of course as Lebanese I had to try their falafel. The shrimp saganaki sounded Greek to me and the recommendation was the Barg lamb The second time I visited i tried the lentil soup, gyro and the lamb shank So far everything is delicious! I was not expecting the ambiance to feel as nice as it did. We were immediately greeted with a warm smile and escorted to our seat. Recommendations were offered upon request and within 15 minutes we had both complimentary bread and our meal. Several servers checked in on us periodically and it felt like an upscale experience. The food quality was excellent. The robust flavors expected from chicken curry and a Greek salad were bursting in each bite. Food was very good, service excellent!! We went for a birthday lunch, so we tried several dishes as it was our first time here. The beet salad was very good, could have had a little more Feta, but I asked and they quickly brought me additional. We had the mussels, which I'm not a mussels fan, but when I tried them they were excellent! The sauce they were in was so good! Others had the lemon chicken soup, the shrimp saganaki and the chicken kabobs. Also the house salads were good. We had the baklava for dessert, not the best I've had and wouldn't order it again. I rarely post reviews, but in this case I felt like they really deserved one. That mediterranean food tasted so good, fresh and gave me the impression of "home made". And then the prices are so reasonable that I felt the value is unbelievable. I was pleasantly surprised. Also the waiter (I forgot his name) gave us great service and really knew his menu. Great place, clean and food was well prepared and delicious. We have lived in and visited many places and have a good idea of what could be considered a great spot to eat and what may not be, not to say we as a family are world travelers and Michelin rated chefs, but good food is good food. And you can find it here, I've been to Morocco and Greece myself, to be honest, this is as good as you'll find in the culinary desert of Leon Springs and Boerne (like we need another Mexican joint around here right). Anyhow, don't know why that one low review is here but that person is either a snob who thinks Mayo is spicy or caught this place in opening week and just wanted to complain. Go see for yourself. I recommend for what it's worth. Side note, B.A, who left a low grade review has left 96 one star reviews out of the roughly 140 places they've visited in what I assume is a sad sad life of being raised by parents who never taught them how to cook and just likes to complain. Who rates 70% of places the went to as one star? I'll tell you, a lane who thinks hot pockets are 5 star cuisine and wants a discount. K-bob plates came with a whole tomato and large jalepeno lightly seared but hardly a cooked - would have preferred a small veggie salad on these plates. Naan type bread good and typical of Iranian restaurants. Restaurant - very clean and well laid out. Staff seemed very friendly and focused. Service - server was friendly and efficient and kept eye on us for refilling drinks and bread. We came on Friday pm as it started to be busy. Host was very nice but also was very busy and seemed to be doing a few jobs (help wanted sign out front) but sat us to our table quickly as we were flex on where to sit. Oh! The food was just delicious! We had the Beef Donner and the Lamb Shank. Both were cooked to perfection, though my wife thought the Beef Donner could have used some type of sauce. They were a little heavy-handed with the bread and oil and the pita the Donner came in. You feel like you're wasting so much food when you leave so much bread on the table. My only disappointment was that they were out of traditional"GYRO" meat, which was the only reason I visited. Overall it's good food, flavorful, and filling. The restaurant looks nice inside, I ordered food for takeout at lunchtime. Service was quick and friendly. I ordered two gyro wraps with fries. The meat was pretty good and there was a lot of it in the wraps-enough for two wraps really. Very sparse in the tomato and red onion, barely a couple of pieces of each. Also, they put it on the bottom of the wrap instead of on top of the meat which made the bread soggy. The pita bread tasted good, but was really tough. You can't really take a bite of the gyro, you have to kind of tear off each bite with your teeth, not very easy to eat. The Tetziki sauce was decent, a little bland, and the fries were just ok. I probably wouldn't order again. I would go elsewhere for gyros or just make them at home. read more

This is in the old papa Nachos location and they spruced it up. The booths/ chairs are nice and the walls are lighter. We were greeted several times as we walked in for lunch, which is unexpected and a plus. First impressions: Several things look so good on the menu and the prices aren't ridiculous. Service was friendly and attentive, impressive for a new place. Complimentary bread and oil with feta and herbs was the next pleasant surprise. We tried the meatball appetizer, tabbouleh, chicken kebab plate and lentil soup. All were great. Meatballs (3) were tender, hot, served with tomato sauce and feta cheese. Lentil soup is good, just a little different than I expected, as it is puréed. Very rich and flavorful. Tabouleh is fresh, mostly parsley and vinegar. Some Tomato and a tiny bit of grain. It was a bright compliment (shareable) to the other items. The chicken was marinated and cooked well, had nice subtle flavor, with really good rice on the side. A grilled tomato and jalapeño rounded out the platter. We asked for some tzatziki on the side. $2 Overall, we felt it all was a good value for fresh and healthy food and we are actually going back for dinner to try more things! The top cheesy sauce layer on top of the moussaka was so light and fluffy. The fluffy rice and the orzo just really flesh out a dish! I visited Milo's, the newest restaurant in the HEB Leon Springs shopping center. The menu has a nice variety. The entree I chose was a great value considering the quality of ingredients and portion. However, although served fresh it was quite bland. I ordered an additional sauce, garlic aioli, to give it more moisture and flavor. It worked fairly well, but they definitely have room for improvement. At this point, I was at a 3-star review and decided to try the tiramisu. I am so happy I did, because that was one of the best tiramisu I have ever had anywhere, bar none. So, considering dessert, I settled on 4 stars. I hope the flavor profile improves because I love everything else about this restaurant, including the casual atmosphere, very clean environment, and plenty of friendly servers. * read more
